Giving five stars for consistency and speed. All drinks I have ordered have been amazing and have left me wanting more. My favorite is the mango with the cheese cloud. It can get pretty chaotic and at times they will turn off their mobile ordering when things get too busy. The app lets you know how much time your drink will take which is very useful. The parking situation is a bit trickier - there are so many restaurants in this plaza that during dinnertime (especially on weekends) it is nearly impossible to score a spot unless you are extremely lucky. Also note they will not let you pick up unless you show them the app in case you are sending someone to pick it up. That being said, it is worth it every time.

Pretty good, tastes fine. The ambiance however, probably needs some work, it's very loud. To order, you have to use their app. This can be tricky if service is not great inside the storefront.

Came on Valentines so I was expecting a wait. Mobile orders were disabled so you couldn't even order ahead to avoid the line. I ordered the green grape boom, so refreshing and not too sweet, even has real grape on the bottom. I love that they offer unique drink options and even offer to remake the drink for free if you're not satisfied. Drink was a 5/5 but the service is where it falls flat. If you download the app you get coupons for a BOGO 50% but because they weren't accepting mobile orders the coupons wouldn't work either. The cell service was so bad I couldn't even load my member code to get points. Not sure if it was the holiday but they really should let customers access their perks. I would return because the ingredients used were fresh and you can tell they do spend a lot of time crafting the drinks.

Hey Tea is super popular with a huge line out the door so I had to wait a bit. The drinks lean more Southeast Asian than I expected. I got the Mango Deluxe and my friend had a coconut mix. The coconut was way stronger than I thought and kinda took over the tea flavors. I loved how the store smells like straight-up jasmine tea so I had high hopes for the tea but honestly I couldn't really taste it. Still, the drinks were good. The place is clean and bright and even with that long line the staff kept hustling to get drinks out fast. Not my absolute fave but definitely worth a shot.

Can't believe how crazy busy this place gets! Came here twice, both times on a weekday and it's so many people waiting for their orders. Cannot imagine if it was a weekend.. So to order a drink(s), you need to download their app and order it there which is convenient since you can see and track your order. However, if you're not tech savvy or only have cash then it may be an issue. I believe there are people taking cash orders but it's just hectic inside with so many people waiting around. First time, I got the coconut mango bloom and it was amazing. Soooo good! Second visit, they were out of stock which was a bummer so I tried the grape version. It was not it for me. Hoping the next time I'm around the area, I can try the mango boom again

Heytea is a quality bubble tea place in the Hmart square of Edison. My go to is their grapefruit boom- very refreshing with real grapefruit chunks. Their packaging is top notch - cups are made of thicker plastic and they come with paper bags for easier transporting. Straws are made of solid recycled plastic. Hope they install a self service kiosk to shorten the line!

Food: Triple Supreme Matcha latte was really good. I usually get less sugar but this had none. You can tell matcha is high quality when it doesn't taste bitter and it has more of an earthy grassy taste (not the same as bitter). This had that earthy taste. Service: we ordered 3 drinks and it was quick even though it was packed. We came here on a Tuesday evening as well. Atmosphere: it gave me sojo or Korean spa vibes especially the music that played. The place was well kept clean and had a very homey vibe. I'm a New Yorker so I definitely would recommend this to anyone visiting in the area!

Its like a zoo there. I ordered the drink and they have number up in the board randomly announcing different numbers. After 20 minutes wait and finally getting and try to go up front, people have no clue are having around in the counter and being rude to other customers. Unlike I would go back there. The service also should be improved. I never had that bad of service try to get a drink. Maybe it was noon time on Saturday, but it was like zoo. Unlike I would go back, I also did not care for coconut blue drink I got, it tasted like some water down milk drink. They really need to do something with the order system and explaining how all things works from using the app to where people should go to get a drink and no one expect to wait 20 minutes to just get a drink.

