This is a fresh-brewed tea shop originally from China. As usual, I never order milk tea, and my favorite drink here is the Kale Boost Tea. It might not be everyone's favorite, especially among younger customers, but I personally love it. I always order mine with no sugar and no ice. It's incredibly refreshing and perfect after a meal. It leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh, without that heavy, creamy feeling you sometimes get after drinking milk tea. Highly recommended, especially if you prefer something light and refreshing! Just keep in mind that it can get very busy on weekends and after work, so be prepared to wait in line.
Order: coconut mango blue - love this one, it's giving tropical with that nice coconut flavor coming through and the mango giving it that nice sweetness. I love the sago in the drink. The coconut mango boom screams summer. This drink is so refreshing and so very good! If you're a mango fan, you have to try this one. Again with the sago, it's just a 10/10 drink. The brown sugar drink was such a treat. Great ration on everything, no complaints, just go try! This spot is super busy, drinks were coming out right and left. So customer service is not quite there because they are sooo busy making drinks. There is a self ordering kiosk. There are screens displaying the status of your order, in progress or finished. So it's pretty effective for the customers. The space is nice! It's like givinf that indoor outdoor feel because there's a tree inside and the ceiling is really high . Overall, I would come back. It's located right in the middle of the plaza.
I absolutely love the cloud grape from Heytea. It's sweet enough and so refreshing on a hot day. The cloud top foam has a nice saltiness to it and makes the drink creamy. The service is efficient. It was really crowded when we got there, but mostly everyone waiting for their drinks and there was no line to order. The drinks took about 20 mins to make. The ambiance is modern and clean. There's a lot of seating, but mostly everyone waiting took a good amount of seats. The parking is limited since there's plenty of business in the complex.
This place was fully packed with people so the staff was super diligent about getting the drinks out. This was in the heart of Main Street Cupertino so it was in the middle of all the action. I didn't know what to get so I went with the basic original cloud jasmine tea. It was quite refreshing and the cloud on top really did the job. I drank it all before I even left the store! It was so good!
It's super popular and can have a long wait during peak hours but it's consistently worth the wait for teh quality fo the drinks. The digital ordering system and counter setup keep things really efficient so the long lines move quickly. It can get crowded and lively but its always manageable.
One of my two favorite boba place! And I love that we can order on the app. I also love that you can draw something and use it for your cup! Service is always good, although it can't take a few minutes to get your order because they're always busy. Bright and casual with indoor and outdoor seating.
Ordered the Cloud Matcha Latte. The wait was ridiculous, 25 minutes for one drink. Another group got their drinks before me even though they walked in a little later than I. Molly Tea is literally across the street, and I've never waited more than 15 minutes. The first time I came here months ago, the drink was better. This time I got the zero-cal sweetener, so maybe that's why? I'll give them credit, it didn't taste like artificial sweetener. Also, my Cloud Matcha Latte with extra matcha barely tasted like matcha. Maybe it was an off day, but between the long wait and the drink not being as good or caffeinated. I'd go to Molly Tea instead.
This Hey Tea location is BUSY! We waited over 30min for 4 drinks. The drinks tasted just like all the other Hey Tea locations in CA. The best tasting drinks are located in China. The inside is quite small, so we had to wait outside. Fortunately, there's plenty of other shops nearby. So we were able to pickup other deserts while our drinks were being prepared. The staff were all busy, so no interactions. We used the kiosk to place our orders.
Tasted quite watered down and more of a teay flavor. I think the strawberry flavoring is very mild due to it just being the powder sprinkled at the top. Overall drink was just alright. Didn't actually take too long to order and have the drink ready. Inside is super busy like usual but we also came on a sat so not surprised. Lots of seating outside which is nice.
Can't believe they opened a Heytea in Main Street!!! My go to is always the kale boost tea, and honestly with no sugar, the drink is already sweet. It feels healthy yet tastes very yummy. I feel like their jasmine milk tea at this location is not as good as their other locations, but it might just be this one time. It was really watered down and not that floral. The slushies at this location are also a little more watered down in my opinion, so I really just stick to the kale boost tea here.
My first time here at HeyTea, and I already love it! My favorite drink is usually the matcha, but today I decided to try something new and ordered a mango drink. It was so yummy, refreshing, and perfect for a hot summer day. This location was very busy, so it took a little while to get our drinks, but it was definitely worth the wait. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is in a great area, and the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. I will definitely be coming back to try more drinks!
It was very busy when I went here last year. Waited in line and honestly didn't know how to order because the menu is nowhere to be seen. The screens up top did have pictures of some of their drinks, but a full menu would make more sense. Their menu is actually located at the cashier. After I ordered, I sat down and directed two confused customers (like me) where to find the menu. I ordered the triple matcha. I believe it was around $8, a bit pricey but I was willing to try it if it was good matcha. I didn't mind waiting but I think they forgot my order because every customer after me got their drink first orrr someone took it since they just place the drinks on the counter without announcing the numbers. People are free to grab it and go. Finally got my drink and matcha flavor was on the lighter side. Not sure if I would visit again, there was just too much inconveniences for a just okay matcha.
First time trying this location. I really like the ambiance inside & outside of this location. We came early in the afternoon and it wasn't as busy. Their drinks are pretty spot on compared to other locations.
Reviews are mixed. Many highlight the fresh, unique drinks and the modern, clean ambiance.

