I really was hoping my experience was just as good or better than my daughter, who got a pedicure and full set shellac nail manicure for prom a week ago. The online appointment schedule showed no appts. so I called and was able to get in Monday afternoon. Friendly staff, a plethora of services and polishes, clean environment that adheres to CDC COVID guidelines, and a very comfortable ambiance. I usually do my pedicures and gel nails at home but have neglected self-care over two months due my work schedule. I needed some pampering. I selected a Deluxe Pedicure $50 and basic manicure with no color $20. The massage chair was ok I was able to take a quick nap, great leg and foot massage that I greatly appreciated, and hot stones were amazing. When I got home I took a closer look and was completely disappointed. The bottom of my feet felt like sandpaper the feeling I get after running a 5k or days of high impact exercise, not straight from getting a pedicure. WTH Calluses were still visible, yes you read correctly calluses! WTH At the end of my services my hands and feet felt moisturized but I guess the heat dried them out in 20 minutes. WTH Thankfully I had supplies at my home to get my feet baby soft and file my fingernails evenly. I did have high hopes since my daughter's feet and nails were perfect, but sadly I won't be returning. read more

At first glance, it appears to be just another typical nail salon in the strip mall of a grocery store. I was completely wrong. This nail salon was similar to a spa. I was most appreciative for the quiet atmosphere. The staff was quiet and refrained from having conversations with their clients or amongst one another in their native language like other mail salons I have experienced. You can imagine, it's not relaxing if there are lots of conversations going on. They have 2 big screen TVs posted up in the pedicure area. It displays the most beautiful relaxing views of the ocean, greenery, or city of some sort. The music was soft relaxing music similar to those played when you receive a massage. The nail colors display was neat and organized. The facility is nice and clean. The staff was attentive and kind. I like that they don't push their services on you. It's a little pricey. I would suggest making an appointment. I got lucky on the day I went to receive my pedicure. I was a walk-in and waited a little over 30 minutes, which the staff did let me know up front. As I waited, there were other ladies walking in and being seated automatically. Which I did not understand until I realized they made appointments. My pedicure was completed by Happy. She was sweet! I thought she was joking about her name, yet every Tuesday (during specific months) is Happy Day! You will spin the wheel to earn either $2, $3, or $5 off your services. This place is A+ ! I love a good nail spa and this is def one. The vibe is best in town I've been to. The staff is nice and talented. They give you 2 glasses of wine with a pedicure. They have so many options for manicures and pedicures. They are very sanitary. The prices are good. The equipment is all brand new. The massage chair is great. I can definitely appreciate walking in on a Friday and not being overwhelmed by the smell of acetone. They were full but got me in within the 10 mins quoted. They wrapped my dip nails instead of soaking, I hate when places soak them so this was a plus for me. Overall my feet look nice but I keep them up so they weren't some giant undertaking. The massage could've been better. My dip nails look decent now, but the real test is what they look like in two weeks. It's nice the metal implements are in sanitized bags but the files are not which is kinda skeevy. And I don't love that they use gel topcoat. UV is not needed with dip nails. I want to love this place because it's clean but the past couple services I went were not soo pleasant. One of my visit, I was 15 minutes early and decided to wait for my appointment inside. I entered and sat down to answer some emails and this lady just kept telling me to go clean my hands, her voice kept getting louder to even after I said I would. I know it's their policy but she acted like I did not hear her even after I said, I will and I was just finishing an email. (doesn't make sense for me to go clean my hands and go back to my phone after), anyways my fault I was in their shop. Second when I did get my nails done, my gel kept peeling off. My nail tech was not even paying attention to my nails, but busy engaged in her coworkers conversation. She re-did my nails, and said it was fine. I got home and it started peeling. I give zero stars. I walked in for a pedicure and a manicure. They were only able to do the pedicure. It was horrible. The girl that did my pedicure cut my toe nails down and didn't care to file them. They are horrible. The girl kept asking me where I'm from. I guess if you aren't from here they do you any kind of way. It was so bad they had to put a fake nail on my toenails just to give it a nail. Keep in mind I came in with toenails. I haven't had a manicure about a month. Then the girl that fixed it said she don't do feet only hands. Don't waste your money. I paid but the service should have been free. What's wrong with people doing what they are paid to do. They might be prejudiced. These people don't need any African American dollars. read more

My coworker recommended me this place back in April. The staff is always so nice and it's very clean and relaxing. I have been over charged a few times tho. My main issue is that my nails break or chip every time I get them done there. I was only doing dip on my natural nail for months and within a week they would break and all I would do was cook or open my dogs cage. Last week I decided to get dip with a tip thinking they wouldn't break as easy. I was wrong. A week later, all I did was open my dryer and one broke. They fixed it at no cost but as soon as I got home a few hours later, another broke by spraying cleaning spray. I don't understand why they break so easily. The lady who did my toe nails was really rough and possibly made me bleed, she dug into my skin, I made a remark of pain and she quickly washed the spot with water... She also did a really bad job at clipping my nails, they were uneven and jagged. She did a barely acceptable job at painting my nails, a lot of places were missed and quite a bit if nail polish ended up on my skin. I expected better for the price they charged. read more

Nothing special here! I only get pedicures and I like several different colors along with a design on the big toe. The young man seemed to get annoyed with me for changing colors twice until I got it looking the way I liked. But when I asked for his opinion on the color combination he just threw up his hands and said "no I can't help, you just tell me what you want". Overall, he was a nice guy but not very helpful. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! A few months ago I would have sworn by this nail spa; however, after my visit this morning, I will no longer patronize this establishment. I am a huge energy person and the vibes weren't inviting as they mistreat their customers. The owner, Thuong was very rude and dismissive when I introduced myself stating I have an appointment with tech, Leahn for a full set. The owner tells me I am receiving a full set and a pedicure to which I corrected her stating, "no pedicure today but I am getting a full set." She then signals for me to sit with another tech as she told her I'm needing a fullset. I noticed Leahn isn't there, nor is the assigned tech Leahn and asked if she was working today, the owner in a defensive and condescending tone states she is on vacation. Mind you, I called a week ago and schedule an appointment requesting service with Leahn multiple times and never did the owner say she wasn't available. Then, she proceeds to tell me I never asked to be serviced by Leahan because she would have told me she is out on vacation. I informed her that I'm absolutely sure I asked for her when I called and the fact that I'm asking where she was now is confirmation alone that she didn't communicate that via phone. How disrespectful to insinuate I was lying when she clearly was the untruthful one. The fact that she was so sure I never asked for Leahn and got my services incorrect, insisting I asked for a full set and pedicure to which I never asked for a pedi speaks to the likelihood that she is prone to error and lies. Common sense proves that I would have scheduled with her when she returned if that was the case. My fullset was okay, at best done by tech at table #5. She was just as abrasive and condescending asking me what kind of designed I wanted multiple times while I asked to see the colors because I typically get an accent nail. She mentions several times she doesn't do designs and someone else would have to do it, likely the owner to which I chose not to get a design. I responded curtly to her as she and the owner spoke in their native tongue as she was rushing me as I was looking for a color. The tech seemed annoyed that I asked she reshape the right nails again because she took her time on the left hand and not on the right and the acrylics felt heavy and were noticeably thicker than the left hand. Then when applying the polish, she was shaking so much, the polish is thick and unevenly applied on my nails. I will be disputing this charge with my bank, retracted my previous review and will no longer refer others to this spa as I value quality service, professional treatment, integrity and competency. read more
