I ended up getting them done at a random shop while out of town and was very pleased. They weren't busy when we arrived (only had 3 nail techs present) so we were seated right away. I had the older gentleman, my daughter had a younger girl. Her service was amazing, mine not so much. He cut both my big toes during my pedicure. Twice on the left big toe & once on the right. 6 days later they are still not healed and look awful. I can't wear sandals. I should have stopped him as soon as I noticed his hands were shaking. I just didn't want to make a scene on her birthday. Plus, they started getting busy with just 3 nail techs available. If he doesn't regularly do services but did so because they were short on help, he should have just said so. I would have gladly waited considering the outcome. I'm giving one star because he knew he cut me..he should have at the very least discounted my service or refused my generous tip. So Katie I think they said her name was came over to do the design after she confirmed she could do the design I wanted. She indeed could not do the design I wanted she tried MULTIPLE times. My thing is is if you can't do a design just say that I was more than willing to change the design but after 3 plus times of her filing down the nail to restart my nail is brittle my nails look HORRIBLE. She also tried to reshape them and they are more stiletto than almond the sides of my nails are RAW. And they still made me pay for them I will be disputing it with my bank because I now have to go to another nail salon to get them fixed. I use to come here all the time before they went under new management they were amazing now not so much definitely disappointed I came in for a mani pedi and the water was cold despite saying something 4 times about it my toe nail broke the same day and the way it broke I have no idea how it broke I never stubbed my toes. My feet were so rough still after. The towels were even cold It's like the men they hire don't care. The lady that did my nails was amazing I will also add they changed how they do soak offs and that's something else that really upset me due to the fact they don't wrap your nail with the Cotten and aluminum foil you get a hot towel and you soak your fingers in it with product getting all over your hands. Brandy set up my app, went in with a idea in mind of what I wanted. She absolutely nailed it I loved my hair when I left. The environment is warm and cozy and very welcoming. I 100% recommended this beauty salon. I also just booked another appointment to get my hair touched up before I give birth. Very pleased customer here :)

So my sister went here on Tuesday to have balayage done. Brandy is the one who did her hair. She…read moreinitially called back to have it fixed but decided that after them butchering her hair the first time she didn't trust that they'd do a good job fixing it so she called back to request a refund. She spoke to Michelle (who is the owner) who proceeded to call her rude and accused my sister of having had someone else or herself mess with her hair after she left the salon. Michelle claims she saw her hair before she left and it "looked great." I myself saw her hair only a few hours after she got it done and took pictures of it. She also got her eyebrows done and brandy waxed off a good portion of it (shown in photos) and Michelle accused my sister of also hacking her eyebrow off herself. I'm making the review because my sister is in fact no a rude person and didn't want to cause any problems. However I think this salon needs to be called out on their treatment of their customers. Brandy is not good at balayage and obviously not good at doing eyebrows. I absolutely do not recommend anyone EVER go to this salon. Let me also state that I wrote this review as nicely as I could not stating what I'd really like to say. I wouldn't even give this salon 1 star but had no choice. Awful awful place.