Tried the Yumberry Boom. I liked it - it was different than the usual flavours you get at other boba shops. I found it to be more sweet than sour. I paid an extra $1 to get boba added but I barely got more than 15 pearls in there. Bit disappointed about that but otherwise yummy read more
Very happy I finally got to try Heytea! I was drawn to come today bc I saw they had a BOGO free for a new seasonal item - the coconut mango blue (which I think is just the same as the coconut mango boom, but with spirulina). Very refreshing and delicious slushie drink; would absolutely get it again. The flavors and textures did not disappoint! The visuals with the blue spirulina were an added bonus. I got it less sweet and it was perfect; I might even try getting it at the minimal sugar level next time. They turned off their online app ordering when I wanted to order so I made it to the store about 30 minutes after opening. When I arrived, there was no line to order but the store had many others waiting for their drink. Silly me for thinking this would be a quick run - had to knock off a star here bc only bc it took about 30 minutes for me to get my 2 drinks (they had to made more sago) D: The workers are very friendly and patient though! And the interior of the store is very clean and beautiful with lots of natural light. They have little menus at the ordering counter (and on their app) but it'd def be helpful if they had larger menus posted somewhere. Looking forward to trying other drinks!~ read more
I've been to this HeyTea location four times and it's my favorite HeyTea location yet. It's one of the most spacious HeyTea's I've been to with both seating inside and outside. There's a decent amount of seating inside, but it is a bit stuffy (no AC in the summertime). I've tried several drinks and haven't had a single one I don't like. In order of my favorite: grapefruit mango coconut boom, mango coconut boom, crisp grape boom and brown sugar bobo milk tea. Their fruit drinks are super refreshing. The service is fantastic as well. The estimated wait time may not be accurate (it's stated if your order via the app too) and they don't have the TVs set up yet to show when your order is being worked on/ready. Everyone I've interacted with are all super nice. When I ordered the grapefruit mango coconut boom I asked for non-slushie format and they caught that it was made as a slushie and asked if I would like to have it remade. It's located in the center strip of Cupertino Main Street which is usually pretty popping. There's plenty of parking structures around if you don't feel like fighting for a parking spot and fending off people walking everywhere. read more

This is definitely the worst HeyTea experience in Bay Area. The location is actually quite convenient and the inside area is always clean so we try to give it a try on occasions. We waited over 30 minutes and only after walking over to ask why our drink was passed on the number board, we were told our drink was not ready. The first employee told us they are out of the tea and after asked them why they took payment and didn't let us know earlier, they changed the story and asked us to wait another 15 minutes. Seriously a bad experience here every time. Long waits and bad service. Avoid this location and prefer other HeyTea locations, they are much better. read more
8/2. Came here for the Bogo promotion. Got the brown sugar boba mt. This was.... Honestly the most disappointing out of the bunch. I didn't like the boba. The flavor was just not quite right. A bit mushy. -1 Got the cloud matcha latte. The cloud is like a cheese foam. This drink was pleasantly good. The lid it came with was quite fancy. A bit too much I think. read more
Went here on a Saturday afternoon, and while it was busy it was also moving along very fast! The location is in a plaza with lots of parking, and other fun restaurants nearby. The store itself is pretty small, but very clean and people mostly come and in and out after they get their drinks. Everybody was friendly and smiling :) My friend and I got the triple supreme matcha latte and the mango coconut boom. The matcha latte didn't really have a strong matcha flavor, but the matcha jelly was yummy. The mango boom is my favorite, it's sweet and refreshing-- perfect for a hot summer day! read more

