Since then, my garage door was back-breaking to open, and they told me there was not enough ceiling space to install an automated garage door opener. I got tired of lifting the heavy door, so I called Adam, who responded immediately and diagnosed the problem as a spring that was too small for the 90-pound door and a track that was too close to the wall. For $300, he replaced the spring with the correct size and adjusted the placement of the track. In addition to that, he said he could install an automatic opener using the front wall (not the ceiling) for $575, which he did.
