I requested quotes to replace my door locks. Yuri quoted: Replacement regular lock costs $39 (labor) and Service call - $36. So I agreed, since others were quoting me $100. When he arrived I wanted to confirm the price and then it became $150. I asked him what about the $75 he quoted me earlier and he said it was now more plus $15 to replace the top lock. He was already in my house so I felt like I couldn't turn him away at this point so I let him fix it and paid $150. Other than the confusion(dishonesty?) about the cost. He completed quality work quickly. He was maybe in the house for 20 minutes. Suggestions for the business maybe when sent a photo of the item being changed confirm whether the cost is still the same.
