This place is extremely overpriced!! My cousin and i went to get our nails done for my early birthday and her nails were shorter and less detailed as mine and was 97$. I had longer nails with more details and it was 89$. They messed up my cousins french tips, it was squiggly lines and the hearts were terribly done. The lady who did my nails was rough with me and cut my finger a little bit. She messed up the bows. My mom called and wouldn't give a refund and quoted "If we give everyone refunds we would go out of business" That just shows how bad quality they are. Worst experience at a Nail Spa ever. Genuinely disappointed. The lady was rushing me to pay when i needed to transfer money over, and not to mention, they expected 20% percent tip, 31$. The vibe wasn't the best, everyone was staring so often. Definitely don't recommend. read more

I came to get my nails done here. She charged me $320 then just to come and get my nails fixed. She charged me 65 for my nails and lashes just to fix the nail. They are a scam and ripped people out of money. I really think she started to be biased against black. Don't come here. Just imagine I got my nails done on Saturday. The chain I had on my nails came off instead of her redoing it. She charged me $65 read more

If you are reading this, please go to a different nail salon. I went twice and both times I was perplexed at the cost for services. The first time I went the conversation with the nail techs were fine but all prices were not disclosed. I only got a classic pedicure with French tip on my toes along with gel polish, so my polish could last longer. The pamphlet I was given only showed the price for the pedicure which was $49. It also states polish is included. When I asked for French tip and gel, no one stated these were extra, though from experience I already knew gel would be an upcharge. I also got a cup of wine. It wasn't until I reached the register to pay did I receive the bill of over $200. I paid for my friends pedicure so I thought maybe she got something extra. She got the same thing I did, but without gel polish. I was so pissed that I now had to pay this bill for service that if I knew the upcharges I would've went elsewhere. Its crazy French tip, which is not even polish on your full toe, is $40 additional to the pedicure! I could've bought 4 pedicures for the price of 2. Will be taking my money and toes elsewhere because the quality and service does not match the price. It's a nice place and is very clean but not $200 worth. Highway robbery. read more

My experience from today, I'm headed to the beach so I decided to treat myself. I do nails so I'm slightly picky because I know I can do it myself but I wanted to kick back and relax. The nail tech recommended gel so that it would last through my vacation and I agreed. I can already tell it is going to peel off in a few days because it's painted over the edges. (Ex.pic) paid extra to remove my callus but now it just looks like a shredded mess (ex.pic) As far as the salon it was very nice inside and clean but there were no new tools or sanitation going on. Used nail files and buffers and tools were not in a proper bag for uv sanitizing. My nail tech was friendly and was amazing at my cuticles but there was almost no massage and that's really why I was there. I.e. not relaxed. read more

Just found my new favorite nail salon! Came here because the World Nails Spa by Wing Stop was closed an hour early, even though their hours on the door said open. So I came in here as my plan B, and I am so glad I did. My nails were done by Ari. She paid such close attention to detail. Every single edge was perfect with not a single imperfection in the paint. She made sure they looked exactly how I wanted. The atmosphere was beautiful, clean, and so relaxing. Very modern and luxurious. It doesn't feel like any other salon in town. this was my first experience at this nail spa wasn't the best or the worst. I went in for a fill and the tech. Calvin shaped my nails, the way he wanted them to be shaped made them thicker than I wanted. I had to go back the next day for him to correct them. I still have uneven acrylic on my nails and he cannot polish. I do not think I will be returning. But overall the shop is very clean. read more

I have been going here for just under a year now. yes they are expensive, but in my opinion you get what you pay for. I have been to so may different salons trying to find happy service and until I left JJ's a year ago it wasn't happening. They we're all what I like to refer to as fast food, only interested in how many people they can move in and out in a days service. my first time I spent 45 minutes in the massage chair and all of that was AWESOME, my toes and legs were scrubbed, buffed, massaged filed, cuticles clipped and pushed back. my pedicure lasted a month and still looked good (even if grown out) I had never been so happy with a pedicure in my life. the technicians have all been friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to me and have never made me feel as if they just wanted to get done with it and move on. As for cost, yes they are expensive. but it's an experience. I haven't been to a single salon that doesn't charge an extra $15 for gel or dip. Extra costs to soak off gel, dip and or tips. but those extras are the same price at any salon you go to. No surprise there. every salon has their own signature pedicures from basic to the works. Basic pecicure or go for the all out pampering. Manicure cost seem comparable to most all salons. At least at JJ's you get friendly service and you get the pampering you pay for. All of the good things being said I've had two manicures by the same person that were very Poor service, I've come the conclusion she just doesn't care, the bottle she used for the dip on my nails was old and goopy. made for a bumpy manicure. After the second time I put foot down requestEd a different technician for my services. That was hard for me, but I'm learning to speak up for myself or pay for a bad service And that makes it my fault. Hope this review helps someone make the decision to go. Keep a list of the good technicians who service you and make appointments in the future to avoid having an unhappy experience. read more

