Needed a house to rekey, on a somewhat of a short notice, having checked with 5-6 other places, this was the only one that could get me in, within a week's notice. Everyone was booked out for weeks, short staffed, while a few places didn't even have time to respond. They were quick, fast, efficient, timely and reasonably priced. I also had a lock that when I tried to rekey last time, somehow it ended up getting broken off in the key and I didn't want to deal with replacing the lock. Very responsive to a Yelp request for pricing, extremely accommodating, and very thorough in making sure the lock replacement was correct - we replaced an older combination lock on our safe with a nice keypad. Spoke to Ray (owner) several days ago regarding our front door lock issue. Before making an appointment to come fix or replace our front door lock/dead bolt he suggested that we purchase a new lock/dead bolt in case they can not fix our current lock. We also asked Ray what type of additional security lock he recommended. Ray not only told us which one he likes the best, where to purchase it but he also told us why he prefers this type of lock over a decorative one. Jordan came out to our home this afternoon to try to fix our lock. He did fix it saving us the purchase of the new lock we got just in case he could not fix it. He also installed our security lock. I needed replacement Anderson French door "lock trim pieces" and "handles" for five doors. I checked online and was having difficulty finding exactly what I needed. What I did find of a similar nature was extremely expensive. Next I contacted two local locksmiths who did not seem to have time to work with me in the near-term.
