Update: I ended up calling and getting in to get my cut fixed. It was uneven (a full inch longer on…read moreone side) and ended up missing a large chunk out of the back. The previous stylist obviously did not know what she was going. Leila was amazing, talked through what she was doing and did her best to fix it. Obviously she couldn't make the chunks grow back but she did her best to minimize the missing hair. I left much happier and booked a follow up specifically with her. Ok cut, not great though, and good brow wax but not a great experience. The stylist I saw refused to face me to the mirror. Every time I tried to turn towards the mirror she turned me to the wall. If I'd been seeing her for years that may have been ok but not ok for a first visit. She also told me to turn my head versus using the chair or moving herself. I get looking down but I've never had someone have me turn my head left to right. Not sure I'll be back :(

Caitlin was so kind and friendly, which made the entire experience wonderful. She took her time and delivered quality work-something l've found lacking in other places where services felt rushed. I've spent the last two days in a complete NIGHTMARE…read more I went to Meraki Hair Studio and had my hair done by Kameron. I went in with super blonde hair and about a 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch of level 6 regrowth. I simply asked her to melt my natural root into the blonde and throw a few lowlights so I could deal with a lot less maintenance for the next few months. (Also to do the same to my extensions) She quoted me $400-$450 for everything, including re-installing my extensions. I showed her a photo that I had chatgpt generate for inspo. I explained to her that I fully understood that the photo was AI and that I might not leave looking exactly like the photo- however, I did let her know that I still wanted to be BLONDE and I did not want ashy/cool tones. Ultimately, I left hysterically crying. I'll attach photos of everything. She charged me $125, I tipped 20%, because she had offered to "fix" it later in the week. Basically I was so full of emotion, I agreed and went home devastated. Once I got home and stopped crying and really took a look at my hair, I decided I didn't want her to touch it again at all. The result I was left with was MILES from what I requested and honestly I just didn't have faith that she could fix what she had done. I texted her and let her know I just wanted to see about a refund and she let me know only her boss had that authority. She also offered to re-order my extensions (i declined because at that point I wasn't even sure what hair color I'd end up with so trying to match extensions would be another nightmare) Fast forward to today, I speak with the manager and she pretty much tells me that a refund will not be issued because she charged me for the color that was used. I had to have a full on color correction done with another salon to barely fix the mess she made. It was over $600. Not to mention, they still weren't able to remove all the dark color she had put on my hair without damaging it beyond repair. I'm typically not someone to blast a stylist on social media.. but these photos speak for themselves. I just don't want this to happen to someone else.

When…read moreI initially came in it was because a different salon had messed up my hair and had orange patches all over my head. I had Hannah Marie for this appointment and she did an amazing color correction. I wanted to try hair extensions for the first time and they fit me in for the next day with amber and they color matched me right there in the salon! It was such an easy process and Amber did a great job. My last appointment I had Katie Rose and she took my hair extensions out instead of me getting them moved up because I wanted to go lighter. Initially my hair looked darker but they said it would lighten up as it did! My hair is more of an ashy color now which is what I wanted! No more warm tone to it and I'm very pleased! Lori at the front desk is so helpful and sweet and Carmella the owner is so professional and knowledgeable. The salon is so pretty as well so that's always a plus!
