Yes, I made sure the estimates included the same parts and labor, except for one where the repair company preferred to estimate based on pictures that I texted. Adam was clearly the low bidder, and the door works very well and is quiet. He advised me that the 30+ year-old motor will need replacement in the future, but it is okay to use until it starts to have any problem. His warranty: three years parts and three months for labor. I highly recommend Adam and suggest that if you are going to look for estimates, make sure you include Adam Door and Lock; you will not regret it. I see high ratings for his work on doors; so, I will be calling him to replace a deadbolt soon.

We placed our order and within two weeks everything was shipped and ready to be installed. There was a nice older gentleman that came out, he was knowledgeable and efficient, in and out fairly quickly. We had one hiccup where one of the doors was getting a bit stuck when opening and closing, I let the company know and they had someone out the very next day to fix the issue. Bear in mind these doors come in a few weeks if you do special order, so prepare for that. I believe you pay half initially for a deposit and then the rest after completion. Will use again.

He provided me a quote and said he would be at the house within 30 minutes. Mo arrived within 30 minutes as promised and proceeded to get us back into the house.
