Bob is the only locksmith I would trust. He has the experience to handle any lock challenge, and he is wonderful about being available for emergencies if needed. HORRIBLE. I need keys made for my motorhome. I spoke to Bob at least six or seven times over a two-week period. There were several times that he was supposed to come by or call me. He never did. He promised many times but never delivered. I finally gave up! Absolutely unreliable! read more

Lost the key to my Honda Accord.. an expensive chipped key. Called all over and Bob had the best price. When he came out it literally took him 20 min and it was done!! Awesome guy and great personality if I hadn't received a phone call from my doctor's office I would probably still be outside talking to him. Bob saved the day!!! So i lost my keys somewhere in my house in the last 24 hours. Ugh. We have all been there. I called Chrysler roadside assistance since my car is still under factory warranty. The quote for the key fob was $565. I don't have that kind of money. So I called Bob on Memorial Day and he came out and got me a key that would start my car, even though he didn't have the actual fob. But I was able to get my car from point a to b! That is all I cared about. His pricing was great and so was his customer service. I would recommend Bob any day of the week. Thanks for everything!!! You are the best! read more

We had a car in our driveway that accidentally had the keys locked inside. My landlord called Bob (on the recommendation of AAA) to request he unlock the door and make a new key for that car. He said he would call back to schedule a time to come over. This was over three months ago, still waiting for that phone call. read more

Bob is a very nice man. However he is not equipped for programming of modern automotive keys. I met up with Bob after talking to him on the phone and explaining to me that my vehicle keys were easily cut and chip programmed. He was able to cut the keys with no problems but did not have the proper modern programmer for the programming of the chip that all modern keys have. He explained that he would talk to a friend and get the correct tool and call me back. The problem is he has never called me. Even after I called him for an update 4 times. Each time he was polite and apologetic and said he would call his friend and call me right back. It's been weeks now. Never a call back. I now have to find someone to finish the job. read more

Bob was quick, thorough and went beyond the call of duty. Not only did he rekey the six locks we had, but he also added graphite to make the locks work more smoothly and even realigned one dead bolt so it would fit better into the door jam. Just think of the hours we spent worrying unnecessarily over how much it was going to cost to rekey all of our locks (lost the keys)? So reasonable and we want to promote him. I called Bob to change the locks on my new home and so we set up an appointment between 9-9:30 am on Sat. I got up early to head to my new house (I haven't fully moved yet) and went to meet Bob at the new house. Bob missed the appointment and called at 10 to say he overslept and was in his truck and would be there in 20 minutes. By 11, Bob had still not arrived so I called him and said I had to be somewhere at noon so I would need to reschedule. I was inclined to go with another locksmith but Bob reassured me that he could come Sunday morning and would give me a call in the morning. He then offered a discount, so I took him up onche offer. On Sunday, I got up early again to be at the new house. Bob never called. I was very disappointed and will not be using his services. read more

I called to get a key made that I had lost - here is how he answered the phone: "I really don't want to talk to you, what do you want? in a very nasty tone. I thought I had dialed a wrong number but he said yes it is the locksmith, what do you want? Again in an irritated and nasty tone. I told him never mind and will call someone else. This man was extremely rude. I will never call him again! read more

Bob is the best! Drove from Auburn at 7:00 p.m. On a Saturday night. No extra charge for a night or week end call. Experienced and knows what he's doing. You will never regret calling this guy when you need a locksmith. read more

He's amazing! Saved us! stuck at our work with a broken key in the lock at 7pm and no help from our company as to who to contact to help. One call and maybe 10 mins later he's there and fixed everything!! Would recommend him a million times. read more

Bob is a Flake. Ignition broke. Tells me Friday shows up Sunday. Takes ignition for Repair. Says be back Tuesday for re-install. its now Saturday, NO COMMUNICATION,doesnt answer phone unless I call from a different phone #. I would get a different locksmith but he has my ignition. read more
