Portion sizes were good and free clear soup, which was a game changer for me. This has made Hibachi Dash a go to option for hibachi for me. The food came out quickly and service was friendly. There are some seats inside to eat but it's definitely more set up for take out. Parking in abundance sure it's in a strip mall with plenty of other businesses to choose from. Overall, I'm glad I found good hibachi place!

Lunch specials priced $9.95-$15.95 deoending on the protein. Includes a coear hot soup. That was actually tasty reminding me of the appetizer soups at sit fien japanese restaurants. Dehydrated onion available fir sorinkling on the soup. Protein choice is served with fried rice or noodles. Stir fried rice and a small side of yum yum sauce. Veggies include zuchinni. Onion, carrot, mushroom and broccoli. The meat and veggies were cooked with soy and oil, according tobthe sheen at the bottom of my container. I love Ginger sauce. The smallest option for ginger sayce was a 16 ounce container for $5.99. what? I wanted 2 ounces for my meal. What was I going to do with 16 ounces? My steak was ordered to be cooked medium rare. The kitchen did a hood job cooking my steak to order. With just a few bites I was enjoying my meal. Now that we are driving home, I"m tasting the saltiness of the soy sauce on my tounge. Hubs ordered the shrimp. To look at them, the shrimp were plump and pink. Unfortunately my husband felt the meal lacked flavor. The veggies were plentiful and the rice was more than either of us could finish. Bibacji Dash Offers Buble Tea and what appeared to be a drlection of juices labeled in Japanese in the cooler. We ordered fountain drinks. I will complain that they need to upgrade the quality of the cups. Flimsey is an understatement. One step above a paper cone found at a water cooler is a better description. When I got home I set theflimdey cup inside a glass to avoid a disaster. Hubs wanted to rate Hibashi Dash 3 stars. I eated my food and exoerience 5 stars so we averaged out at 4 stars.

SEVEN WORDS: Hearty Hibachi / Fresh Ingredients /Fast Food Upgraded. . So...this is Hibachi in its Truest, Non-Japanese Steakhouse Form. I ordered the Steak Hibachi and my Wife Picked up the Shrimp+Chicken Hibachi. We added two Sodas (Free Refills) - and our Order Came to a Hefty $45. . That being stayed, let me clarify what's Going on Here: the Steak in my Hibachi was mid-level NY Strip Cubelets. They were cooked Medium, and had a real sear to them. The Veggies included PRODUCE FRESH Zucchini, Carrots, Onions, and Mushrooms. All Four items were roughly chopped and cooked to al dented. That was a good surprise. My Wife's Shrimp was medium in size, like a Healthy Cocktail - but already peeled and fresh to the bite: Incredibly Good. Also, the Fried Rice was probably the best we've each had - mildly buttery and full of tender flavor. It is hard to pinpoint, because minimal peas and carrots were in the stir-fried rice - and they weren't part of the delicious taste. . The only drawbacks were the Fast-Food Cafeteria Setting and an Entrance/Exit door that was terribly close to all seating. . However, Hibachi Dashis a Great option for Carry-Out, and any couple could easily split a dish, once they find their perfect match. . Additionally, our meals will yield between 2-3 Servings.

They were not a consistent bright pink, looked like the salmon was old. The imitation crab on the Ohio roll was very low quality and did not taste good. I'd rather drive to an actual sushi restaurant. The service was good, I think that's the only thing they have going for them.

Other people praise the sushi burrito so I got that. They make it right there in front of you, and you can choose the sushi (or beef.) I got tuna, and it was actually very fresh, buttery, with a nice flavor. And, that plus rice and your choice of veggies forms up into a hefty, tasty burrito. I also got an Ohio roll, crab and cream cheese, etc., which they have prepackaged along with other things that look like the sushi you could get it a grocery store. It was also pretty good, and, surprisingly, reasonably priced. And a beef bowl, again made in front of you, with whatever sauce and veggies you want. Again, tasty, filling, possibly even healthy. Don't worry, I didn't eat it all at once. I had a little before work, and then the rest for lunch and breaks at work. Good quality, good flavor, decent prices, friendly service, and convenient. And even maybe fairly healthy. I'm sold.

