The food and service were on point especially for as busy they were on a Friday night .

The place was very packed and service was slow. We ordered and she brought to food out. We had a rib eye and it was over cooked and tough. She then came back with drinks and spilled all over my son's back. He was soaked and left to go home. When the bill came we still had to pay for his meal. They should have comped it. A very sad time at Chilis tonight. Spoiled our family outing. The ambiance here never changes. She said it was an accident but he and his family left and it was just us grandparents there. read more

Conway Chili's is the best. I have to give a shout out to Jessica. She goes above and beyond. This guy at the bar was stumbling and he knocked over his barstool. She picked up his chair and called him a cab home. We've been here several times and Jessica is a great bartender and waitress. Our drinks and food are always yummy. This is my go-to place. I love this location. Staff has always been great. The food is fantastic and always fresh. I love the option of requesting a table before we get there. So we never have a long wait. The chips and salsa are my favorite things about this place. The steak is amazing. read more

Went her for lunch one day and was not disappointed at all. One of my faves was on the menu crispers (chicken) and waffles. Hands down delicious! There was so much on my plate I could not finish it. We went to eat on Memorial Day. When we arrived the hostess was kind and let us know there would be a 20-30 min wait for a table. She was running around helping the waiters buss tables as well. She mentioned they were pretty short staffed for the evening. Our waitress was Katie, she was incredibly kind and welcoming. She made conversation and welcomed us to Conway as we were visiting. We went in last Saturday for a casual lunch. They had a 20 minute wait, but that's ok. After a short wait, we got seated at a two seat booth. The first thing I notice was the table, while cleared was still dirty. I got the host's attention and he promptly wiped down the table. After settling in, I opened the menu to find cheese dip stuck between the pages, getting it on my hands. I quickly closed it up, and we shared the clean menu. I also happened to notice how dirty the table top computer that is used used to pay the check was. It was after seeing it that we decided it was best to go somewhere else. We had not been waited on by the time we made our decision. It was busy so it's understandable. I really do like Chili's, having eaten at a lot of them throughout the years. So, about 7:30 we decided we wanted a little dessert to close out a Sunday evening. Not a good choice. But you would figure to get a good cake and ice cream dish, the chocolate molten, wouldn't be a miss, right? I ordered two of this dish & asked that they both be prepared to eat, instead of the regular 'to go' packaged style. So they did so for both. But one of them had the ice cream removed. Evidence showed it had been there, but it was taken off. The chocolate was hard and had a residue of ice cream, but no ice cream. WHO DOES THAT? Why a one star and the answer is, you will freeze your Arse off, the employees are running around and therefore want the cold air while we the customers are very uncomfortable. All of the Chills have these round air vents in the ceiling to the number of approximately 30 or so and they really blow the cold air and as a result it feels like you're sitting outside in a cold wind blast, not comfortable to sit and enjoy a meal therefore I bitch, bitch & bitch until they turn it down. I've come to really like this place. I've been eating at Chili's for years. Their Southwest Eggrolls can't be beat and as crazy as it might sound, their steaks are some of the best i've ever has. I typically get the sirloin which always comes out perfectly cooked, nicely seasoned, and topped with garlic butter. The taste and texture are outstanding. My wife does the reward things and we get free chips and salsa each visit. Their salsa isn't the greatest and is a bit watery sometimes but who am I to complain about free food. We usually get great service at all the Chili's we go to. Can't recall a time that we didn't, even on a busy evening. All the food I've had here is great, from the steaks to the quesadilla, salads, bbq, etc. I don't believe there is anything I don't like at Chili's. This place has always been a staple for our "Going Out" nights. Always enjoy stopping by. read more

I decided to go here for dinner even after reading the bad reviews. I went into the restaurant with a party of four at 6pm on a Friday night. We were seated within 5 min. Our server was Jaida. Jaida was an excellent waitress, and was very attentive. Our table was clean upon our sitting down. Our silverware was clean also.We had ordered four different meals, and they all turned out great. The meals came out in a reasonable time. Our overall experience was above 5 stars. I will gladly return to support this business and the employees working hard in this post Covid world. Again, Jaida was an excellent server, and the other workers were trying hard also. Please cut them a little slack if things are not perfect in your observations. read more