Clean new Heytea in the plaza. Solid consistent drinks. Lots of seating too! I opted in for the milk tea low sugar.

If I still lived in NJ I would be here every weekend. Service is fast and efficient and the drinks are great. I will say the blue mango boom doesn't really seem any different than the regular mango boom other than color, maybe there's health benefits?? But idk if you should be considering that while drinking boba lol. We also did an online to go order through their app, which I have to say is one of the best UI I have see in a while. Their rewards system is also nice to have. The hot drink was presented very nicely with a tin lined cup to help keep it warm (although didn't help too too much). The wooden tea stirring straw was a very nice touch. We also spent sometime inside the cafe one night, it was very serene, clean, and plenty of space to hangout in the back.

Heytea NJ! Finally! Heytea is my favorite bubble tea brand in China. I'm so happy that they finally open in US! Mango Grapefruit Boom is my all-time favorite! Matcha Jasmine Latte is super good too.

Heytea just opened up in the Hmart plaza, so I was very excited to try it! There was surprisingly a line out the door when I went and I'll admit the line doesn't move fast. There are paper menus once you get closer to the front to look through and there are so many options! I got the Green Grape Boom with light ice and minimal sugar. There is a couple tables and seats near the back of the cafe if you want to sit, but most people took their drinks to-go. Your order number will be yelled out in both english and mandarin and you can even watch them make your drink! The Green Grape Boom was alright, the flavor tasted like artificial grape and was quite faint (probably due to the minimal sugar), but it did have chunks of grape and a fun green color. From when I got in line to when my drink was ready, I waited a total of 30 minutes. I would be willing to come back, but I would order a different drink!

Very crowded, but very clean. I don't feel any special about the drinks for that price, but staffs are very nice.

N25 is located in the 99 Ranch Plaza on Route 1 in Edison where Yifang use to be. I was a fan of…read moreYifang so I was originally disappointed when I saw that they were no longer there but decided to give this place a try. When trying a new boba place I always try both a fruit tea and a milk tea so I can get an idea whether I would like it or not. The first couple times I went there I tried the Shingen Jelly Passion Fruit Tea and the Red Bean Milk Tea Latte and they just weren't my preference so I was going to just write this place off. I mentioned to a friend who lived locally that I tried it and she said that she loved their Strawberry Matcha and that I should give it another try. Glad I did! Their Strawberry Matcha Latte is the best I ever had. The strawberry puree they use is just delicious and unique. I've actually tried purchasing it on its own to add to my own matcha at home but sadly they don't sell it separately. It's so good that I normally buy one to enjoy the same day and another for the next day but unfortunately they will not make it no ice (I've asked and explain the situation) so the second day one is not as good due to the ice melting. This is probably my most frequented boba shop lately because I'm addicted to this drink. I've come here more than a dozen times in the last 3 months. The people working there are quite nice, they always with no fail mention to shake the drink before drinking. It is clean and they haven't made too many changes from when YiFang was there. I normally order on the FanTuan app for pick up so it's quicker. Parking lot is usually packed but because I order in advance I just park in the 15 minute parking out front and run in. Not sure if I will ever try another drink from there but maybe one day!

They refuse to have any interpersonal interaction with customers. They inform the customers to use the kiosk machine instead. Cleanliness: The store is clean with no garbage or debris left on tables, chairs, floors, or near the garbage can area. Pricing: The drinks and snacks here are decent prices from $5.00 and up. Ube Coconut Vietnamese Coffee: This drink was a little different and it just did not taste great. My friend stated that he was glad he added sugar, but he felt like this drink could have been better as it was not to his liking. Mango Matcha: I have mixed feelings about this drink as it tasted a little weird. One sip it tastes a little sweet and another sip it tastes a little bitter. I think I should have stuck with some mango drink instead. Chocolate Egg Pancake: Last time we got this item it did not have any chocolate filling inside of it. It was just a regular egg pancake but chocolate looking. They perfected this with the chocolate filling inside and it definitely tastes better now. Overall: I do not think I would come out of my way just to come here to get bubble tea. If I am in this area again next time, then I may give it another try with a different drink. They should also start to communicate with their customers because some customers love to interact with people.