We spent $230 (w/ tip) and it was worth every penny. Probably the best Japanese restaurant in the city. We passed by this place multiple times on our way elsewhere. We're Mario fans, so the name Yoshi caught our eye, but the cramped strip mall exterior doesn't exactly scream culinary dream. We decided to take a chance, and let me just say--wow. It's an intimate space with just a few tables and an 8-10 seat sushi bar. We didn't have reservations (make one, they fill up fast) but managed to snag seats at the bar. The service immediately stood out. We had better attention here than at some upscale steakhouses--glasses never went empty, and their menu suggestions were spot on. One minor heads-up: at the sushi bar, staff sometimes walk behind you to talk to the chefs, which can be a bit distracting. For starters, we grabbed the gyoza and asked for a standout small plate. They pointed us to the beef tongue. It arrived hot with shredded onions and spicy mustard, delivering a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth tenderness with a deep, beefy richness. The gyoza was equally flawless. Instead of the overly chewy or burnt wrappers you find at most spots, these had a delicate, golden-brown sear with an intensely savory, garlicky umami filling. We paired this with Sayuri sake, a creamy, unfiltered pour that perfectly balanced sweetness with a dry, clean finish. Since we love nigiri, we ordered a spread: tuna, salmon, smoked salmon, sweet shrimp, and Japanese scallop, plus a salmon/avocado roll. The cuts were impeccably sourced and practically dissolved on the tongue. You rarely find this level of consistency. Just a heads up--they prepare it the traditional way, meaning there is a dab of wasabi tucked directly under the fish. We also tried the Wagyu A-5 roll. It's about as "meat and potatoes" as a roll can get: steak, carrots, asparagus, and rice. The seared Wagyu fat melted instantly, creating a decadent, buttery glaze over the crisp vegetables. It's one of those rare foods that genuinely forces you to pause after each bite. At $40, it was 100% worth it. I can't say enough about this experience. Next time, we're leveling up to the fatty tuna and Wagyu experience on their special menu. That's the exact culinary peak we've been looking for, and incredibly, it's tucked inside a suburban strip mall. Absolutely brilliant.

It honestly looks like a cruise ship! The food displays are immaculate, and everything looks fresh. I love sushi and sashimi and their bar did not disappoint! Everything was fresh, and the flavors were amazing! I tried several items from the buffets and I don't think I had anything that was bad. They have a Pho and a Mongolian bar and I was too full to even eat from them! The waiter and waitresses were very nice, kept up with drink refills and removing our plates quickly. All very impressive. Not too busy on Friday at 11:30 am but it got busier. Service for drinks was very attentive but almost everyone i saw just got water. I asked about Japanese drinks and the waiter said we go to the front and grab those out of a fridge. On to the food. I started with the sushi of which there was a very large selection of both sashimi and sushi rolls, including several different toppings. I was bitterly disappointed that the taste of the sushi was not good. In fact, I could not even eat it except for the fried items which were good, although not really hot. I'm a little embarrassed to say that I did stuff a couple pieces of sushi in a napkin so that it didn't look so wasteful but really I could not eat it. Unfortunately this was my daughter's first time trying sushi so still not sure if she likes it. Onto the other hot dishes, the Asian food such as general Tso chicken, chicken with mushrooms, and beef with peppers was all very good. However, the fried rice just had some color and onion in it, no egg, no carrots, no peas. And the noodles were very basic but edible. The spring roll was very mushy again could not finish that. At this point, I was kind of over trying to find things that I liked and decided to end with some ice cream. There were just little cups of ice cream three different flavors and this was honestly the best part of my meal. My daughter tried three little cakes and she said they were excellent. I'm not sure about the salads and the fried American foods they had but overall I would just say the quality wasn't something I would go back for. There were people that had been there before, seemed like regulars and even had reward card to punch so maybe certain palletes enjoy it. I do think that the Asian protein dishes were the best part for me but not worth a return trip.
