I went to the US Pizza near McCain Mall. It was next door to the hotel I generally stay at while in the LR area. Their pizza is usually excellent. I generally just have 1/2 salad supreme and a sandwich with a beer. The servers are always awesome. Being able to watch a game on TV while eating solo is always a plus. I will be back. read more

I always like to visit US Pizza whenever I'm in Arkansas. This one is very good. We had two large supreme salads to share among our family of six. I also ordered two large pizzas, one was the Meatsa pizza, and the other was supreme. They were both very good, but most of us preferred the supreme. Next time we'll probably just get two of those. The staff was very helpful when we ordered our pick up order and when we showed up to collect it. The service was fast and efficient and we appreciate that. We happened upon US Pizza on a Friday night after trying 2 other restaurants nearby that were on an hour wait. We were greeted warmly and able to be seated within 5-10 minutes. We ordered a Dos Equis amber on tap and a small 10" Queen Margherita pizza. Both my husband and I had to show our ID's for ordering beer. We are both age 60+. We haven't been carded in decades so that was definitely memorable. We thought our server Alisha was joking at first but she wasn't but she was super nice about it. Food was served quite quickly and the pizza came out piping hot. We usually order a margherita pizza but this one is made with an Alfredo sauce instead of a red sauce. It was definitely edible despite the loads of cheese on top. The crust was crispy. It was just very different tasting from what we are used to. Alisha was a great server and I think I would just have to try something different from the menu on a return visit. Service was 5 star though! read more

They have great pizza but don't order pasta. They have "spaghetti and meatballs" on the menu. I ordered it as take out expecting just basic comfort nothing fancy. Got home, opened the lid and.... Here is what you get....penne, a tiny portions, and served up with a distinct "I don't care." Yes they have good pizza but maybe this deserves to be retired from the menu. Out of the pizza at this restaurant. I'm one of those thin crest labors and they do it better than anybody in town. It's always crisp thin just the way I like it and cook to perfection. Doesn't matter what the ingredients are. It's gonna come out perfect. It's a fun place to eat. They have a great Bar where you can just sit and visit if you like. Of the more than 50 or more times I've visited this restaurant over the ears, I've never had a bad experience. What can i say about us pizza.... well for starters the food is great and very consistent. From the spicy stix, pizzas, salads, and even the sandwiches are all great. Service is always good. kids love to go back into the kitchen and make their own pizzas. The Food was excellent as usual, just wish the Service and Store Appearance had been as good (that is what kept this from being a five star). (They were not busy, only 4 Tables, including us) There were used Napkins, Straws and dropped Food all around the Lobby Floor. Our Server was slow to show up to take our Order and almost never came back around too offer refills. Observed one Server standing and talking with one Table the entire time we were there, literally. No tomatoes (wasn't listed-so ok), had to have a magnifying glass to find any meat. Can't possibly use the bowl they bring it out it as it was full of mostly lettuce. Had to get a plate. But the worst part was the mushrooms. Instead of fresh (you would think since they make pizza, they would have them] they were from a jar. Ugh slimy things. I ordered a 13 inch Supreme pizza today, July 28, 2023 from the Hillcrest location, 2710 Kavanagh, Little Rock, AR 72205. I ordered a Supreme 13 inch with, beef, sausage, bell pepper and onion. I also ordered extra sausage and sun dried tomatoes. I made my order through Door Dash. When my order came I received a 13 inch Supreme Pizza, with only sausage and sun dried tomatoes. That is it. The other ingredients were left off. My total bill came to $40. 09. Door Dash refunded me $13.80 but I should have been refunded my full $40.09. The Pizza was unedibile since most of the ingredients that a Supreme pizza taste good. I paid $40.09 for sausage and sun dried tomatoes. I normally love U. S. Pizza but this was lousy and I ended up throwing the pizza away. I asked for a full refund but DoorDash told me they could not refund the full amount. They could have picked the pizza up. This was money that I did not have thrown away. I am disappointed at both U. S. Pizza and DoorDash. I want my $40.09 refunded. read more

I have eaten at US Pizza ever since it opened in NLR in 1972. I was really glad when one opened in Conway a few years ago. However, lately, the quality of their food has really declined especially regarding to what it costs. We got a take out large Supreme pizza a few weeks ago, it was burned and had no taste. We thought we'd try it again this week-end. We got a take out large Supreme. It wasn't cooked quite long enough and the crust was tough. We also got a small salad with everything. The lettuce wasn't real fresh, even had some pieces that should have been thrown in the trash. Don't know if we'll be going back. US Pizza in Conway, needs new management, new cooks, lower prices or all of the above. read more

This is my favorite pizza place in Conway. I love the thin crust pizza here. We aren't looking for anything fancy or frou-frou. We want good, crispy thin-crust pizza to order with delicious, flavorful ingredients, and US Pizza consistently "delivers." We had tonight what we had last time, a 13" pepperoni with mushrooms and green peppers and two beers, Amber Bock on tap for me and Fat Tire in a bottle for him. I also had a cookie for dessert, and it was soft and tasty. When we arrived tonight, the owners' young son was at the host station, and asked how many in our party and seated us. It was sweet and felt very neighborhoody. When I was nursing my beer after we were done eating, my husband started to get a little antsy, as it had gotten louder and more crowded. I've been eating US Pizza Company pizza and salads since the late 1970s and they remain one of my favorite casual dining spots in Arkansas. More and more locations continue to appear but as I visit them the quality remains surprisingly consistent. Some locations offer more ambiance then others - the Heights and Kavanaugh locations are the coolest but Maumelle and Conway are great. Highly recommended. read more

It can be hard to find a restaurant open past 9 pm in Conway, but US Pizza is. I went here the other night after a meeting. I had a 10 in sausage and pepperoni pizza...with extra cheese and a soft drink. The pizza was very good to excellent. Thin crust, which I love, good meats, sauce and cheese. The pizza is good enough that I would definitely return for it. But, there where two things that caused me to give it 4 stars instead of 5. First, a 10 inch pizza and coke was over $17. I think that is a little high for Conway Arkansas. Secondly, they had music playing from two different sources and they were playing different music! It was annoying at best and approaching maddening. I don't know if it was because it was late enough at night that the kitchen crew wanted to listen to their own music...but where I was sitting in the dinning room I could hear both the kitchen music and the dinning room music. read more

Served every table around us for 20 minutes before we informed the server we haven't been helped. She said "Sorry about that" and let us walk out.
