I filled out the new client paperwork and then greeted by Cerologist Carly, who was amazing. She led me to the room with instructions to undress from the waist down and asked me to use a freshen wipe to remove any oil from the area. Carly was very thorough and professional during my Brazilian wax. She kept my mind off of the service engaging in just enough small talk without being annoying. She often asked if I was comfortable and notified me before ripping the hair by saying, "this may hurt." She really is the best all around! Since I was going out for drinks with some friends later that night she suggested that I purchase a travel size of their post wax serum. Omg that stuff is amazing- my lady parts had no burning, stinging sensation, or irritation all night. The check in and check out process was easy peasy as you can also tip on the iPad when paying for your service. New clients receive 50% off the highest priced service and they also provide referral incentives, where every friend you refer you then receive $5 off your next service, so its a win - win. This location is fairly new so as its popularity increase it may be difficult to get a same day appointment so I definitely recommend booking online in advance! They also have a pretty fair cancellation policy, where you need to cancel 24 hours in advance. Love the location, comfortable environment, clean facility, plenty of parking, great customer service, pre, post, and maintenance products, and friendly staff. Well deserved 5 stars. I will be back!

I've spent the last two days in a complete NIGHTMARE…read more I went to Meraki Hair Studio and had my hair done by Kameron. I went in with super blonde hair and about a 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch of level 6 regrowth. I simply asked her to melt my natural root into the blonde and throw a few lowlights so I could deal with a lot less maintenance for the next few months. (Also to do the same to my extensions) She quoted me $400-$450 for everything, including re-installing my extensions. I showed her a photo that I had chatgpt generate for inspo. I explained to her that I fully understood that the photo was AI and that I might not leave looking exactly like the photo- however, I did let her know that I still wanted to be BLONDE and I did not want ashy/cool tones. Ultimately, I left hysterically crying. I'll attach photos of everything. She charged me $125, I tipped 20%, because she had offered to "fix" it later in the week. Basically I was so full of emotion, I agreed and went home devastated. Once I got home and stopped crying and really took a look at my hair, I decided I didn't want her to touch it again at all. The result I was left with was MILES from what I requested and honestly I just didn't have faith that she could fix what she had done. I texted her and let her know I just wanted to see about a refund and she let me know only her boss had that authority. She also offered to re-order my extensions (i declined because at that point I wasn't even sure what hair color I'd end up with so trying to match extensions would be another nightmare) Fast forward to today, I speak with the manager and she pretty much tells me that a refund will not be issued because she charged me for the color that was used. I had to have a full on color correction done with another salon to barely fix the mess she made. It was over $600. Not to mention, they still weren't able to remove all the dark color she had put on my hair without damaging it beyond repair. I'm typically not someone to blast a stylist on social media.. but these photos speak for themselves. I just don't want this to happen to someone else.
