Happy with how my nails turned out! This was my first time trying the dip powder and I love how shiny they look! They use the little buffer drill thing like like when you get acrylics, but the guy who did my nails was really careful with it and didn't burn my skin around the nails with it like I've experienced in the past. Just got home today from vacation, we spent the week in TN for my cousins wedding and decided to get pedicures.. we called ahead since there was 5of us.. my Grandmother ended up waiting 45minutes.. my mom waited 30. The lady that I had cleaned the side of my big toe and it got tender.. but I didn't think a whole lot about it.. When we all left we thought all was good.. I woke up this morning and my toe was killing me.. I looked at it and it's all red.. the gal dug into the side of my toe so much that It's made my toe bleed and I'm pretty sure it's infected. All I needed was a nail fixed and a polish change. Before he started I ask if they had the same color I had on and he said yes. At first everything was okay but when it was time to paint my nails he show me the color changing polish and NONE of them were even remotely close to my color. So I went with white to match my toes and asked if he could paint a flower similar to my toes again he said yes but then painted completely different ones....not cool. Me and my sister went here because our original place had a long wait. We walked in and the man was walking out to leave but when we walked in, he took me back to do my nails, and rushed through my nails so fast, which reflects on how they look. As soon as he finished he got up and left. He got all the dust in the paint so there is specks and everything in my nails and shaped them so wrong. A lot of the reviews say they are rude but if you consistently go, you will definitely understand their personalities, they are very personable. Let alone, my nails are always amazing. The worst pedicure I've received. She barely did anything and my polish chipped in 2 days. I requested she give me the foam sandals you usually get after pedicures. She, however, insisted, even though she had opened the pack already so she could use the wrapper to discard a few things, that I not get them and she would help put my own shoes back on for me. Huh? I have been here before in the evening, and the staff was awesome, this afternoon crew are horrible people and slow. Never heard of being charged to take off gel polish $15, and then $15 to redo them, without a pedicure! Was not charged this the first time I had services rendered at this establishment. They started talking about me in their language(you can tell) then handling my hands in an aggressive manner after I told her that I would get my feet done somewhere else. I had to let her know, you will ABSOLUTELY NOT, handle my hands like that ma'am! Then she tried to make me pay before polishing my gel nails, well that's not the process. I politely told her, I will not, and you will get paid after services are rendered.have money, I do not have to skip out on a $28 check! I will NOT return. I would have gave zero or negative stars if I could! I will never come back here. Came in here for tips and a pedicure. First they were so rude when I came in because I was a walk in and didn't have an appointment. So first they start with my pedicure the guy was picking so much at the skin in between the nail and skin that I started bleeding a little bit. Also told him the water was extremely hot, acted like he didn't even hear me. Two days after I wake up with a horrible pain in my toe, end up having to go to the doctor because my toe is now infected! So that's problem number one. Problem number two is my tips literally fell off an hour after wearing so put them back on with my own glue that I got. But also noticed when I had left the nail salon they had a weird orangish color underneath and I have a white French on so there shouldn't be anything orange. Then problem number 3 my toe nail polish is already cracking and it hasn't even been a week yet. Problem number 4 worst of all $92 freaking dollars!!! I never ever even paid prices like this when I lived in New York. I've called for the past couple days asking for a manager and either get hung up on or told hold on.
