We had just landed from a West Coast flight (a 3-hour time difference, obviously) and stopped in for dinner around 10 PM, even though they close at 11. Our server, Tybra, was AMAZING--the best service my family has ever received while dining out. She made every request feel effortless and never once acted like anything was a bother. Even after the kitchen had technically closed, they were still letting a few stragglers stay and watch Game 2 of the Stanley Cup, and she even let me order dessert. Not only that--she made it herself! Tybra went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her positive attitude completely turned a long travel day around. Stopped by after the movies to watch the NCAA Women's basketball championship game and grab a bite to eat. I sat at the bar, staff were very friendly and attentive, drinks were well made and the food came out in a timely manner. The TVs are closed captioned so you can follow the games when the patrons are getting loud. read more

My hunt for a good Berger lead me here. With the reviews I decided to try it. My boyfriend tried the BBQ chicken nachos large and he didn't realize how big it was going to be. The chips and BBQ sauce were amazing and he said he would definitely order this again. The burger on the other hand...the tater tots should have been fried a little longer. They were still mushy lacking that crunch. The burger patty was delicious with their spices and melted cheese. The bun was toasted with butter which made it a perfect pair. The burger itself were dry. It definitely needed a sauce or at least mayonnaise. The lettuce used was shredded and had a weird taste that didn't go with the burger. It also came with tomato with I opt out. The pickles were included but nothing was different. Just typical pickles. Would have been good if they were kind of thick kosher pickles but oh well. All in all we would go back for the nachos again but not the burger. read more

We love Biltmore Square, a lot of restaurants choose from great views great people. We are seated quickly and I noticed they had some new additions to the menu. I've always been disappointed. They stopped doing the brick oven pizzas but they brought back flatbread pizza and if I could tell you, it's the worst I've ever had that be an understatement. The pizza was made on seem like taco tortillas and smelled like bleach. I never complain, but I had to tell the waitress and she said yeah we get that a lot but I promise you it's clean. We just can't figure it out. I'll send out the manager so the manager comes out. He says the same thing as they washed the boards and this and that but they just smell like that. I promise him if I got food poison I've been in his front yard that night, but I didn't, but the pizza is still zero out of 10 for me sometimes it's better to stick with what you like. We'll be back though. Just wanna order that terrible flatbread pizza. read more

Wow! I am quite impressed with this place. Came here on a Monday night. They had live music which made the place so welcoming. HUGE TV's for football Monday. 1/2 priced burgers and 1/2 priced well drinks ohh and $3 domestic beers! What?! That's unheard of. We ordered a few burgers. My FAVORITE was the mushroom with Swiss cheese. Service very was amazing. Everyone here was ultra friendly. They also have a trivia night.. I think it's Tuesday but check up on it. Definitely great for couples and family. Just a great place with plenty of parking as well. I'll definitely be back as this is my new go-to local sports bar. read more

Service and ambiance was more pleasurable than usual because there was live music when I showed up. I got my hands on the Cedar Plank Salmon, which is a baked salmon fillet with a chili lime rub, alongside steamed yellow rice. The salmon was cooked to a beautiful mid-rare and the rub was exceptional. The yellow rice was steamed to perfection. Overall, a great late-night meal. read more

Nothing is gourmet but everything is terrific - from building my salad topped with tuna - to food truck chicken and rice - to burgers and Philly cheesesteak they are in the top 10 percent of all WNC restaurants... and the staff makes them even better! Wednesday is half price wings and they are always good. Summer was my server and she has served my family many times. She always does an amazing job. I drink a lot of Diet Coke and she makes sure that I don't go below the half way mark. She pays attention!!!! And she does good table maintenance. I had surgery on my shoulder several days ago and was really craving wings last night, so I had someone go pick up some for me. The wings were ok, I didn't eat much because they were pink and looked undercooked however at 4am I woke up and didn't stop puking for 6 hours. I'm still trying to recover from this awful food poisoning on top of trying to heal my shoulder, so I will not be back. And honestly if you're hungry, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! It's not worth the level of pain and sickness I had to endure last night. I would rate this place zero stars if I could. read more
