We had the roundup pizza. Excellent, as there was five us we ordered a meal as well. I had a bacon cheeseburger. Not bad. Funny thing happened, a lady that was with us had a tiny little worm on her salad. She would not order another. My wife had a loaded phillly baked potato. She said it was delicious. It was huge. She said she couldn't eat it all and it evaporated! Quiet and cool in there today. Still like the rustic barn look of the place. read more

Been getting to go pizza for years. Pizza is delicious. Problem is price goes up and size goes down. Don't mind paying more but don't give me a medium sized pizza when I ordered a large. Shotgun Dan's and Bernadette better choices if trying to feed a family of 6. Large at Roper's doesn't cut it anymore. read more

I'm shocked this place has under a 4+ rating. It is SO good! We've loved everything we've ever ordered. Prices are not crazy. Service is always good. The only "downfall" is they're often PACKED and parking can be difficult.... so again, why the low rating?!? Trust me, just go!! read more

My first time here and I really wanted to like this place but it's a NO for me dawg!!! We were seated right away but it was (seat yourself) with No Social Distancing whatsoever. Mildly concerning considering the Covid-19 case numbers are increasing daily and are over 2500 right now. We had a party of 4. My wife and I and my buddy and his girlfriend. We started with Fried Pickles but they never came. Either our waitress forgot to put the order in or the kitchen missed it. I ordered a small pizza which was overpriced for the quality. Honestly I've had better at Little Caesars. My wife ordered a Sirloin which came very undercooked and very tough and flavorless.....again, overpriced for the quality. My buddy ordered a Ribeye and said the same thing regarding lack of flavor. Our waitress could've been a bit more attentive but she wasn't horrible. As we headed to pay our checks by the open kitchen we noticed there were more people back there than customers and at least 90% of the kitchen staff had no mask on and none were wearing gloves. I'm all for shopping local mom & pop joints but if the quality and service suck, I'm going to take my business to the chain restaurants like Chili's or Texas Roadhouse. Very disappointed with our visit. Can't say I have much reason to come back for a 2nd time. Best of luck to this place. I'm sure there are a lot of people who love this place but for me the quality just wasn't there in too many aspects. read more

We have been here many times and the food is always very good. Tonight however I was very disappointed with the staff. We had a party of five with one wheelchair. There were several empty tables and they wanted us to sit at a table for four. We asked if we could sit at a booth and put the wheelchair on the end. The first host said sure. After we sat down another host asked us to move to the table for four. She insisted that this table would accommodate six. There was no way that five much less six people could be comfortable. When I said this she rolled her eyes. We decided to just leave. read more

I went out to eat with my church and one of my church members had a big hair ball. The manager was very disrespectful about it when we told him about and it was a big hair ball it couldn't have fell out of someones hair. It was very disgusting and not trying to be disrespectful, but he needs to be fired. read more

The food was good . The service by the waitress and by the manager was lacking. they were both rude. There were 8 people in our group and they wanted us to set at a table meant for 4 people instead of taking up that table and a booth. there were still other empty tables. We usually have a great experience here, BUT this time it was AWFUL!! Let me clarify, the food was good, but the service was awful! There were eight people in the back. No one was helping the one waitress in the front. Mistake number one! One waitress was working seven tables. We got to Ropers at 4:05 PM. The waitress took our drink order, and our other party of two came shortly thereafter. We had five people in our party. We had very simple orders: chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, with white gravy, green beans, side, salads, and a pizza with mushrooms. It took over 20 minutes for her to take her order and over 30 minutes for the food to arrive. We Tried to get her attention, but every time she looked at us, she would turn around and walked away. Thankfully, the food was hot and good. The waitress did not check on us. She delivered the food and the ticket. No refills on drinks. She did not check if we were satisfied with the food: thankfully, we were. I asked for a box for the rest of my pizza. She brought the box over and said, "I am busy I have things to do." She turned around and walked off. My husband looked at me and said this will be the last time you ever come back. we are very nice people. We are church going people; more over, a lot of the clientele that come to Ropers are from our church. we have never had a problem with Ropers before. No one that I know of, from our church, has ever had a problem with Ropers. However, today was a day that needed to be yelped. We will not be back. read more

