Place looked clean. No complaints. Ambiance (5/5*): Less foot traffic in this area compared to the retail stores of Skyview. I spoke with the young person and asked them if they every considered brown sugar syrup in this. They explained this is the more refreshing style and that their milk tea version might be what I am after. When I inquired I was thinking of one of my favorite Szechuan ice jelly (Bing Fen) they serve at the Queens Night Market - it has no sticky rice, similar ingredients, but they use a brown sugar syrup instead (no milk tea).
