Brow Spa is located in Governor's Square mall near Ross, Victoria's Secret, and B&BW and on the wing of Kay Jewelers, Auntie Anne's, GNC, Game Stop, Asian Massage, and Nail Trix. I was shopping for a last minute event and noticed in a mall mirror...I had bushy eyebrows. Oh no!!!! It was an emergency but thankfully they take walk-ins. I was immediately greeted with a smile and directed to an open chair for a eyebrow threading clean up. They do offer eyebrow tint and other skin care services. I was finished in less than 10 minutes and back to shopping. I was pleased with the service and will return. A week later my eyebrows still look good. read more

I came in a little before they closed at 8:45. There were no other customers so I was seated immediately. The process was the usual threading process. However the lady was quite rough with pushing my head for me to turn it and bumping into the bun I had my hair in without apologizing. She also caught my eyelashes in the thread more than once. I had to ask her to fix my eyebrows three times before they were just okay. My eyebrows now don't have much of a shape to them and they're not the same length. But they are okay. Nothing to cry over I guess. I would give 2.5 stars if I could but since it wasn't bad enough for 2, I gave it 3. read more

Natalie is the one to go see when you want them to look like awesome! I was really concerned because of how slow she was going, but holy cow do my eyebrows look amazing. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for over a year now and she hit it out of the park! I recently just moved here from Fort Bragg, NC. Last year I was here for New Years and the lady actually messed them up, but I'm glad they have stepped up their game in a year. Another lady who is good there she actually have a unibrow, don't let that fool you, she fixed my eyebrows after getting them done at another place (which did not go how they were supposed to) I was too nice to say something about them, so I came to her to fix them. I have been a fan of eyebrow "threading" for years. This is a quick and very effective method of hair removal, here at this new location in the mall I got my eyebrows perfectly shaped in less than 5 minutes using absolutely NO WAX! The little spa-like setting is only two salon type chairs but with a lovely green color on the walls that simply relaxed my senses. They also do other facial hair like if you have a little mustaschio you want to get rid of.... (don't worry I won't tell). The ladies here are very polite and soft spoken. They won't try to sell you any services you don't ask for, which I love b/c I hate it when I go to the nail salon and they try to tell me my eyebrows look like crap so I might as well get them waxed! I knew a Kurd from Iraq who was thrown in a refugee camp during Hussein's reign, he wasn't allowed to use razors so he shaped his beard by using thread, after a few years of doing it he had a perfect beard line where the hair stopped coming in. It looked really good, but anyways I can't wait until my eyebrows are perfectly shaped and stop growing back out! P.S. It's only $10! read more

This was my first experience with getting my eyebrows threaded, rather then waxed. And since have gone back about 5 times. They do a great job. The process does hurt, IMO way worse then waxing. But I also have really thick brows. They last a little less time then waxing. Closer to 2-3 weeks. Versus the 4 I get out of waxing. But at $12 a pop I'm ok with that. I marked them down a star for inconsistency in the different workers. I saw the same lady the first 3 times and she left mine thick with a high arch. Saw a young girl the 4th time and she completely thinned them. They don't look bad, so I wasn't UNHAPPY. But she definitely took way more off. Came in today (5th time) different younger girl. Also made them thinner. So I'd definitely recommend being clear EVERY time with each girl. read more

Horrible experience!!!!! I was basically asked personal and very sterotypical question while I was there. So it was to late to stop her since she had already started. My eyebrow look nothing and I usually have redness on the first day for about a hour but it the second days and it's still there. I still also have redness on the second day Along with bleeding. I will never go back and hopefully it is help and avoid someone the pain and embarrassment of walking around with red dots and scar around your eyebrows. read more

i've never had my eyebrows threaded before, but i think it will be my go-to beauty treatment from now on! slightly painful, yes, but worthwhile...the whole thing is done in less than 5 minutes and your eyebrows are BEAUTIFUL! the ladies here are friendly, helpful and competent. they also do facials, which i can state are lovely and offer henna fri-sun...i can't wait to try it. the only downside is that there is nothing shielding you from the ppl walking by outside in the mall, so everyone can watch you get your beauty treatments done. somewhat awkward, especially the facial part, since you have to sit for 10-15 minutes for some parts with a mask on...not bad when you're in your own home, but strange when ppl can stare at you like a fish in a tank. still...completely worth your time! yay for threading! read more

I got my eyebrows threaded there once, and they came out absolutely gorgeous. Went there a second time and it was packed, and because of that the woman rushed my brows and totally ruined them for no reason. I suggest you go there when its slower, or else you might not get the attention you deserve. Or just avoid it altogether. They charge way too much for threading too, I used to get mine threaded in NYC and they only charged me 5, so your paying wayyyyy to much for mediocre service. read more

I am from out of town and was visiting some family in Clarksville when I needed to get my eyebrows done. Luckily, this great salon was recommended! The ladies were all very friendly when I came in and got to me right away. I am quite picky about my brows being threaded too thin, so I made sure to tell them exactly what I wanted. They were very good at cleaning up the brows, while giving me tips on how to make them more full. The stylist was very gentle with the thread, and made sure I was absolutely happy with the results. If I could put a zero I would. I made a Yelp account just for this godforsaken place. First and foremost I have no idea who even butchered my eyebrows because they don't wear any sort of name tag, or have any sort of name badge at their stations. I asked just for a clean up, and she literally took half my eyebrow off. I had to have her stop in the middle of it because she was tearing my skin off. I've been here plenty of times so no it wasn't a new pain. But she was ripping my skin. My eyebrows are bleeding. So when I stopped her and looked at my eyebrows, I saw what was going on and she literally butchered them. They are thin and missing pieces. She tells me I came in with holes and gaps. Must certainly not the case. I've been growing them out and now I'm going to be looking like a freak for a while, because even with makeup I can't fix them. So, terrible. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and have never had any problems...until I recently moved to Clarksville and the only place to go was Brow Spa. My eyebrows have been massacred! They are basically non-existent at this point. Rather than following the lines from many years of threading and a well-developed brow line, this woman took matters into her own hands and decided to shape my eyebrows as she deemed fit. They are uneven, extremely thin, and very misshapen. Not to mention the far ends that weren't even touched, the fact that she jabbed me in the eye and managed to get hairs in my eyes and contacts. The first time I went here they did a good job, no problems at all. The second time, I did not like the person who did my eye brows she made it hurt and I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for almost 3 yrs and it has never hurt before. They looked decent until the next day a really bad rash came up on my eye area that lasted for a week or so. I've avoided getting my eyebrows threaded for the past 3 months in order to give them time to grow back due to a lady from this particular brow spa threading them too thin. I broke down today and returned asking the lady (not sure if it's the same person) not to thread them thin.....well, after she roughly threaded my brows she handed me a mirror and said "look" she didn't take time to wipe the hairs that fell on my cheeks from threading. I was so upset at how thin (1970s thin) they were that I simply paid the $12.00 and walked out. I will never return to this brow spa and will therefore take my business to a professional. read more
