We had a great dining experience here! We had the rib eye steaks, grilled shrimp, popcorn shrimp, Cesar salad, and fries. There was four of us and we were celebrating Mother's Day. Maci, our server for the afternoon, was absolutely amazing. She did an amazing job and was just such a ray of sunshine on a cloudy rainy day. We absolutely adored her. The atmosphere of the restaurant is commercial roadhouse chic. It's charming in its way. Everything was clean, including the bathrooms. One nit pick was that one of the soap dispensers was empty but the other wasn't. On the bright side the rib eyes were cooked perfectly. Whether it was medium rare or just medium, they were cooked to the right temperature. Also the seasoning was done well. Nothing was over salted. Overall, for a chain restaurant, I was very impressed with both the food and especially the service. read more

I love a good Logan's Roadhouse, but tonight - this location fell far short. We were seated and had placed our food & drink orders long before the next booth was seated. We waited and waited, and eventually got part of our drink order - at the same time as the booth seated after us got both their entrees. Our waittress was nice; she explained that the kitchen and bar staff was all new. Eventually, we got a bit more of our drink order - still no food and my Sweet Tea was still absent. When she finally brought our food; my entree was missing the baked potato and I still had no tea. She hustled back to the kitchen and brought my tea and a Baked Potato with sour cream - my main request had been that there be no sour cream on my potato. She took it away, and finally brought my correct potato. This was the worst dining experience we have had in a year or more. We understand that new staff must be trained, but where was the manager?! We'll need to avoid this Logan's for a year or so; it took so long to get our food that we had no time for dessert. read more

What an amazing place. Food was spot on and great tasting. The place was clean, and inviting. The wife and I talked to the manager who was on the floor. Came over to our table twice to ask if we are all set and if the food was good. We talked to him and thanked him for his time and what we see him doing. He was helping waitstaff and cleaning tables. You don't see that kind of help anymore. The waitstaff were also friendly. We will definitely be going back again. read more

I haven't eaten at a Logans Roadhouse in several years. We don't have them in Las Vegas where I live, but we had them in Kansas and I loved them! Our server, Riley, was really great! He was on top of everything and took great care of us. We started out with the deviled eggs appetizer which was pretty good. I loved the glaze that they drizzled over the eggs. That was a very creative touch. You don't see deviled eggs on the menu very often so we had to try them. I ordered the Logan sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes and it was pretty decent. The sirloin was a little tough and not wonderful but it was cooked perfectly as I ordered it. Maybe just a bad cow. I dunno. My loaded mashed potatoes were not warm. I even like lukewarm food and these weren't even that hot. Gotta ding a star for that. The other thing was, four of the five of us had ordered side salads. They brought the side salads and we were enjoying them. And about one minute later here come all the entrées. Delivered by a team! A little too soon! We would've liked a moment to enjoy our salads before the hot food came, or the food that was supposed to be hot. There goes another star. Usually when you go to a Logans Roadhouse you have to wait in line. They're always packed. Not this one. Now I see why. read more

They catered to our wedding which they made super easy for us to plan and work with. Everyone loved the food they made and it was plenty to feed our guests. They brought servers to help feed our guest. Overall the service was excellent and stress free. And it tasted perfect for our day. read more

I stopped to eat dinner about 1930. Most of the tables were empty. Was asked by hostess party size which was three. A waitress came up and argued with her and another guy that worked there. I was informed there would be about 40 minute wait. I asked if heard her right and told her never mind. She said I guess he didn't like that. I don't know who would want to wait 40 minute in an empty restaurant. Maybe you should train your employees to work more and run dumb mouth less. Will help you with return business. read more

Horrible service! Got seated by the greeter then didn't see our waitress for at least 10 minutes. Kept messing up our order, Never checked up on the table, never brought us any rolls, messed up our billing. The manager didn't know how to operate the computer to fix our receipts, never offered a discount, and there was huge miscommunication between him and the waitress. My husband had the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly to medium--very tender. I had the top sirloin and it was a bit more done than the medium I ordered, so not as tender. It was a good-size steak though, and I didn't want to send it back for a replacement. Our salads were very fresh. Baked potatoes were good, and the rolls are outstanding! After thinking about what we had I really don't feel good about our meal. If you have something on the menu then you need a cook that know how to cook it. The waitress took too long to approach the table after we were seated. Once the order was in it took forty minutes to arrive. The food was burned yet cold. My drink was empty for most of our time here yet I didn't drink much. We had a bad experience before and the manager tried hard to make it right. We decided to give them another chance with a late lunch on Thursday. I regret that decision. Unless something drastic changes this one is on the way out. read more

Wife meal was fine, just no French onion soup. Knowing you never send anything back, l just asked for a to go. Second soup never came but was taken off the bill.