They were extremely rough, the nail has no apex. They cut me and my sister multiple times, my sister payed 90$ for acrylic with no design just a topcoat. Mine were 95, medium length with a French tip. Too expensive for a set of plain nails. read more

New to town! Was looking for a decent nail salon to get pampered a bit. I told them I wanted the regular pedicure, they literally soaked my feet in water for 5 mins and scrubbed the bottom of my feet for 10 seconds. Then proceeded to rub lotion and oil on my legs, she put the combo on one leg and massaged it pretty ok but the other leg she just rubbed the left over from the first leg and barely massaged it. Didn't even clean or cut my cuticles, and immediately started putting polish. Ummm ! No! That's less than results. I am accustomed to getting at least salt scrub as part of the regular pedicure. Two stars just for having a prepackaged utensils, but definitely not worth $35. I wanted to get the manicure too but after that horrible pedicure service I changed my mind. Never returning to this place again! read more

I went in with an Appt. At 12:30 for my sister and I. We got there 10-15 minutes early. I was getting a full set (45 online) and my sister was getting a basic manicure($22-25? Online) It took over 30 mins for me to be seated for my full set. They FINISHED my nails before even seeing my sister. It took over 2.5 for them to see my sister. They seated people who were there after us with no appointment before my sister who had one, and we had to wait for someone to finish those people's nails before they did hers. When they did my nails, i asked for 522 pomegranate, which is a dark red. The color that came out was a purple color. At first i thought it was just the lighting but while i was waiting for my sister to get started i had the color palate in my hand and compared, it was NOTHING like the color on the palate. Originally i was gonna live with it but because of how long they took, i asked them to fix the color. They said "that's the color you asked for" No, the color i wanted was red not purple. They continued to say " that's what the manufacturer gave us" so I asked them if they had another color that was similar but more red not purple, And they wanted to argue with me saying that it was the manufactures color. All I was asking for was that they change it to a more red color. Finally they said that they would change the color and they only filed down the top layer of nail polish and painted over the other one. At this point I was pissed off and I didn't say anything else before I went off. When I went to pay they charge me $45 for mine, and $40 for my sister's manicure. I asked him why it was a $40 manicure, and they said that it was because it was a gel manicure. But it's fucked up because they do not offer acrylic but they have that listed online, and we never asked for gel. PS... He left acrylic on the underside of my nails and didn't file them down properly underneath and They did a sloppy job painting my acrylics. read more

Don't use this spa it's horrible. The lady with the ponytail and the braces waited on me. I only asked for a soak off of acrylic on my toes and a pedicure. She was mad, due to the fact she had to do a soak off. I am the one who waited, for an hour. No one told her she had to take the acrylic off my toes. She did a rush job to soak off the acrylic off my feet. She cracked my toe nails. The most horrible experience I had from here. The whole time she did my feet she complained and stated I should have been soaking. She stated she could have refused to do my service. This is a horrible. Don't waste your money. She was like her Boss could have told her she was doing my pedicure. The only thing she was worried about was going to look at a new car in Nashville. Then, to top it off I had to ask her to clean under my toenails. Throw the whole spa away. Don't waste your time with getting a rush job on a pedicure. She said she only work here for the money. I guess all the people that come here is only a dollar to her. Not the service. I will never visit the spa nail again. Use at your own risk. Just to add to the experience, she probably does not have a license or the other people that work there. I'm reporting the whole establishment to the state that's it unlicensed workers in the building. I hope they investigate and shut it down. Due to unlicensed people working in the building. read more

this was my first time coming here & I love the place already!! great service, felt like I was right at home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

charged my whole family full price for services that they absolutely did not do. very disappointed.

