I also had a great experience with TORIANNA who arched my brows. Thanks TORIANNA. The front desk guy (I didn't get his name) was friendly as well both over the phone and in person. Not only is the staff friendly and nice this place is beautiful and clean, it's decorated to make us feel beautiful too. I completely enjoyed my lovely spa treatment at The Wax House, and whenever I'm in town this is where I'll be for my spa day.

Update: I ended up calling and getting in to get my cut fixed. It was uneven (a full inch longer on…read moreone side) and ended up missing a large chunk out of the back. The previous stylist obviously did not know what she was going. Leila was amazing, talked through what she was doing and did her best to fix it. Obviously she couldn't make the chunks grow back but she did her best to minimize the missing hair. I left much happier and booked a follow up specifically with her. Ok cut, not great though, and good brow wax but not a great experience. The stylist I saw refused to face me to the mirror. Every time I tried to turn towards the mirror she turned me to the wall. If I'd been seeing her for years that may have been ok but not ok for a first visit. She also told me to turn my head versus using the chair or moving herself. I get looking down but I've never had someone have me turn my head left to right. Not sure I'll be back :(

The staff are professional, talented, and knowledgeable on the latest trends and styles. I love that each stylist has his or her own space. I have been to Shonda Bee and Chelese, aka Hair by Macker, and both ladies specialize in diverse healthy hair and beauty care. I love how I feel when I leave the salon. My hair smells great for days, so soft, and blows in the wind. Highly recommend!!!
