This was the first place on yelp with a high rating so I went to check it out. I called to see if they had any openings and they said they could take me right away. When I got there I realized they just opened. I'm assuming the owner was the one who did my manicure and it was wonderful. My hands were so soft afterward and the polish looked perfect! I called as soon as they opened and asked if they had an appointment at 10:30 available for a pedicure. The person answering the phone says sure and doesn't take my name or phone number. I arrived at 10:30 and was told that I would need to come back in 35 minutes. I arrived back at 11:05am and was put in a pedicure chair. There I sat for about the next 30 minutes! So my 10:30 "appointment" is now starting at 11:35. It was an ok pedicure. I've had better. The other thing is that they don't think the color "coral" can be anything other than pink-orange. I was looking for a reddish orange and the closest thing they could get was a neon orange. The nail polish they had was also not a brand I had ever seen or heard of. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The owner, Tammy, doesn't not follow through with what she says. I go my nails dipped there and by the next day 4 nails were chipped. I went back the following day to get them repaired and they were closed in the middle of the day. When I went back the following day she said they couldn't give me a refund but she could fix them the following day. To keep a long story short, she did not stay honest about the appt time and said someone else would do my nails after she promised she would. I left with my nails not done and $80 down the drain. I waited 1.5 hours to get my nails done. Just gel. I came in and sat down and was told to have a seat. They didn't tell me it would have been that long of a wait. Or I would have left. After such a long wait she messed up one nail and the cut my finger too. There was blood everywhere. She "dunked" in it a bowl of old water and put a green antiseptic on it. That was it. She didn't change anything out or even bother to take precautions against any type of blood borne pathogen. Now I'm home and the finger that was cut is peeling off. $50+a 20% tip and still crap. I have tried dip and gel at so many places because my nails are so thin; Wayne was excellent and apparently can do awesome nail art, they were taking photos of someone's glam nails when I got in that he had just finished. He also does great simple dip and doesn't use a dremmel, took time to put tips on, shape them exactly how I wanted and made sure there were no rough spots and that they were perfectly smooth which is key for me. Great atmosphere, they DO have wine, and the pedi chairs look very comfortable - they have two smaller butterfly ones just for younger girls that were adorable! This establishment was previously KC Nails. Since the new owners have taken over, service is very poor and customer appreciation no longer exists. I experienced polish on not only my fingers but my hand. The technician continuously touched my nails with his hands and ignored my request to touch up the indentions. He was visibly upset because I asked if there was anything we can do about the indentions. He eventually fixed the indentions of 2 of the 4 nails he indented. I then decided it was no longer worth it to continue to ask if he could fix my nails and I politely smiled and asked to pay my bill. He entered the services and asked for my card. My instincts were to give him the card until I remember he never gave me the price. I asked for the total and he quoted a price that was $10 less than what the total actually was on my receipt. When I questioned the $10 increase a lady who works there begin to speak very disrespectfully. I then stated, I just want to know what the price is because this is not the amount on the receipt. Long story short. The service is substandard, the technicians are very rude and please watch your receipt if you decide to patronage this facility. read more

I went for a pedicure last week, and I have to say it was one of the best I've had. I got the deluxe pedi which was $45 and consisted of a ton of stuff (scrub, mask, hot stone massage, hot towel, etc.)! One of the things I liked most was that they changed your water when it started to get cold. The girl who was doing my pedi was very attentive and always asked if I was comfortable or in any pain. The only thing that annoyed me was that I had to wait 30 minutes to get the pedi started, after they told me that I could be seen right away. Other than that, everything was great! Get our girls nails done yesterday, they were 2 ten years old and 8 years old, in the menu kids manicure is 15 dollar then my sister in law got regular manicure at 20 dollar.I get regular pedicure for 30 box. So that all will only 95 dollars, They overcharge me, I pay 110 dollars plus I gave 15 dollars tip. They charge the kids manicure same as adults, They think I wasn't aware they overcharge me. Its our first time there because the usual salon place I always went was busy. My sister sis in law did not like there experience, The manicurist has long pointed tip nails so when she was trying to clean her nails the tip of nails of the manicurist is digging to her skin, even the kids tells that to us. read more