Doesn't look like much from the road, but it is WOWZA!!!! We are there two nights in a row. We got pizza, chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans, chicken bake (not listed on the menu), BLT, fried green beans, & chicken strips. Pizza: just like shotgun Dan's. It's SO awesome! Chicken fried steak: so thin & tender. Good ratio of breading & meat. Good flavor. Mashed potatoes: didn't taste homemade. Maybe they were instant. Green beans: meh...needs a bit more flavoring. Chicken bake: as my friend said about this meal "it's the best thing I've ever eaten". It's a baked potatoes with all the fixings including chicken, cheese onions & peppers! BLT: lots of bacon! Good flavor. Chicken strips: very good. Not like fast food at all. Fried green beans: better than the popular chains! SO GOOD! Go here. Eat here. They have a drive thru & are open during the pandemic! read more

Food & service are always second to NONE!!! The steaks are FIRE: tender, juicy, flavorful - all the way to the mouth-watering pizza, burgers & chicken tenders - you just cannot go wrong here. Best cheese sticks I've ever had, hands down! Fresh ingredients and excellent service keep us all craving more. The staff, manager, and owner are what make this place a second home! Employees are always smiling & friendly. They make you feel like family. The owner has provided for this community in countless ways. The food is just ok and the restaurant is loud and crowded. If you're unfortunate enough to be seated right by the counter and the wait stay soon like we were our meal was an endless stream of customer an staff brushing past our table. First time here. It was amazing! Very clean too! Cheers to Adona. She was friendly and professional. We had pizza and a ribeye steak. Wow! The steak was better than something I would make myself. The pizza was full of goodies and the crust was nice and crispy. We will definitely come back. We live in Marion, AR and are always passing Ropers on our way to Fayetteville. It's a great halfway point for us to stop and stretch our legs and get our bellies full of good food. read more

I have tried to call for 30 min to place a order togo for my wife to pick up on her home. All I was able to get was a busy signal the 20 times I tried to call. My wife is now having to wait for our order to be made because they don't have call waiting! read more

We went to Roper's Restaurant in Bebee yesterday afternoon around 430. The restaurant was pretty empty maybe 7 or 8 customers total. My husbad and the boys were sitting at the table and I walked up to the counter and ask for the wifi password. An older gentleman with gray hair told me they don't give the password out. I made a sad face and walked away. As I was walking away he yelled something, but I couldn't understand him because I am deaf in one ear. I turned around thinking he was telling me the password, I said "huh" he said "nice talk lady, just walk away when someone is speaking to you that is kinda rude". I was shocked at this point, my husband hears the man yelling at me and tells the boys "come on let's go". As we are leaving Scott walks up to the counter and tells the guy he definitely lost out on money and we won't he back. The guy starts yelling at Scott and calling me rude because I walked away. My little boys are upset at this point and I'm trying to get out the door. Scott shared our experience with a family member and the same exact thing happened to them by the same man over a cup. The same man yelled at another woman over something minor. We have frequented this restaurant often over the past 15 years and do not plan on ever going back. We have been told the man who yells at women is part owner of this establishment. read more

Don't let the good reviews fool you!! Worst steak that I have ever had in my life. I ordered the ribeye and my friend ordered the filet. We ordered them medium rare. We were the only people in the restaurant that didn't work there. After a long 30 minute wait, the steaks arrived severely over cooked, medium well. As if the combined wait and over cooked wasn't enough, the meat tasted ruined. The meat was either bad or marinated in something very bad for way too long. read more

We go here at least once a month. I love to be able to have a sit down pizza and salad. Their Round-up pizza is full of toppings and never a disappointment. Sometimes we aren't in the mood for pizza and have ordered their steak and while usually it is great, occasionally it has been bland. I believe the reason for this is because they use a family recipe to marinade them, and I am assuming they run out of the ones that have had time to marinade. The chicken fried steak, fried green beans, burgers, and lunch special are all good too. When we have friends from out of town, they ask to go for Roper's pizza! read more

We made a huge mistake and went there for Valentine's Day today. Girst, the nasty waitress sat down at our table, RUDE!! Steak was majorly under cooked, and we voiced it to the waitress, who said "well I asked you if everything was fine", and she did, as soon as the plates were sat down, before we had one single bite! Then we carried the plater to the check-out and the dark-haired male manager did take off half of the cost, and said "That's just a steak". Extremely rude. Will never go back. Try to keep business local and see how rude and bad the food and service was?..... never again. read more
