The soup bowl that you put your fingers in with water gets dumped out and put in a drawer. Who knows why, maybe they reuse it. I don't know. The way the man cut my cuticles was wild, bending my hands all around like a pretzel. My cuticles are in the pic. They look like crap. The owner really wanted a good review, but I'd be lying if I did that. I drove to Clarksville for a volleyball game, thought I'd treat myself to a manicure before the game....i believed the reviews ugh. This place is not for me and not for anyone looking for a clean place to be pampered and who wants to leave with nice cuticles.

I called an hour prior to arrival just to make sure they could do a walk in. Got there, picked colors, started the soak-off, pedicure (tropical spa package with short nails), manicure (regular gel, round, short), and done. I took a star as a second color base coat under the sparkles on my fingernails would have made the colors solid. Some fingernails look grey while others look black. The sides of some toenails were not painted. I took off one star because it was hella pricey for the job done. I liked the place but not in love.

My gel manicure took longer than usual, the edges we not very neat, and they started chipping after only a few days (that's never happened anywhere else!!). Not to mention, they don't use liners in the pedicure bowls!! They "clean" them between, of course, but I'm not too keen on busy worker's sanitation skills or consistency nor the dingy look of their pedi bowls. I ended up getting them done at a random shop while out of town and was very pleased. This was the first place I tried in Clarksville, so I have nothing to compare it to here, but I won't be going back. Hopefully I find a place that matches the quality of most other nail shops I "happen upon."

However she said she tried to "squeeze someone in" before me causing my appointment to be late. Yet, as stated, the pedicure was fantastic(which is why I gave 3 stars), aside from the topcoat not being properly applied to avoid shrinkage. I made an appointment for a week later (today) to get my nails done. I got a call yesterday to see if I could come early for timing purposes. Then today I got a call saying my appointment was cancelled because she is running 2 hours behind and that I would have to reschedule for next weekend. As if I wanted to wait another week to get my nails done. Now I have to go elsewhere.

He had the NEEVE to argue with me and he wasn't even the one that done my nails. I had a $50 gift card I went on and paid the difference but I can tell you I will never step foot in that place again.