The place is new and the inside looked very clean and nice, so I had high hopes. I went with my sister and mother. The lady working on my mother worked into her toes so bad that her big toe began to bleed. She had told her several times that whatever she was doing was hurtful and painful, but she did not stop. The young lady prepping my pedicure did a great job of taking her time, however when it came to paint a gentleman nail tech took over. He was sloppy. The paint had streaks all in it. I asked for a matte finish, as you can see in the picture it is not matte. It has a film texture to it, but my toes do not look matte at all. The polish was smudged, and on my skin. He did not take the time to clean any of the polish off. This is the worst pedicure I have ever received. Very disappointed, and I will not be back. For the higher prices, you would think they would do a better job. read more

The customer service is great, but you will not get out of there without spending $100 per pedicure or gel/powder nails per person. By far the most expensive $100 manicure, not to mention the $100 pedicure. Definitely, will only go there if I have money to spend, because I have not been able to get out of there cheaper than $100 a service. I thought Venus nails were bad, this place is expensive. The pedicure is good, but you can find a dupe at another nail shop for half their price. The manicures are very creative, but you can definitely find a cheaper place. If you are on a budget this is not the place for you, because you can easily walk out of there with a $200 dollar bill for a mani and pedicure. You can always count on them for a walk in, but it is very expensive. By far the most expensive place that I have been to in Clarksville. read more

I had been going for awhile. Sad is not the word for my last pedicure. You do not have enough people. I had to ask the girl three times to trim my toenails back. She barely did. Best nail salon in Clarksville, make sure you ask for Sandy... clean, plenty of people to help, drinks offered, all services great and fast

The wait is ridiculous. They take over an hour on each person no matter what . TERRIBLE customer service don't you dare ask for anything specific . I told the man I wanted my nails square and he dropped the file and just looked at me . Way overpriced . They ripped my nails off instead of soaking them and still charged me $15 for soak off ! Then I got my eyebrows "done" and they didn't look touched and that was $15 as well ! "More than threading prices" WORST SALON IVE BEEN TO IN 11 years . Go elsewhere . read more

Visited for a colored acrylic fill in. The fill in was not good. I constantly asked for things to be fixed but realized that the lady was just not good at nails or capable of doing the set, thin, even and neat. Horrible customer service. I was a loyal customer but apparently they don't like people with long natural nails. I always tipped well (at least 20.00)because I realized it take's a while to do my nails They're extremely long but beautiful. I literally had 1 nail tech overcharge me, another realized I had long natural nails and refused to do my nails. I make appointments and just sit watching people come in after me go before me smh. Well guess I'm back to traveling to Harmony Nails in Antioch. At least they know how to treat regular loyal customers and you feel appreciated while your there read more

I never leave negative reviews...Worst nail salon ever. Over priced, terrible quality. I paid $75 for a set and couldn't even get the bare minimum of treatment. After tipping 20% I was a few dollars shy of $100...yikes and I wouldn't mind if the quality matched the price. But it so clearly did not. Didn't push back cuticles even when I asked, on top of the dried stuff I asked them to clean up and didn't finish it properly (inside nail.. see picture) that's something no matter where I go that always gets cleaned. I got the most basic color and easy color it's shocking how much I paid. Not only that, my nails are chunky and unnatural looking. Also this took three hours, they weren't busy she didn't work on my nails consistently. Overall just not worth it. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!! I really wish I had at least one nice thing to say.. I was looking forward to having my nails done for the first time in over a year. Super disappointed read more

I went late on a busy Sunday (day after Christmas). First time visiting this shop. They didn't have enough staff and I did wait a long while. I got a pedicure, eyebrow wax, and ombré dipped nails-all by different staff members. I got the pedi first, and it was good (not the most friendly person). The wax girl was super sweet and did fantastic. By the time I finished the pedi and wax the shop was closed and I had a complicated request that not all the nail techs have experience with. Natalie said she would try, I agreed to a trial and error approach. We were left in the shop alone and she stayed for 2 hours past closing with me and ended up doing a fantastic job! Had great attention to the edges and corners, which lots of techs rush. I highly recommend this shop, especially Natalie! (I'll definitely go on weekdays that are slower and better staffed, though). I'm a new loyal customer! read more

We had appointments and when we arrived my husband feet soak in the water for 45 minutes before anyone even began. I asked after about 20 mins when someone would begin and was told in a few mins which turned out to be another 25 mins later. We both had appointments for a Pedi and mani. I will say the decor is great and they have a great variety of different services however what is the point in making an appointment if your not service at that time I understand if you have a 5-10 mins wait however we will not be returning. Also when they were doing my gel mani I had to tell them to do my cuticles which that is part of a mani they were trying to go ahead and just put gel on my names without doing the mani part. I wouldn't recommend this place and we were in town visiting friends when I decided to treat my husband however even he said he would not be returning there either. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. I got my nails done on a Friday and by Monday they were pealing and the acrylic was coming off. I went back to the Salon to have them fixEd and was told by Sandy, the owner, that the person who messed them up would have to fix them and I would have to wait for them to come into work. Imagine my frustration since I had somewhere to be. For the amount of money spent on getting our nails done I would think that they would want to fix it and especially since ive been a loyal customer for about two years now. But Sandy was very rude and dismissive. My time and money is just as valuable as the next person. Needless to say I will not be returning. read more