My step son and I stopped here for a late lunch. They had a large group of teenagers in the dining area and I consider not staying because I was worried the food would take forever. However we grabbed a booth in the bar area. We were greeted immediately by a very friendly server. We ordered fried pickles as a appetizer and they arrived quickly, My son ordered the crispy chicken fingers and fries and I had the shrimp tacos. Everything arrived quickly and was very good. Been eating Chili's for years, never a real complaint, food always really fresh, and on time, last Saturday afternoon, extremely busy so sat bar, place was really dirty, the bar, the floors, the tables, noticed this last time as well. However, last few times in the chips Are so thin and greasy, I sent back twice last time, and also this time, couple to my left also sent theirs back. Bartender did tell us they were making a fresh batch, and also said had several complaints, USe to be best chips and salsa! This is easily the best Chilis I have ever been to. The food is always excellent and it's rare we have to wait more than 10 minutes. The servers are amazing!!! Tonight we went a bit earlier than normal and was seated in Blake's section. He anticipated our every need and made sure my pasta had enough sauce! I always forget to get the green onions off of my Cajun chicken pasta, but he made sure to double check that I wanted everything on it. Made my night! My husband and I and our three kids showed up for dinner around 8:45. We were walked by 5 times with no acknowledgement. Finally the girl that walked past us twice stops and tells us it will be 30-45 minutes wait to be seated because they're no tables. We looked around and pointed out several and so she finally seats us. Then she ends up being our server. She was clearly trying to rush us. She did not pull ONE thing off of our table expect for an empty cup of sprite that my husband insisted on her taking off of our table. I had to put my empty patron margarita glass on another table. My food came out cold. The cheese on my mashed potatoes weren't even melted. It's hard to mess up loaded mashed potatoes. You'd think while we were paying she would pick up some plates or cups or anything but no. She was too busy talking to coworkers and sweeping. I left a similar review at the restaurant that will have her name attached to it. Didn't catch her name. Not sure if managers just don't talk to tables at Chili's or what but I've never seen one walking around talking to people anytime we have gone. read more

My review is for the service at the Chili's located in Conway. I feel it's really unnecessary/unfair to rate Chili's on food since it is a chain and is basically the same everywhere barring any major disasters. My food was great and exactly what was expected. However, my waitress was extremely rude! Overall, it seemed like she was doing everything she could to get us out of the restaurant as soon as possible. Mind you, the restaurant was not full at all so it's not like they were trying to turn over the table. She gave us our checks in the middle of dinner and then proceeded to take my coworker's plate away when she wasn't even finished. It was bad enough I almost said something to the manager on the way out, but didn't feel like starting a fuss. If you go here, I hope you don't get my waitress! read more

Busy place but this was my first visit since being a weekly regular several years ago at another location. I was disappointed in menu changes that seem to focus on sauces, cheeses and fried......overall, we rate it as "MEH".... I guess visits at 3 to 4 year intervals is about right. read more

Good food, but didn't honor the price in the menu. The unlimited soup and salad was one price before 4pm and another after. They didn't honor that and stated that it changes on the weekend. They don't have anything in the menu stating that. My wife ordered a skinny margarita and had to order a second shot as she was convinced there wasn't any tequila on the first one. Just super sweet. You know what, I love Chili's and I always have. Chips and queso, delish, carribbean salad, fantastic, tropical sunrise margaritas, yummy! Those are a few of my favorites. My husband loves the ribs, burgers and sliders. The staff here are always so great and friendly, unlike a lot of restaurants around here with lots of annoying college kids as servers. absolutely the worst experience I've have ever had at a Chili's restaurant. the appetizer was delivered before our drinks. ( a bus girl brought us water) we ordered dinner and asked that our dinks be brought to us. I even added another drink at the time to to ensure that I would have a drink with dinner. My wife's drink was brought out but mine was not. our entree's we're servered and still no drink for me. At that time I just decided to cancel my drink orders and I had water with my dinner. I told the waI tress to cancel both drinks since neither had been prepared at that time. I watched her as she told the bartender, the bartender mouthEd off and made a face at me like what did I expect, real service? mind you, this was after. 30 minute wait for not getting my first drink. The food was good for the most part however both ears of corn were cold. The dining room was neat, looked like one bus lady was busting her rear to keep the tables clean. The hostess was friendly and while she didn't text us that our seats were ready, I had already seen that we were next to be seated on the phone app. The bathrooms were filthy, there was pubic hair on top of the urinal among other nasty dirt. the floor around the urinal and the toilet had pee all over the place and from the sink to the door was the floor was soaked. Not once did we see a manager walking the floor to see how the customers and servers were doing. I know the manager had to know about our drink problem because only a manager can split a drink off a tab. When I asked why a manager hadn't been out to talk with us, she said they don't do that anymore, that they don't really care themselves. Maybe Chili's doesn't care anymore. I think the funnest part of this whole night was while we waited 35 minutes for our table I went on Yelp to see the reviews and I was surprised to see that service and cleanliness was almost always described as horrible and bad. . We chose to drive 40 miles to go to this Chili's because we're usually get the same waitress and she knows us as regular customers. I'm glad that she graduated college this spring because I won't be back to this Chili's restaurant. I think this is just another good reason to support my local bar/grill. read more

Not impressed. Waitress was very unfriendly. Not rude, just not caring. Walked by asking questions, like in a hurry. Never stayed or stopped at table long enough to let us explain or ask anything. I ordered Southwest Chicken Caesar Salad. Would have been better if it had chicken actually on it and actually had Caesar dressing. I pointed it out to her and she brought me a chicken breast to cut up and put on the salad myself. When I was done preparing my own food it still tasted bland. Savannah liked her burger sliders. Edna had Brisket/Chicken combo. Said it was ok, not impressed. Manager walked by table many times, never asked how everything was. We felt invisible. read more
