Excellent service-fast, reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Locksmith!

Had called Yuriy to make a key for my 2005 Toyota Tundra. He said he would be there at 9am. He came at 9:35 which was super late & I didnt receive a call from him saying he would be late. He made the key & charged me $60. He leaves & I test it & it doesnt open the car. The key didnt work for any of the locks. I called him back & he didn't want to talk to me saying that he's not at fault. He didn't even want to drive back out to take a second look at it. So I just threw $60 away. No professionalism & not quality business. read more

I had an ignition problem for over a year. Every where I went they said it would be 500-800$ to fix it, and re-key it. So I lived with the problem. Sometimes having to bang the key just to get my car started. I was referred by his wife to HI-Tech Locksmith after his wife over heard me talking about my car issues. This is a family own business! Yuri came the same day I called and showed up early. He Fixed my whole car while I was still at work and on top of all of that he gave me a amazing deal! Thank you so much you have no idea how much I appreciate your hard work! Thank you for fixing my car! read more

We have used the service twice and have been extremely happy both times. I had a remote/key made for my Infiniti G35, and my daughter's Toyota Corolla. Both times the communication was prompt, he was on time, and the work was excellent. We even saved some money over the dealership quotes. I highly recommend Yuri! read more

Amazing service! I was at work and Yuri just met me there. It took him 10 minutes at most. He was friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and had the best pricing. I definitely recommend going with them! read more

Yuriy was quick, knowledgeable, and charges a fraction of what Honda would want for a spare key to be made. I highly recommend him!

Great service quick informative and friendly. Will use them again. Programmed two keys for me and re keyed a door lock cylinder for me reasonable fair price. Thanks read more

We used Hi-Tech Locksmith for my new to me used car that I just acquired. Again, he was quick. In this case he came the same day. He communicated his schedule through texting. Told me when he was on his way. He was done programming and cutting my key in less than one hour, and most important, when he was all done everything worked. And like my last review, he was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Hi-Tech. I have nothing but good to say about this company and their work. read more

I needed an extra transponder key made. Service was prompt and key works great . Same day service. I called around to other places first and was shocked that most were charging what the dealership charges. This key was substantially less. Throw in the excellent service and you get 5 stars. read more

Amazing service and response time. Highly recommend! Got me a new key for my car while I was watching sons soccer game, then brought the key to me so I would not miss any of the game. Awesome service. read more

I needed a second transponder key (with remote) for 2010 Mazda5. Local dealers were asking for $400. Yuriy made it for less than half the price (using an OEM refurbished key). I contacted seven or so locksmiths (and local stores, like ACE), but they either would not do transponder keys at all, or needed me to go to their location, or would only do a key, but not the remote. Among the locksmiths that would do the key with a remote, Yuriy was to most convenient and by far the cheapest choice. He came to my home and after 20 minutes, the key was ready. The key works perfectly. Thank you, Yuriy! read more

Great price, great service and very timely. He quoted the cost over the phone and came out the same day to my location! The new remote works great! I would highly recommend Yuriy! read more

Man if you're stupid like me and lost your smart key call Yuriy right now. He hooked me up and provided the best and most professional service. He's always on time and will make sure you are taken care of. read more

Awesome customer service! I called a couple of places and got the cheapest bid from Hi Tech Locksmith. Best company ever. On time and texted me 20 min before coming out. Here's the fun part. It turned out much cheaper because the key was not chipped. Awesome company. read more

Came out to our house within 2 hours of calling and made two car keys for our Camry, great service would recommend again

I had trouble with my ignition. I guess it was worn out to a point that I had to jiggle the key for a few minutes just to turn and start the car. I contacted Yuriy via yelp and set up an appointment. He was very prompt and professional. He arrived and started working right away. Within an hour everything was done! He was quick and saved me hundreds of dollars. Would definitely recommend him for automotive locksmith needs. read more

Hi tech locksmith came within 10 mins after my call and helped me get back into my car before it started to rain . Nice guy .

