Pay $200 to have my lashes done here, I booked my appointment for Friday, they started to fall out…read morebefore I ever even went to bed, I had lost probably 25 individual lashes or more, Saturday morning I woke up and the entire middle of my left eye was missing, at that point they weren't even considered a fill anymore, the "spa" was not scheduled to open until 10 AM, I called at 8:30 in the morning on Saturday, the next morning, the woman that did my lashes, Sarah Williams, answered the phone, and I had told her about the situation with my lashes. Immediately, she blamed it on me for coughing during the end of my service, said that the watering of my eyes must have caused them to fall out. I started to cough about 15 minutes toward the end of my session, before I coughed, I asked her if it was all right for me to cough, and she told me that all she had left to do was the inner edges of my eyes and it was no big deal for me to cough. Of course, due to all my coughing in the last 15 minutes, I tipped her $25 on top of the $175 service, I had told her that I was going out of town and needed my lashes done when I called the studio and she was in at 8:30, I had hoped that she would be able to fix my lashes that morning, but she scheduled me for Monday and I had family photos and could not wait until Monday to get my lashes fixed. I ended up scheduling with moon aesthetics, on Warfield Boulevard, The fixed my lashes at an extremely discounted rate for the inconvenience that was caused by someone else completely. On Monday, I obviously did not go to the fix appointment, where they wanted to message me and asked me if I was showing up, where I told them that I already had my lashes fixed, and they said that they would see me at my next appointment, at no point in time does she apologize or put any sense of urgency on this situation, and of course she did not offer any kind of refund, nor did I ask for one because at this point, I'm just good, I'd rather wash my hands of the place. Not to mention the entire time that I'm getting my lashes done, all of the employees are talking negatively about their manager and coworkers, just childhood drama from grown women. I don't know who Grace is, but I definitely shouldn't know as much as I know about her personal situations or her work behavior, these people are unprofessional.

She is super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She was gentle with my wash and gave me the most relaxing scalp massage. My cut came out perfect and exactly what I asked for. She styled it beautifully. My blowout has lasted all day and my hair is so bouncy and soft. I made sure to book a follow up cut in six weeks. The salon is very clean with lots of seating. Very relaxed environment and everyone is friendly. It was surprisingly quiet and I felt very comfortable. I'm excited to explore coloring options at my next appointment. They also do men's cuts which is great for a couples day date.

I asked for spiral curls, the hair didn't feel like it was twisted. I asked for tight rolls, none were tight. I've had perms for over 20 years through all types of my hair. I even do perms right after I box dye and they've turned out perfect. Tori is very good at what she does, no complaints about her. I should have said something before I left. This just isn't what I wanted. I'll wait for a grow out and try again. 12:00 pm next day, still shows no perm. This definitely was not spiral with tight curls.
