The only reason I did not give five stars is I've had facial balancing done in the past and unfortunately ended up very imbalanced with one of my brows dropping significantly and my lip filler was placed I think a little to superficially so it gave the appearance of slight blistering after a couple weeks. I had Hannah Marie for this appointment and she did an amazing color correction. I wanted to try hair extensions for the first time and they fit me in for the next day with amber and they color matched me right there in the salon! It was such an easy process and Amber did a great job. My last appointment I had Katie Rose and she took my hair extensions out instead of me getting them moved up because I wanted to go lighter. Initially my hair looked darker but they said it would lighten up as it did! My hair is more of an ashy color now which is what I wanted! No more warm tone to it and I'm very pleased! Unfortunately the customer had not updated his insurance information, had not checked to see if he had any prescriptions left that had refills left, and some other issues that needed to be taken care of. The pharmacy assistant was at a total loss. She had to keep asking the other assistant what to do, so in essence it was a very long wait. There was one assistant at the window who was just staring out the window with nothing to do. I saw what I was up against, and politely asked the window assistant could she help check me out since it was a simple pick up. I also explained my son was waiting for me in the car. If you're elderly and don't drive like myself getting help is tough. Her response was she had to take care of something else first. There were no cars in the drive thru. She was just standing there. Finally after struggling with the customer ahead of me, the pharmacy assistant doesn't greet me, rolls her eyes at me, and I guess annoyed because I had the audacity to ask for assistance from the window assistant. She rang up my prescription, never asked for my verification of my address, just said to put in my phone number, never said have a nice day nothing. I got my prescription and left. I decided to report this incident to the manager of the store over the phone. It was a disaster. He tried to basically tell me I must have been at the wrong store. He didn't take anything I said to heart. He's only been the manager for a couple of weeks, and didn't even know the address to the store. He was trying to gaslight a customer, who has been going to this location for years. You can do way better at another location.
