Expectations for any tanning salon is that it's clean, has product, and the wait is not extraordinary long. This tanning salon far surpasses any expectation of a salon. Not only are there ample amounts of beds, bulbs are always bright/maintained, always full of product, and the wait times are minimal or non-existence, but what sets it a part is the customer service. Ryan is an absolutely wonderful human! Recently taking over the operation fall of 2021, Ryan connects with customers and has excellent recommendation on products and which beds to use when! Also, Wendy is such a gem - she is so bubbly and friendly - it feels like 15 minutes spent relaxed and being greeted by your friends! There is no monthly contract you must sign. There are plenty of options with payment (monthly), or by the bed/single use. There's super great lotion options from super affordable to higher end. I drive from NW West Nashville over to Goodlettsville (25 min. journey), even though there are a ton of tanning salons closer in proximity due to the wonderful service. I'd give 10 stars if I could. My friends hadn't been to a spray tan either and they were all surprised by how even and great color I had. Will definitely be back- I've already scheduled my next appt! I'm new to spray tans but mine lasted about 8 days before starting to really fade and by 2 weeks was completely gone. Never streaked or faded in patches. Would recommend going every 10-14 days if you want a solid tan.

I wanted to get a nice glow before Valentine's Day. I signed up with the lady owner who has been more than pleasant every time I've come in. She's super kind, knowledgeable on tanning products, and always makes the experience super positive within the last few weeks I've been tanning. A couple of times I've come in a middle aged man was working behind the counter. He's been super cold towards me when I come in. Sort of looks at me weird and makes me feel like I don't really belong there. One time I asked to check that there would be an outlet to charge my phone in the room as it was about to die, and I had never had to check and see if there were any before. He was a little condescending and said that they ask I use headphones if listening to music. As if I would use my phone as a personal boombox or something. Not even sure what that has to do with charging my device but whatever. The lady is nice and the tanning packages are reasonable so I kept going. Today is Saturday I rush from downtown to tan after I get off work. I get there at 4:45. There's other customers at the counter when I come in and he says they take their last tan at 4:30 since they close at 5 on Saturdays. No one ever told me that. I honestly thought based on how this man has acted in the past he might of just been trying to get me out of there. I told him no one ever told me that and he basically called me a liar and said yes they did. I pointed out he wasn't there when I got signed up and he said his wife is the lady and she always makes sure to say that when signing people up. I never ever would of thought this man owned the place based on his poor attitude and customer service. That alone was a shock. Tbh I wasn't even upset that I couldn't tan today, it's not a big deal in the grand scheme, but I had enough of this man's attitude. Should I of kept my mouth shut and turned the other cheek? Probably. But I can't wrap my head around making people feel that way after you take their money. 10/10 stars for the lady. Negative 10 for the dude.

I have only utilized their spray tanner--the Mystic Tan machine--but it seems as though they have state of the art tanning beds as well. The Mystic Tan booth is in a large room so you don't feel cramped while you are getting ready, and they provide everything you need right there. You can get in and out pretty quickly too--there is not usually a line. In my lifetime, I've seen about 4 different tanning places, and I have to say this is the nicest one I've been to. Nice people at the front desk too. Want to go more than once? Ask for their packages--I ended up getting five sessions in the Mystic Tan for only $30--they had a $50 coupon. Pretty good deal, considering I would have paid at least $20/session elsewhere. So, if you want a tan but don't have time to get in the sun, I do recommend EuroBronz--in the Publix shopping center. The sign on the outside only reads "TAN", just FYI!

So after 15 minutes of paperwork and paying, she started to explain the process and said you could not moisturize before tanning. We told her we did moisturize according to the Mystic Tan website or theirs..we weren't sure but the instructions told us to exfoliate and moisturize. She said it wouldn't work so we asked for our money back. she said she didn't know how to do that. I asked her to call the manager who was unavailable. I wasn't leaving so she played around the computer a bit.. until i asked that she write something down saying i was entitled to a refund. I told her i would call her manager on Monday to get my money back. The manager on Monday acted like he didn't want to give the refund and said i should just come back another time and tan. At this point, i didn't trust the company and told him i didn't get any service and would like my money back. Also, I wasn't instructed on how it worked before i paid for it and maybe they should change their procedures... Basically it took many, many phone calls and threats by me and others to get a refund. I can't say how anything works there but buyer beware!
