Tofu Steak and Spicy Seafood Soup
    Marie V.

Pictured is my dinner plate and across is my husband's Spicy Seafood Soup. I enjoyed this perfectly cooked and seasoned tofu steak, accompanied by not so sticky rice (which I like), sautéed mushrooms with other veggies, and sliced avocado with a small portion of creamy, sweet Kabocha. For starters, we had a light, delicate, and slightly, savory flavor shrimp tempura. Our waitress was very attentive and polite. City ambience with pleasant, relaxing music.

We decided to dine here one night after I got a sudden craving for sweet potato sushi (it's a constant craving!). We love the atmosphere of this sushi bar and the vegetarian sushi options. Sushi: Buddha's roll, OHIO roll, Mamenori roll The sushi was delicious! I mainly eat vegetarian sushi, but my wife order the Mamenori roll. She loved it, but picked off the eel. She was not a huge fan of the texture. The OHIO roll and Buddha's roll were both amazing! The OHIO roll is deep fried with walnut panko and comes with sweet sauce. I have never had a sweet potato roll like this before, but I can say 100% that it was absolutely delicious! The Buddha's roll is pretty hard to mess up. Sweet peanuts and avocado are always great! We also ordered Chicken Pad Thai and Moshi Asian Pockets. Both were very good! The Chicken Pad Thai has ALOT of onion, so be aware of that when ordering. By the time we were finished with the sushi we really didn't have much room for anything else! This was great heated up the next day. My wife loved the Moshi Asian Pockets and had no complaints about them! The waitress was very attentive and kind! We will definitely be back again!

    Dragon roll and Jmynt roll

I came here for dinner with a friend and we were sat immediately. The store seemed really clean and the staff was pretty friendly. They were very quick with service and brought out menus and water immediately. They had a very large menu, there is definitely something for everyone here. There are tons of options, even vegetarian options. We ordered the dragon roll and the Jmynt roll which were both really good. I would eat here again but it wouldn't be my first choice. It wasn't anything phenomenal and was a little on the pricier side since it was $40 with tip for two rolls. It was good sushi for sure but I wouldn't say $40 worthy.

Ready for some dinner come on down to Moshi Sushi in Bexley
    Brian E.

Came down for some dinner this evening. Had a California Roll, Bexley Roll, Rainbow Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll and some Asian Pockets. Although the restaurant was full we were seated almost immediately. Server came right away, explained the daily special (tonight was Buy one get one 1/2 off ALL sushi rolls). Rolls came out quickly, well formed and ready to eat. The Asian were were also delicious. Restaurant was clean, servers pleasant and helpful.

    Love this place.

When my dasher arrived,…read moreshe was told she couldn't pick it up because she gave my name instead of the recipient's. Simple fix -- I gave her the correct name. But the restaurant REFUSED to release the order and told her to "call DoorDash." I called the restaurant myself to confirm whatever information they needed, and was met with one of the rudest attitudes I've ever experienced. The employee told me "my boss said no." When I asked to speak to the boss, she said, "No, she's not here. Call DoorDash." Every time I tried to explain that I DO NOT live in Columbus and was just trying to verify my own order, she cut me off, repeated "call DoorDash," and then hung up on me. I've sent DoorDash gift orders from other restaurants in the area and have never had an issue. I'm unbelievably upset with how unprofessional and unhelpful this experience was.

I think it used to be a Jolly Pirate, but now it's Golden Donuts and Deli, so you can get all three food groups. I went with hibachi. I was starving, and the portions were so big I left a little on the plate. I got the steak and shrimp; the steak was tender and flavorful, the shrimp was a little overcooked, as expected, but also flavorful from the sauce. Comes with noodles, which were good, rice, which was super good and surely unhealthy, and veggies which hopefully helped balance out the rest. (Shrooms, carrots, onions, broccoli, sauteed up nicely.) Oh, and started with miso soup- very good, and incongruous in a donut shop. Service was excellent- fast, friendly, helpful. Prices are pretty darn good for the quantity and quality. I will keep this in mind next time I am in this end of town.

This place doesn't look like much outside, and not much more inside. But the food is great, and the owners are super friendly and helpful. I saw them being super nice to other customers, as well as to me. I was the only dine-in customer, and there really are only two tables. They have the rest of the place blocked off, so no more seating. Lots of carryout business, even midafternoon on a weekday. They have a pretty big menu, but it's pretty much what you would expect. The standard hibachi proteins and combos and veggies and sauces. A few appetizers like crab Rangoon and eggrolls. I got steak, chicken and shrimp. I was tempted by scallops, too, but hibachi always adds up (this was the expected $20 or so.) And what came out was the standard huge hibachi portion, very well done. I asked for the steak medium, and it came out a little pink in the middle, close enough for tiny pieces. Tender and tasty. The chicken and shrimp were also perfectly cooked. Comes with fried rice, and cabbage and carrots, and two sauces. You can add other veggies for a small charge, and pick or swap your sauces I think. It was really good. And I have a little bit left over for later. Sweetie would definitely not come here. Not that it's unpleasant inside, but it is not fancy, and not in a nice part of town. But I enjoyed dining in, and you can always do carry out. Glad to see this here.

We were there around noon on a Sunday so they were not very busy but that was okay with us. I had made a Resy reservation because they recommended it. The interior is decorated very well and the light is slightly dimmed for a nice ambiance! They have really nice, and solid, dinnerware and glassware. We started with the crab rangoon tarts, 3 in an order, and the edamame. The tart shells were so buttery and the filling was the usual luscious crab mix. The edamame comes with salt or spicy, we chose salt. There was enough for all 3 of us. The drinks we chose were the Gin & Tea and the Lychee Martini. Both were delicious and the foam on both were handshaken and so creamy. The Gin & Tea was a surprise winner and I highly recommend it. We ordered 5 rolls. The Naruto, Center, Fantastic, Tiger and Dancing Salmon. I love Naruto rolls without the rice and nori, instead wrapped in thinly sliced cucumber. This one was well made and stayed together when using my chopsticks. It allows the fish to shine! The Center Roll had spicy tuna and a topping of avocado, masago and spicy mayo. It's what you would expect and well done. The Tiger Roll has a mix inside and on top. Each bite was a little different and delicious. The Fantastic Roll was just that! It had a lobster salad inside and slightly scorched Japanese scallops on top. The smokiness of the scallop was surprising and delicate and complemented the sweeter lobster salad. The Dancing Salmon roll had eel inside and salmon outside. I'm not a huge eel fan but this roll I ate and enjoyed. I hadn't had good restaurant sushi since NYC and this was up there with it.