Fast response time, fast service, great pricing. Thank you for coming and helping me reprogram my car keys!!! I will definitely recommend to anyone requiring his services. read more

Yuriy was extremely professional, quick & efficient! I have a 2015 Chevy Cruze with a flip key where the key and remote are connected, the unlock button was no longer working and causing my alarm to go off intermittently eventually putting my car into a protective theft mode which prevented me from starting the car. After reading reviews online, I decided I wanted a quicker alternative than the dealership. I requested a quote at 9am, Yuriy responded right away with an amazing quote so I gave him a call asking if he could come out to my home that same day, he agreed and gave me a time of 11:30am he showed up earlier than scheduled at 11:25am, he was super nice and knew exactly what to do. Got the job done within 30 minutes. Excellent, superb service service I will definitely be recommending Yuriy & Hi-Tech Locksmith to everyone I know! Thank you for your amazing customer service!!!!!! read more

Very impressed with HI-Tech Locksmith! We lost the only key to my Husband's Honda Accord and needed a new one made ASAP. I made the initial contact on a Friday evening around 7:00pm and I got a response within 30 minutes. He showed up exactly when he said he would on Saturday morning and he got the job done. Very efficient, very effective, and great customer service. I would definitely use this business again and I highly recommend them to others. Thank you, HI-Tech Locksmith! read more

Got my key cut and programmed for $80. Cheapest in town! Overall, service is fast, professional and simply the best!

Our Acura was sold to us with only one key fob, so I obtained a new replacement fob and called Yuri. He gave me a good quote and came out next day. Took all of 15 minutes to program and cut the door key - done! Fantastic service!! Highly recommend! read more

Service was FAST and efficient and effective. Great communication. Will hire again. I could not tell the difference between the original key, and the copy. Thank you Yuriy. read more

I was looking for a locksmith who could help me out in a hurry. I found Hi Tech when I googled a locksmith. Yuriy showed up when he said he would with in 30 minutes . The best part of my experience was he quoted me a price over the phone and that's what he charged me. Unlike about a year ago when something similar happened and I had this guy show up and charge me more than what he quoted and gave me a key that didn't even match the make of the vehicle. Thanks Yuriy read more

Excellent service and fair prices. Have used more than once and would recommend to anyone.

I had one of my two key fobs for my 99 Volkswagen misplaced or stolen. I then contacted the dealer to get a quote for a replacement and was quoted $200 and would take several weeks to get it. Hi Tech came to my business, cut and programmed it to work as good as the original and total bill was $110. Business owner is Yuriy and he is professional and reasonable in his prices. I recommend him highly for any vehicle owner who needs to replace a modern remote key or key fob. read more

I needed a Nissan Juke Intelli-key which Nissan wanted $380 for: device, programming, and valet key cutting. I bought the exact device for $110 from autotranspoder.com and Yuriy programmed it, cut the key, and made another metal valet key, for, really, peanuts. I saved over $160 and Yuriy was timely, professional, and personable. I definitely recommend him and will give him any future business. read more

Really reasonable didn't talk much but thats ok fast install and made sure all was working when I left very satisfied customer.

I couldn't turn my key in my ignition. Yuriy replaced the inside of my ignition and cut me a new key with indestructible plastic for the key fob, for a very reasonable price, less than half of what the dealership would have charged. He arrived quickly and got it done within an hour. He showed me a tiny piece of my broken ignition which contributed to me not being able to turn it, and compared it to what it should look like and helped understand what went wrong. I really feel like I called the right person to handle this situation. Don't look anywhere else. Thanks Yuriy. read more

Thanks Yuriy!! read more

Great service. Filled out the online form and Yuri returned my call in a few days. Came out the next day at a time convenient for us. Knew his stuff; cut us new sentry keys for our T&C in a half hour. Good, quick work. Well worth the money and still far less expensive than the dealer. Will call on Hi-Tech again. read more

Timely and efficient. Got transponder keys and remotes for my 2013 enclave. Great experience and great price!

