DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Call anyone else. We called them to re-key my dad's truck. They came and couldn't make the keys and still charged us $80. On top of that, the gated community we're in has strict speed limits with cameras and signs posted everywhere. They drove almost 20 mph over the limit and we got hit with a ticket for $220 since they were our "guest". He denied it was him and lied even after I showed him the picture the cameras took of his vehicle, and the receipt, which confirmed it was him. Then he said he would call the community office and get the ticket removed; that never happened. So do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys. They are scammers and liars. Got a couple of blanks for my '02 Tacoma to fit into a stiletto fob. Got a quote of $280 to cut both. They're not programmed, just regular keys, so would I be out of line suggesting that this is a little high? Even for programmed on my Lexus I got the keys cut on eBay with photos and programmed them myself using YouTube video. Really funny method that seemed more like voodoo than anything and didn't really think it would work. Imagine my surprise when the fob worked correctly in all its functions! Bruh. If y'all have Toyotas, do NOT get a new key programmed. The new key that was programmed worked for a few weeks. Then randomly, it stopped working. I messaged them to come and check out my key, they did and said there's "absolutely nothing wrong with the key" and that it was my car. I replaced the battery, nothing. I called a mechanic who came to look at it and nothing. I had to pay 120$ to get my car towed, checked out by the mechanic who said it was an electrical issue. An electrical mechanic was called to look at it in his shop and guess what he said? IT. WAS. THE. NEW. KEY. I guess the "new key" locked my cars entire electrical circuit. The electrician had to reprogram my whole system and get it working with the original key (after I found it) which cost me another 260. I spent almost $500+ that I didn't need to spend all because of this. I talked to a coworker about it who has the same exact car. She informed me that something similar happened where she locked her key in her trunk and her trunk lever was broken. When she called a locksmith to get her a new key, he told her under no circumstances should she put the new key in the ignition as it will mess up her cars system. She can only use it for doors and trunk. Go figure. The key that they programmed caused alllllll this commotion and put me out by a lot of money that I didn't have on hand like that. I locked myself out of my house yesterday and I called Flat Price Locksmith. They answered the phone right away, were very friendly and said they would have a tech out in approx.15 minutes. The tech, Yasir, showed up in about 20 minutes which was great. He was friendly and got me into my house. I had originally called a different locksmith, but I was put off by the demeanor of the tech and it was going to take them 30 minutes. Once I scheduled with Flat Price I immediately called the other one back to cancel the service call.
