On top of that, the gated community we're in has strict speed limits with cameras and signs posted everywhere. They drove almost 20 mph over the limit and we got hit with a ticket for $220 since they were our "guest". He denied it was him and lied even after I showed him the picture the cameras took of his vehicle, and the receipt, which confirmed it was him. Then he said he would call the community office and get the ticket removed; that never happened. So do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys. They are scammers and liars. STAY AWAY!!!!

As a mom of teenage girls, things like makeup, expensive perfume, and personal items have a way of disappearing, which led me to change my lock code multiple times. Unfortunately, I eventually forgot the code. After attempting to kick the door in myself (a huge mistake and a lesson learned!), I called Zaid to remove the lock. He was able to help quickly, and when I needed a new lock installed, he was the first person I called. Zaid is now my go-to locksmith. He is dependable, knowledgeable, and provides excellent service. Communication was terrible, and I felt like I was being gaslighted throughout the process. I confirmed an appointment with Roy for July 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM. He had my address and even reconfirmed the appointment by text the day before. During our initial phone call, Roy quoted me $180 for a replacement key. While on that call, he asked me to send a photo of my existing key fob so he knew exactly what I needed. Then, when I confirmed the appointment the day before, he suddenly changed the price to $250, claiming the $180 price was for a key without a remote. We never discussed a non-remote key, and he had already seen a photo of my key fob. I considered canceling at that point, but I didn't want to start over with another locksmith. The next morning, I waited for my 9:00 AM appointment. I texted him and received no response. My messages showed as SMS (green bubbles), so I wondered if his phone was off. At 9:27 AM, I called, and it went straight to voicemail. He never showed up and never contacted me. Around 11:20 AM, Roy started calling me and claimed he had been trying to text me at 9:00 AM. That simply wasn't true. His phone appeared to have been off all morning, and regardless, he already had my address. If he intended to keep the appointment, he could have simply shown up. No call, no text, no courtesy, and then an attempt to shift the blame. That's not how a professional business should operate. Save yourself the frustration and find a locksmith who communicates honestly and respects your time.

Extremely Unprofessional and Uncomfortable Experience…read more I contacted this locksmith for a legitimate service, and the interaction started out completely normal. I was not calling this man to flirt, hit on him, or do anything inappropriate--I was calling because I needed a locksmith. Apparently, his girlfriend/wife/whatever relationship they have decided to call me back and tell me to "find a new locksmith." Let me be very clear: if your personal relationship is so insecure that a woman calling your partner for a professional service becomes a problem, that is something you need to handle privately--not with customers. I have never experienced something so bizarre and unprofessional. Instead of simply providing a service, I somehow ended up being dragged into someone else's relationship drama. If you're running a business, act like a professional. Customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or accused simply because they contacted you for a service. I honestly feel bad for the guy because imagine losing legitimate business because someone in your household is answering customers' calls and policing who is allowed to contact you. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of professional locksmiths who know how to separate business from personal drama. Absolutely ridiculous experience.