This is our second time using Hi-Tech. Yuri is efficient, professional, and about half the cost of everyone else in the area, for making coded keys. read more

Yurly was great, he responded quickly with an estimate and came the next day, on time, called ahead and it took the time he said. And, it was exactly the amount of the estimate. He also educated me on the issue with the key and tumblers wearing so we would not use keys that were worn because they caused the wearing to be faster. If you have a Honda with an intermittent Ignition Key problem, look no further, Yurly is the best. read more

Yuriy was totally awesome! He showed up to my location within 20 minutes, and had me ready to go in a flash! He had execellent customer service and you can't beat his prices! As a single mom, I appreciate not being taken advantage of at Christmas time. I got his contact information to share with friends because of his awesome service! Thanks Yuriy! read more

I couldn't believe people were going to charge me over 150 dollars to replace a stolen key. One guy acted like 180 dollars was a deal and I wouldn't find anything better. I called yuriy and for 100 dollars less he came out and made me two new keys. read more

I needed a new key cut and the key fob programmed. Yuri answered the phone, (which is unusual these days) and gave me a quick quote on the cost for his services. He showed up at my house right at the time he promised on a dark Friday evening in the rain. Yuri was very professional and he was done in just 20 minutes. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Locksmith. read more

Where do I begin... Yuriy is absolutely amazing! Hands down, he is the most knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking, and affordable locksmith in Sacramento for programming complicated transponder keys. So let me provide some background. I needed a 2008 Lexus IS350 and a 2008 RX350 transponder key programmed. I had a master key (original) for both vehicles, and I bought reconditioned transponder keys for both cars. I was on a mission to find the most affordable price to get the keys programmed because the dealership wanted $300+ to program each key. I literally called 7 different locksmiths in the area. 2 flat out said that they could not do it because they didn't have advanced enough tools to program Lexus keys. 2 provided price quotes starting at $120 minimum, depending on how long it would take. 1 said he would only do it if I bought brand new factory keys to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible to program the keys (completely reasonable request). And finally I found one guy (I'll leave his name anonymous) who quoted me an extremely competitive price to do both keys. Mr. Anonymous came to my home and attempted to program the transponder keys for my two vehicles. An hour passes and he ends up telling me that both keys are bad and that neither ones are capable of being programmed. In the process, he almost causes the master key for my RX350 to stop working. Frustrated, I end up checking with the sellers of both keys and it's confirmed that they in fact are capable of being programmed to my vehicles, but it's not as easy as new factory keys. Finally I call Yuriy, and he quotes me a competitive price to program both keys. He drives all the way from Roseville to South Sacramento, where I am located. He takes a look at both keys and confirms that both should be fine to program. In approximately 30 minutes, he programs my IS350 key with no problems. An hour passes and he's still working on programming the RX350 key. To make a long story short, Yuriy could have given up and simply told me that the RX350 key either can't be programmed, or that it's taking too long and he can't do it. But no, Yuriy stayed for a 1.5 hours working on the key and ended up discovering that there was a blown fuse in my RX350 that was preventing my vehicle and his computer system from communicating properly. He replaces the blown fuse, gets everything working, and then successfully programs my transponder keys. To top it off, he didn't charge me a dollar more and he had a friendly smile on his face the entire time. I highly highly recommend Yuriy. Like I said to begin with-you will not find a more knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking, and affordably priced locksmith in Sacramento for programming transponder keys. read more

Very professional, efficient, reasonably priced, convenient, and mobile! Will do business with him again and highly recommended:)

I was totally sold by John L.'s review so I called Yuriy to see if he can program a key for my car. I bought the spare key from ebay and it was used. I took it to the Lexus dealership and they said that used keys cannot be reprogrammed to another car. Well, they were wrong. Yuriy was able to do it! He was very efficient and courteous. He arrived promptly when he said he would, even texting me beforehand when he would arrive. I actually bought another extra key from him (just in case we loose another key). He programmed the keys and cut the keys all for a very affordable price, a fraction of the cost of what the dealership charges for a replacement key. Use Hi Tech Locksmith, Yuriy is great! read more
