I texted his business phone number explaining my need for a durable lock on one of my inside home doors. He not only responded quickly but sent 5 or 6 photos showing different door lock possibilities. I was amazed at his organized approach to answering my inquiry. Each photo listed where it could be purchased, a description, and a price. Impressssssive!!! I scrolled thru the photos and found the perfect lock-type in a beautiful, modern style/color that matched the theme in my house. It was perfect! I texted Eli with my selection, and not 15 minutes later, he responded. By the way...this was definitely after work hours. I had no expectations of hearing back until the next day. He also had given me the option of buying the door handle lock or having him purchase it. The great customer service just keeps on coming! On the day of installation, Eli arrived on time, with a brand spanking new, in the original, unopened package, door handle with lock. He had the old door handle out and the new one installed in no time at all. He provided instructions and gave me all the package inserts for my files. The lock can be used with a key or by using the numbers (see photo). And he even asked if I wanted another key cut, so I would have two just in case. I can not say enough good things about Eli and his work ethic. He is definitely knowledgeable, reliable, affordable, and just plain awesome. The key fob buttons stopped working and the frame was busted. He came at a punctual time, made the buttons work again, and simply replaced the frame. When calling this locksmith, found out they really are not a shop. Their website says they do, they…read morehave a place but no one stays there. its like their shop is a unmanned storeroom, if you will. They are basically a front for a guy who has a phone who does mobile locksmith calls. I had some locks I needed keys to and wanted to bring the lock cylinders down to there 'shop'. The guy interrupts me by saying 'whatcha got, whatcha want?'. He then says to go somewhere else cause he would charge me $29.00 just to come down to the 'shop', so go to Home Depot or some other locksmith...like Ace Hardware. If he hadn't cut me off, and listened he would know that I had the lock cylinders in-hand with no keys. Home Depot nor Ace doesn't make keys unless you have one to begin with. Don't waste you're time with this guy. He made it really clear that unless he was charging you a lot, he didn't want your business. Went to JJ's locksmith instead (on Fulton and Marconi)
