Waited over an hr to get a fill. Watched multiple people come in to be seated without an appointment before me. Will not be returning.

My daughters dad took my girls to get their nails done today. They both wanted almond shaped acrylics with colored French tips. When they got home, only one of them had it the way they wanted and her pinky nail was cut open along the side. My other daughter have squared off nails that were cut too low in the middle and the sides were very sharp. The lady didn't even paint the nail all the way. For paying around $120 plus tip, I expected more. read more

I will not go anywhere else. The level of care and work I receive every single time is always outstanding. I appreciate Linda and everyone else there that have always done an incredible job. Thank you for always making me feel at home. I've made best friends with Ms. Linda and value you her tremendously. Her niece Julie does my lashes too! Diamond Nails Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Oak Grove, Kentucky

I had a good experience here! This is the first nail shop I've tried since arriving to the area. There were four employees in the shop when I arrived. I was surprised to see how nice the salon was, it takes up two suites and is a pleasing set up. I especially like how the pedicure seats are elevated, though I didn't get my toes done. They were a little busy with several people, but attended to me quickly. Everyone was friendly, and understanding as I had a pretty botched nail job that Linda had to remove, she was very patient. At one point a young girl, who seemed to be part of the family arrived and was visibly upset. I hope her day got better, because she seemed to be having trouble with something, they were speaking Vietnamese so I couldn't understand them and now I feel bad I didn't try to console her. I had my nails done in gel and they look great, I can tell Linda takes great pride in her work. I'm very pleased and will be returning!!! (I had acrylic nails removed, and put on gel nails, no manicure) read more

My previous review is still posted giving this establishment 5 stars. My opinion of Diamond Nail Spa has definitely changed. I visit family in this area every few years. My recent visit on 18 July 2025 for a mani & pedi was a HUGE disappointment! The QUALITY of service has gone DOWN. The guy who did my pedicure seemed to be in a rush. Some of my toenails were sharp on the edges and getting caught on my socks. I had to file them down myself at home. The girl who did my manicure was distracted by what was going on with the customer sitting next to me. She filed off my gel polish and filed off too much to the point she broke the edge of one my nails. She tried to fix it with superglue but within a few days, it was broken. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Total disappointment!!!! read more

They are always fast, friendly and very affordable. Tom and linda are always up for any nail design we take in.

New! First Impression: CLEAN and organized. Beautiful decor inside. Cindy did my manicure and took her time and was very friendly. They look great! I loved that they allowed everyone to wash hands in between the manicure and color, this is not standard for all salons although I thought it was. The nail station was clean and dusted and I didn't feel like I was placing my hands in someone else's nail powder/dust. Plexiglass barrier for extra protection, and masks are encouraged but not required. Everyone that was working seemed to be relaxed and interacting with all their customers. I will be back for a pedicure soon! I hope they keep up the nice atmosphere, they are sure to get a lot of new business. Good location across the parking lot from Oakgrove Walmart. read more

Diamond Nails Spa - Cindy's work inspired by a photo I showed her. Regular polish. They also have gel if you prefer. - Nail Salons Near Me - Oak Grove, Kentucky

Horrible horrible experience. We got there and then they pointed us to three chairs. We sat down, no water was ran for our pedicures for about 20 minutes. Finally someone came over and started the water. It went from scalding hot to freezing cold. Then we explained multiple times we wanted normal Polish and not gel and they did gel anyway so we don't mess it up and charged us for it. They made fun of my sister's scars on her feet from surgery and made her toe bleed. They also were rubbing my 5 year old niece's legs a little too close for comfort. My nail tech left half way through my service and I ended up having two different people finish my pedicure. Horrible experience. Stay away!!! We will NEVER be back. read more

GREAT SERVICE!!!! If you are looking for a wonderful place to get your nails done or a pedi lots of other service's best customer service

Please don't let the other reviews fool you as they were the whole reason I even decided to come to this establishment! This is one of the most terrible places i've ever been to get my nails done. My mother and I came here for a simple mani pedi and although the atmosphere and workers were decent the quality of work was horrendous. Not only are my nails popping off not even 4 days later but I didn't even receive an actual manicure! if i'm paying these outrageous prices the least they could do was cut my cuticles!! During my pedicure they ruined my toenails, they were cut so short they were bleeding! finger nail polish all over my skin as well, she tried to fix it then cut the skin by my cuticle. I finally had to beg both of the people who did my nails to stop it and leave my feet alone, and they didn't listen. Don't fret though! For the low low price of 300 dollars (not including tip) you too can have cuts all over your feet, poorly painted toenails, too thick and crooked acrylics and not taken care of hang nails! Take your money else where. The only reason there is even 1 star is I have to give a star to post a review. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The lady that did my nails did a terrible job and her customer care skills were nonexistent. I asked to have my current gel polish removed and to have acyrlics applied. She did not soak off my gel, instead taking the lazy way out and drilled off my gel polish. She was inconsiderate and burned my nail beds many times leaving me pulling my hands away from her. For my acrylic set I asked for short almond nails with a pale butter yellow gel, however I left with uneven fat oval nails and a sparkly bright yellow. I asked for my pinky and pointer finger on both hands to be filed down to match my ring and middle finger to which she looked at the length and then ignored my request. The length difference is painfully obvious and a hindrance. Additionally, she painted the wrong color and when I asked for her to check she again waved me off promising this is the color that I asked for. I should have left then and there, however I guess I am to nice. From there I went to pay and was ignored at the counter while she took a phone call from a friend. I could have left and no one would have been the wiser. When I attempted to pay I accidentally messed up the transaction and needed the key pad reset however she had again walked off to complete her phone call. After I finally was able to get her attention and complete the transaction she walked off yet again leaving me to reach over the counter and sign the receipt and dig through my own purse for a pen. Upon arriving home I attempted the salvage the set by filing the nails into a better shape. While they look better now after an hour of filing it is safe to say I will not be coming back again and will be telling anyone I know to NEVER visit this salon if you value your time, money, or nail beds. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. My wife had gone in yesterday to get her nails done with a design. The "design lady" wasn't there so they told her to go back today. She went back and the "design lady" did them 4 times and she did a horrible job. Then she proceeded to CHASE my wife out the door saying "ah you not pay" when she paid yesterday and the worker called her a liar. Horrible job read more