The menu is limited and they offer mainly Hong Kong style snacks and rice/spaghetti dishes. It is a self-serve, no tip restaurant so you'll need to either order their their kiosk machines, or there's QR codes available on the table for you to order from your phone. We ordered their slippery egg chicken rice combo with Hong Kong style milk tea with aged tangerines, a slippery egg rice with pork chop, and also baked pork chop rice with curry sauce and cheese. The slippery egg rice was on point. The eggs were silky, moist and velvety , almost custard like in texture. It was also rich and savory. I like how the chicken was lightly fried without having too much breading. They used chicken thighs so it was moist, tender and well seasoned. The fried pork chop, which was similar to pork katsu, was perfectly fried with a crispy, well seasoned crust which adhered well to the meat. The meat was juicy and succulent. The curry had a mild kick which I liked and there were also little pieces of carrots and potatoes in it. The only thing was I felt there was a little too much sauce as I felt the rice was drenched in it, which made it a little too rich for my liking. The lemon tea with aged tangerines was my favorite. The lemon tea tasted authentic. One of the best I've had including the ones I've tried in the Hong Kong style cafes in nyc. The tea flavor is intense which I can tell it's not just from a tea bag. The tea was balanced well with aged tangerines which added more citrusy and a subtle earthy flavor. The drink is bold yet refreshing. I was told they have a slushy version so I would go back to try it next time. It is self serve as I mentioned before as you will have to go get your own cutlery, plates and napkins at the table by the register. The food came out shortly after I placed my order and the staff were all very friendly. This is a good options for a quick lunch/dinner and price is very reasonable as you can get a dish plus a drink for $20 and under and you don't have to tip. I would return again for sure.

What we ordered: - Slippery Egg Pork Chop Over Rice combo with a Deluxe Passion Fruit Green Tea with Boba - Ribeye Steak over Noodles combo with a Strawberry Creme Brulee milk (Black Pepper Steak) The food came out pretty quickly and it was all very delicious. You have to grab your own plastic ware and napkins from the table in the back. The table also has tops for all the containers in case you do not finish and need to take it home. Around 7:35 a worker came over to check if we wanted to order anything else because they were about to close the kitchen. He was very nice about it, I can tell he wasn't trying to rush us just wanted to make sure. As we were finishing up our meal, another worker came and gave us a container of freshly cut oranges! So incredibly sweet. I couldn't finish my meal because they gave a generous portion so I brought it home to my partner and he absolutely killed it and thought it was so good! I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!

Just keep in mind, there is no/limited seating inside. However, they do have an outdoor bench, but it is unusable based on how cold jersey gets. It's more of a grab and go situation. Inside there's a lot of flavors and options, and they do bubble tea very well. There's different types of cheese, foams, flavoring, and aesthetic colors and cups. Inside you can order via kiosk with all of the pictures and the menu, or you can order at the front with the servers. All the flavors are extremely delicious, and they have a lot of variety. That I don't think that you could go wrong. If you're more into fruity or classic milk tea, they have a lot of ways that you can make a match as well. The only issue is that it's on the more expensive side for bubble tea, with a cup being around seven dollars. But for New Jersey, those are kind of typical pricing for Boba.

It's also very confusing with categories like "first time here" and "over 100° outside" and "I'd like something new". My husband didn't get anything. I wasn't feeling anything but I settled and ordered their version of a pink drink for $6, after a few minutes they tell me that the ingredients were never prepped and it'll take 10 minutes to make it. I was offered to wait or to get another drink. I didn't want to wait 10 minutes for a drink I wasn't thrilled with. She offered to make me a strawberry green tea which is definitely cheaper.
