I have heard very unpleasant things about the owner from a couple friends I'd referred there last year and would just like to make sure whomever reads my reviews knows the wonderful experiences i had were from a young lady name Brittany and since she is no longer at the location we have not gone back. My rating was based on the lady we saw and nothing else. I am sorry for my friends who have had very poor experiences this winter with the other lady. ** About a month ago I saw on a Local FB post that this place was having a special for an eyelash lift. I don't like false eyelashes at all so I decided I would treat my oldest daughter for her 24th bday and we would go together. From start to finish we were treated like queens. While making the appt I casually mentioned to Miss Brittany, the adorable esthetician (or however it's spelled) it was for my daughters birthday. When we got there she had a cake and balloons waiting for her. She did this simply because she loves birthdays, she tells us. What she didn't know was as a 4x Cancer survivor every birthday I am still here to be with my kids holds special meaning. Brittany made the whole experience very relaxing. And when we were done? Both of us looked amazing. It's been a little over a month now and I still get compliments on how great my lashes look, with or without makeup on. It was definitely worth every bit of the price and the service you will get is top notch! Can't wait to go back and try other services here. If all the employees are like the young lady we had, then customers should be flocking to support this place. Love love love it.

It was a weird experience overall, as it started with me getting called back fifteen minutes late and another ten after that for my massage therapist to start. Despite asking for a focused massage, none of it was actually spent on that spot other than about two minutes which he remarked "wow you're really tense!". He didn't stop talking the entire time, about his trauma - his politics - everything. It was so exhausting, honestly. The vibe was definitely off here, and it was fairly pricey. Huge let down.

Apparently doing the chest and butt are taboo. Fine. Then came the waxing. I don't think she knew what she was doing, because she didn't smooth on the fabric very efficiently didn't stretch the skin when she pulled off the wax, and left a lot of hairs that she said would come off when I showered. She also said that my hair was really fine, as if I got waxed frequently, which I don't. In any case here's a picture of the results the next day, after I'd showered. I have no idea why I spent $45 for this, because now I have to shave my legs anyway. Will not be returning.
