They have internal theft issues (someone stealing from their register). Hotheaded shift leads who invade your personal space just to incite violence and assert their dominance. One specific employee would whisper things in my ear just to try to get me to react. Dominos witholds it's corporate contact information ferm employees. Other stores not owned by this specific franchisee have a bad taste in their mouth when his name is mentioned. Constant mistakes within the prep stages of pies. Usually it would be incorrect toppings. This happened 2 to 3 times a day. Even on slow days. Deliveries would end up being 10-20 minutes late on occasion because the manager or shift lead would hold deliveries for one person so they could get their mileage and cause the entire flow to go out of whack. While the rest of the crew got one or two deliveries here or there. The contact phone numbers for the registered Headquarters and the district manager both ring and then come with a message saying "this number does not accept calls". One employee physically threatened another and intimidated a nuerodivergent. Cutting blade for pies was rarely washed or swapped out.
