The first time, he had to open a locked closet door and re-key it, as my mother had locked it and lost the key. I found Roy to be punctual, professional, and personable. He goes above and beyond the requirements: during his second visit, Roy happened to be changing the lock on the side door into the garage and overheard me say to a family member that my mother's backyard gate handle was broken.
