As a mom of teenage girls, things like makeup, expensive perfume, and personal items have a way of disappearing, which led me to change my lock code multiple times. Unfortunately, I eventually forgot the code. After attempting to kick the door in myself (a huge mistake and a lesson learned!), I called Zaid to remove the lock. He was able to help quickly, and when I needed a new lock installed, he was the first person I called. Zaid is now my go-to locksmith. He is dependable, knowledgeable, and provides excellent service. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a trustworthy locksmith.

I went down the list on yelp and the first couple places did not answer. Paul at OMG picked up and quickly gave me a quote. He also sent me a courtesy text to help me find the place. I immediately drove down there and his employee (didn't get his name) carried the doors (old and new) from my car to the shop while I talked with Paul. I told him it was my first time replacing an interior door. I was really impressed how Paul took the time to explain what trim work needed to be done. He even gave a quick history lesson on the beveled edges which made me realize I would have screwed it up if I tried doing it myself. I'm really glad I went to a pro. I explained I lived close but worked about an hour away so pickup was going to be late tomorrow. As we discussed pickup times, I turned around and Paul's employee had my door in-hand.... FINISHED. Now that's fast service! Saved me a whole return trip. They have no idea how much that really helped me. I just finished hanging the door and it was perfect! Thanks again Paul.
