I normally dont do this but.. First I got here before they opened and was first in but the last out even though everything I got was basic but they kept adding more people and would come back to me in between going to other people. The lady told me after I got my basic short white nails that she put gel on my nails when I clearly stated when I came in that I wanted regular paint. Then as I'm explaining to the man because it was three different people rotating me out how I want my toes and in the middle of me telling him he says do you want a fill or what/not (I cant remember which it was)as if I'm bothering him when i was literally explaining to him how I wanted them before he started so that he wouldn't do what the pervious lady did to my nails without me even asking and telling her as soon as I walked in what I wanted. There are some good employees but overall their customer service sucks and they've cut me so many times it's not even funny. I went yesterday only to be cut twice and would not stop bleeding. So the nail tech thought it would be great to push my blood around and kept pushing my nail beds back. She kept saying relax relax. Simple cut and uneven, once I got home and saw it. I had an older lady that off the bat seemed like she was just over the day. I had asked her to just pick a light color for my toes. She offered a clear color, so I just needed up picking it out. I got my nails done on a Thursday. Full set gel nails. They all fell off by Monday. Called them to see if they could fix them. He told me I had to come in so he can see them. This place was 10 minutes away. It took me an hour to drive there just because it rain. When I got there he told me I was supposed to bring the nails that fell off in, when he didn't. He said he could only give me a 15% discount. He was very rude about it. So I basically paid $50 on my nails just for them to fall off. I would NOT recommend going here read more

Went in today for an 11:30 AM appointment for just nail dip ombre. Once I got the front to check in, the owners persuaded me to get a pedicure too which I agreed to since it was empty. They assigned the short guy with tattoos on his arms to do my nails. Pedicure started out great, he sounded like he had prior knowledge to doing nails. When it came time to do my manicure with dip powder for ombre, he kinda butchered my nails. At first, he put in too much dip powder on my natural nails so it looks kinda of bulky. Then he buffered my nails, a bit harder that he buffered the skin around my nails too making the skin a bit painful. He then proceed to put on foil on two of my nails for design, though he didnt do it the right way so the foils came off after I had washed my hands. It was so bad that one of the ladies had to rebuff, reapply the solution and readded dip powder to cover the butchered work from the previous guy. It took 3hrs to finish my whole appointment, from 11:30AM-2:30PM. They still charged me full price after the butchered manicure work and cuts in the skin around my nails due to overbuffing. Safe to say I will NOT be visiting this nail salon again in the near future‍ save your money & go somewhere you can get a better quality of work for the amount of money you pay for nail service. read more

Today I made an appointment for a mani and pedi at this salon. I have been going here for years, and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I requested a classic pedicure ($30) that comes with a massage, buffer, etc. My pedicure lasted maybe 10 mins, had little to no massaging, and have dead skin all over my feet. I then went to get my manicure and my tech was not happy with the design I picked out. She said nothing to me, and before I could ask for a tip, began doing my nails aggressively. It took her over an hour to do these very simple nails and not even to my liking. The entire time she was shaking her head at me and scolding me... By the time I was finished, I was ready to pay and get out of there. I was charged $90 for my nails and toes. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Love has never charged me $60 for a dip manicure. I wish I could recommend the salon, especially Henry, but after thinking hard about it I feel the need to let people know about my experience and let them decide if they want to go here for themselves. After I got my nails done, I noticed that the top coat was rough and asked Anthony to smooth it out for me because I pick at my nails if they're rough. He insisted that nothing was wrong, and suggested that I do it myself if I was upset with it. I took it as a joke, and let him fix my nail, but when he was finished he failed to talk to me, but rather smacked my arm hard enough to leave a mark. Women should not have to endure this kind of treatment, not in a salon or domestically. I miss my nail tech, and I hope that he can find employment in a more reputable spa that encourages women to feel welcome, not a bother, and leave in confidence and not in shambles. Worst experience ever. No base coat on my pedicure so my nails stained. I got a manicure that had to be done twice because the polish was so low quality and there was bubbles everywhere. It's like they add