I had three needs: install a smart lock before a certain date; recommend a smart lock and repair a latch that wouldn't fully click into the strike plate. Zaid helped me with all three. For the smart lock, he gave me two recommendations. After comparing them to Consumer Reports reviews, I chose one of the locks he recommended. Zaid was able to show up on the same day I purchased the lock, which was great! He installed the lock, showed me how to connect it to my WiFi and then verified that the door closed and locked properly. For the other door, he let me know that the latch was broken and it was an easy fix that didn't require me to replace the entire door knob mechanism. He has the replacement parts on hand with him. Someone attempted to steal her car by popping the key lock (they were not successful in getting in). My daughter of course lost her fob and had the door popped by Triple A. I don't know if the thieves destroying the lock or the popping of the door put the car in anti-thief mode but could not get it out of it. A gentleman came to her in 20 minutes and took 10 - 15 minutes to replace the fob and program it. The car came out of anti-thief started up.
