Just ok. Their employees are VERY friendly, and for that, they get 5 stars. But for the actual…read moremanicure?? The skill is just average. My gel manicure took longer than usual, the edges we not very neat, and they started chipping after only a few days (that's never happened anywhere else!!). Not to mention, they don't use liners in the pedicure bowls!! They "clean" them between, of course, but I'm not too keen on busy worker's sanitation skills or consistency nor the dingy look of their pedi bowls. I ended up getting them done at a random shop while out of town and was very pleased. This was the first place I tried in Clarksville, so I have nothing to compare it to here, but I won't be going back. Hopefully I find a place that matches the quality of most other nail shops I "happen upon."

The pedicure was great but they are not good with timing. I made an appointment for 1:15pm. I…read moreshowed up 30 mins early and still waited an additional 30 mins after my appointment time until she started doing my feet. They are very busy so it is basically appointment only. However she said she tried to "squeeze someone in" before me causing my appointment to be late. Yet, as stated, the pedicure was fantastic(which is why I gave 3 stars), aside from the topcoat not being properly applied to avoid shrinkage. I made an appointment for a week later (today) to get my nails done. I got a call yesterday to see if I could come early for timing purposes. Then today I got a call saying my appointment was cancelled because she is running 2 hours behind and that I would have to reschedule for next weekend. As if I wanted to wait another week to get my nails done. Now I have to go elsewhere.

I just finished my first visit with Katherine and I can't stop touching my feet!…read more I've never had a pedicure. I have TERRIBLE feet, crooked toes, and nails that are difficult to manage. I've mangled them regularly trying to cut my nails myself. And as someone who walks a lot and is constantly on my feet, I had a lot of callus build up prior to arrival in Katherine's chair! I got the podo-safe pedicure, which includes nail clipping and uses a peel and warm towels, followed by filing to break down calluses. I then got a paraffin treatment. Katherine was soft-spoken, professional, and did a great job. My nails are so well trimmed and my cuticles are perfect. My toes don't hurt at all like they usually do when I trim them. And my feet are no longer calloused and rough. They are so soft! They feel great! I am going back in a month for a repeat. And as a nail biter, next time I am also having her trim my fingernails, do my cuticles, and do a clear polish treatment for my hands. I scheduled my first appointments through Vagaro, an online scheduling platform. It was super convenient. As a note, nail clipping is included in the podo-safe pedicure, so no need to order that separately. The room was dimly lit with Christmas lights, the chair was comfy, it was quiet. The salon is clean and neat. Great spot. Will come here again and again now that I'm focusing on self-care!

L'mour is the salon I tried as a follow up and it did not disappoint. In fact, they surpassed all my expectations. For my pedicure, Dong was my technician and was kind and attentive. He brought me a glass of wine (they offer white wine, red wine, soda, and water) and set me up with the massage chair (yes, massage chairs!). Then he got to work. I tried their premium service with the works and it was worth every penny! Dong really worked on my nails, getting every hang nail, digging out my cuticles, cutting away dead skin, and he cut my nails straight across to avoid ingrown nails. He also really attacked my calluses! With what looked like a cheese grater (it wasn't painful). The amount of skin he removed was astonishing (sorry for the gross picture, but I had to show the absolute crazy amount of callus he removed even though I get a pedicure once a month). He did all sorts of soaks and rubs and hot towels. Hot stones too. Two rounds of very thorough and satisfying foot and leg massage. And he brought me another glass of wine during! The whole experience was over 90 minutes and was 70 dollars, which is an amazing value! They have several different types of pedicures using various products and oils, collage treatments, mud masks, sea salt soaks, mineral baths, detox and exfoliating treatments and more. They also offer manicure options. Dong came highly recommended from my hair stylist and I'm so glad to have finally found someone to tame my gnarly feet. I've already made my next appointment!

This guy working there speaks up and says $85 Dollar. Okay first off I had the $50 pedicure and the lady said would be $20 for the manicure. That adds up to $70 so where are you getting $85 from? He had the NEEVE to argue with me and he wasn't even the one that done my nails. I had a $50 gift card I went on and paid the difference but I can tell you I will never step foot in that place again.
