I spent 85 dollars for Walmart Special Nails and my daughter whom is 12 had her nails done for the first time and this was a nightmare for her Thanks now I got to try in convince her that not all nail salons suck as bad as this one ugh. This nail salon is pretty run down. The owner Gina is very snappy and doesn't really care to much about what her employees do when they aren't with a client. I got my nails down by and older lady. She did a really poor job... I wish I took pictures but some of the problems were really severe. 3 of my nails were completely lifted because she didn't glue the plastic tip completely but went ahead and laid the acrylic over after I showed her the problems. She does not speak much English so I found it hard to get my point across. I was about to walk out but Gina insisted I stay to "fix" them. I was extremely annoyed because I ended up staying there for over 3 hours and still paid full price for a really ugly job. I will never return to this nail salon. read more

My experience was AWFUL! I came in to get an acrylic set. It was my first time at this shop, however I always get the same thing on my hands - so I know what I like. I asked for tapered square shape with my polish from home and a gel top coat. First I had to wait 30 minutes while the woman finished eating a bag of chips. I had to ask her to wash her hands before she started on my nails.. It took her an hour and a half to get the acrylic set on. She's finally filing them to get them all to the shape I want and she tells me it costs extra for coffin. I say, I'm sorry? I didn't want coffin. She says that's what this shape is - coffin shape. I've been getting manicured for 10 years. Tapered square and coffin are NOT the same but whatever. It's $5, right? Who cares. Another 30 minutes go by and she still isn't fine filing. She informs me they can't use my polish. I ask why? She says "because ours is better". I told her thank you but I'll stick with mine. She says fine but that's another $20. WHAT?! For MY polish?! At this point I tell her I'm leaving - I'll finish filing and paint my nails myself at home. The manager comes over and starts screaming at the nail tech in Korean (or their language, sorry I'm really not sure). She says I have to pay $65 for these horrible nails. I refused to pay that and she asked what I wanted to pay. For terrible half-finished nails that took almost 3 hours?? I gave her $20 and fixed them on my own at home. I will NOT be going back and I DO NOT recommend this salon!!! Very unprofessional, and they try to overcharge you because they expect you to pay whatever with no questions asked. Rude. I would've been better off with dollar general press on nails. read more

Nice place, everyone was very nice. A young man did my pedicure, he took his time and did a great job. This place got a little busy, like most nails salons I've been to however, I did not feel like my pedicure was rushed because of it. Very relaxing, thank you. read more

I used to go to this shoppe regularly some years ago, at least 3. At the time they were under different management. I really liked it there. I went again today and it was a disaster. They had two different people doing my feet. The first (the owner) was doing a decent job, the one that stepped in had no clue what had been done before she sat down and she didn't bother to ask. My overlay is a complete joke. The polish is uneven as are my nails. After telling the woman about my nails twice I gave it up and came to Yelp! There are too many other nail salons within the vicinity of this particular place that I have decided to try other places as to not continue wasting money. read more

i do not reccomend going here to get your nails done!! their prices are inconsistent and all of my nails were crooked. one time i went and got a full set and the cost was around $30, the second time i went and got the same exact nails they charged me $60 and waited till after the put them on to tell me and overcharge me. they were rough when it came to the process and hurt. i recommend going to "Oak Grove Nails Spa", their prices are consistent, they're very gentle, and very kind!! i got my nails done at Oak Grove Nails spa (not yet on here or google maps) today and they're long, even, and beautiful and cost $50!! this place is over priced and not worth it. read more

I've never had a worse experience getting my nails done. I got shellac and the first polish they put on pooled into the corners of my nails, which they fixed. But while I was waiting for my friend to finish I noticed that the polish has a bubble on the corner of one nail. I showed it to the technician and she peeled off all of my polish. Picked another color and she didn't even cover all of my nail. Never again. read more

Just walked in expecting to wait. Asked for a mani-pedi. Was seated right away and a woman who did my pedi didn't speak English very well. The owner helped us communicate. She was awesome. Most people rub so hard I sometimes get bruises on my legs. She was very gentle. Another lady did my nails. She was also very good. The owner was jolly joking around with the customers. She knew some by name which makes me feel good that she has regular clients. I will be back. read more
