The building is pretty small (only 2 pedicure chairs and 2 manicure desks) but it was cozy and comfortable. We got there in the morning so it wasn't busy.

My gel manicure took longer than usual, the edges we not very neat, and they started chipping after only a few days (that's never happened anywhere else!!). Not to mention, they don't use liners in the pedicure bowls!! They "clean" them between, of course, but I'm not too keen on busy worker's sanitation skills or consistency nor the dingy look of their pedi bowls. I ended up getting them done at a random shop while out of town and was very pleased. I made an appointment for a week later (today) to get my nails done. I got a call yesterday to see if I could come early for timing purposes. Then today I got a call saying my appointment was cancelled because she is running 2 hours behind and that I would have to reschedule for next weekend. Very detail-oriented and asked if what he was doing was okay the entire time. My friend and I were greeted right away and offered beverages. I only got water, which was complimentary. I love that there is a pedicure package for people who need something quick. I think it was called the Express Spa Pedicure. Very affordable package at $35. I was shocked based on experience from other nail salons that my add-ons (gel polish & French tip) only came to $15. My total bill was $50, which made me very happy.