a ton filler to the nail polish to make it stretch. After 4 hours my nails still weren't dry from them piling on the junk. SUCKS! Plus the guy that did my nails was rude and kept commenting on how short my nails were. Yeah dude, that's why I'm here! I'm pregnant and my nails are very fragile and I can't help it. I've frequented this establishment for quite some time now. With that being said, I took my 2 year old God daughter there with me three times to get her toes painted while I got a pedicure. The first time was smooth sailing, the 2nd time, a gentleman walked over to me (I'm assuming "new management") and handed me a piece of paper which he stated was the kids menu. Needless to say it basically stated if the child messed up her polish a $5 fee would be accessed per toe, the third time being today. I went in and was told it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait. I stated I would come back after her nap. The young lady at the front said that's fine and instructed me to call first. I did as stated later that evening but didn't get an answer. I proceeded to go to the nail salon and was greeted by the same Gentleman mentioned earlier. I was told by him that children are not allowed in the back and I'd have to leave my 2 year God daughter up front alone by herself while services were rendered to me. I asked when did this start and why wasn't I informed about this earlier, he stated it was enforced by new management. Having said all of this I will NEVER again give this establishment another dime. I am very disappointed in how this situation was handled. The removal process is the best in town. My nail beds have been damage by other salon's grinding and scraping. Brian makes sure the polish is removed is a careful manner! Salon tries to over load itself with clients that it cannot take care of. Walked in for a fill and was told I would be seen shortly. Fifteen minutes later (I know because they have write your time down that you come in) I was moved to a nail table and was told again I would be seen shortly. 10 minutes later I was told the same thing again. Meanwhile there's other people being told the exact same thing and techs were hopping from one client to the next without actually completing anyone. Finally 15 minutes after the last time I was told I would be seen soon I finally asked someone "how much longer till I'm seen" he told me 20 more minutes!!! I would not recommend this place. If I had known immediately upon entering it would be THAT long I would have left and come back. It's ridiculous. I came in and every single chair was filled. I finally sat down and she began my pedicure. She literally rushed. I think it took maybe 10-12 minutes for my entire pedicure. I've been to this location two times. The second time I walked out after sitting for 15 minutes. The first visit I had to wait for a nail tech to get there at 11 o'clock mind you I got there @930, and I didn't want anything fancy....for someone to design my nails because none of the men knew how to do my design. I had to keep moving seats because each tech had their own desk. so I had to keep moving seats. They don't talk to their customers very nicely. On the second visit I came in for a polish change and he was asking what kind of nails I had,told him acrylic with gel coat which was correct he kept trying to talk around me and tried to tell me that I had something else. I really hate to leave them a bad review because my nails look good for the most part (although they forgot to do a top coat on my toes). Today I came in to the salon and without a hello, I was aggressively told to sit down. After being told to sit down, I picked a color, but wasn't certain it would match my dress for an event so I requested politely to see the colors again. It was obvious that they were very annoyed. Enough for one of the clients next to me to look over and whisper to me "wow" about the rude way the nail tech handed me the color options. Mind you there was not a wait, and me glancing at the colors again would have taken me maybe 60 more seconds of their time. The tech then began on my nails and started talking to me about the kind of clients they don't like that come into the salon.. I smiled politely and listened. I found it very unprofessional to complain to a client about other clients that come in. After the first half of my nails were done, I was literally demanded to sit in the seat next to me, as I was getting up to move, I was again aggressively demanded to SIT! It was obvious that that was what I was doing. The tech then continued to complain to me (and talk down to me when I spoke.) When my nails were complete, I stood up to move to the front drying area, but as I pulled my dress down (so that I didn't expose myself, I readjusted my dress as most ladies do when wearing a dress and standing up) one of my nails hit the side of my dress. The tech was VERY upset about this. I was basically scolded for this honest mistake. I was being as careful as possible. The ladies in the salon watched in disbelief. I don't usually leave negative reviews but I honestly don't think I've ever been this uncomfortable while getting my nails done In my life.
