This place is definitely one of our family's favourite restaurant to go for fish and chips -- the calamari is consistently crispy and fried to perfection, as well as the lightly battered pollock/haddock and chips/fries. The fish was overly battered, with only a very thin piece of fish inside. It was much overdone, rubbery and did not taste good, on all 4 pieces. The lemon caper mayo was very good though, had a nice savoury flavor. They were generous with the fries, but by the time they got to our house, they were soggy. The flourless hazelnut chocolate ganache torte with raspberry coulis, wasn't the most appetizing. It had a chai flavor, cardamom and ginger taste. Which didn't go well with the raspberry. Whipped cream melted into liquid. This order came to just under $60, which seemed pricey. I heard a lot of good things about this place since I moved to Calgary and was quite disappointed.