We came to line up at exactly 9:55am for the BOGO deal that ends today 8/3. It had been ongoing since Friday but we decided to wait until the last day. I read from a previous review on Google that it took that person 3 hours on Saturday when they went into line at 10:30am!! Therefore, I decided we needed to go a bit earlier. So I dragged my family of 4 over to Cupertino haha This location in Cupertino is nice. Very airy and spacious outside. Inside was nicely decorated. We waited for 65 minutes in line since they opened at 11am. They gave water small cup samples to those waiting. The ordering papers were given out 20 minutes prior to doors opening. I have to say it was really efficient because the lines were moving! We got 6 drinks all in the timely manner. I've been to the SJ location countless times. I'm happy to have gotten 6 drinks for $25. We got Supreme Brown Sugar Bobo Milk Tea ($7.99), Triple Supreme Matcha Latte ($7.99), 2 iYerba ($8.99 each), Cloud Crisp Grape ($7.99) and Cloud Mulberry Strawberry ($7.99). That's a steal for the quality of the drinks here! I'm not a big fan of their iYerba drink or anything mulberry to be honest but everything else on the menu is good to me! The employee handing out the ordering menu gave one to my 3 year old too which was nice because she was excited to try the fruity drinks! We thought only adults would get the BOGO lol. We also had my baby with us so of course it was not expected for the deal. But I'm happy overall to have tried many of their other flavors! I didn't give 5 stars because I didn't like how you needed to write a GOOD review before you can get the free magnet! I heard a woman in front of me get mad bc she said to the employee " I haven't tried your drink yet so why would I say it's good?" LOL...I guess she had a valid point. We did notice some people didn't need to write a review at all and just got the free magnets. I'm not sure how they are doing it but it should have been fair for everyone and it shouldn't HAVE to be a good review based on if the drinks are good or not etc. read more
Came for their grand opening BOGO deal! 8/1/25 - 8/3/25 *Free magnet for the first 500 in line (must leave a review to redeem) Drink 5/5 All their drinks taste fresh and are made to order. Definitely try the crisp grape series! Service 5/5 All their workers here are polite and despite the crowd, everyone is working professionally and efficiently. Ambiance 5/5 Absolutely love the ambiance here at this location. It looks extremely modern and smells really good! read more

AMAZING! Pistachio cloud king jasmine w/ boba 10/10 Coconut mango boom also 10/10 Came by on a Thursday afternoon. Waited about 10 minutes. Beautiful interiors. Pretty crowded. Unique and delicious drinks. They seem to pride on tea quality. Can't wait to come back and try more! read more

We ate at Mian and came by this Heytea for drinks. It was busy inside with line to order and patrons sitting and standing all over the store. It seemed they were doing well since taking over the previous Italian pasta shop, and vibe was buzzing robustly. Ordered a grapefruit boom and a boba milk tea. My first time to try grapefruit boom, it was surprisingly delicious! It was light on ice and no sugar just as requested. The flavor was slightly sweet with hint of tart citrus, refreshing and balanced. I was sold! Contemporary interior design, with a focal point of a beautiful green tree in the center. Ample lightings. The open space had a communal feel. However, cushioned seats were not comfortable to sit on. If they can redesign seating to reclined position and add soft cushions to wooden backing, it'd be much better. read more

Someone should let the girl working around noon yesterday know that her eyes can get stuck if she rolls them too much. She smiles with coworkers then switches to a resting witch face with customers. Fix your attitude. Drink was great. Best matcha so far. I did minimal sugar and matcha cloud. It was still sweet but not too sweet. I think zero sugar would also work with this one if you prefer barely sweet. Very modern feel both inside and outside. Glass windows give an open feeling. Bathroom was clean. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the girl working there. She soured the whole experience. So here's 2 stars: one for the drink and one for the ambiance. read more

today was my first time ordering pick up for this location. i ordered 6 drinks and the drinks were done swiftly! service was nice! i like the ambience of this location and its spacious. the drinks tasted fine just like any other heytea in the area. yum!! read more
Hey Tea recently opened in this area. My go to drink is the coconut mango bloom. It's super refreshing and reminds me of a mango sticky rice in a way. They're pretty consistent with the drinks. I heard that this location was crazy business when it first opened but it was not bad when I went there. They're quick with the drinks and there's plenty of seats around! read more
The tea is good and the seating is abundant. The good ends there. There is not enough people working here. We preordered 15 minutes early on the phone and waited another 20 minutes for our order when we got here. It's not like the staff was lazy, but there just weren't enough people for their volume of order. So, of course. The seating was sticky as well. There are better HEYTEAs. read more

We came here on a busy weeknight and were told it would be a 35 minute wait for our drinks. Since it was busy we were okay with that and decided to wait. I ordered a jasmine milk tea with oat milk. I did less sweetness and in hindsight I probably would get normal sweetness next time since less sugar was barely sweet at all. I do like that it comes with the small double straw. My brothers got the matcha cloud coconut blue and the brown sugar bobo milk tea (without boba which I will get into in a second) and they both liked their drinks. Knocking 2 stars off due to the service. When we ordered, I asked for my drink with boba and we were also expecting the brown sugar drink to have boba, and when we ordered they did not mention anything about the boba possibly running out. After 20 minutes of waiting, our number got called. It was so crowded so we had to wait in a line to even tell an employee that our order got called. When I told her the number, she said our drinks are not ready and to keep waiting. Then 15 minutes later, our number gets called again and we go to the front, and they say again that it is not ready. We were very confused...then the number got called again like 10 minutes later and the same lady is like I don't think your drinks are ready but let me double check again. Then she says that the boba ran out so they decided not to make the drinks and can give us a refund or make it without the boba. So every time we got called, it was probably to tell us that but instead they are just telling us it's not ready...Since we were already standing there for 45 minutes we were like we'll just take the drinks (because why would we wait for 45 minutes just to get a refund and no drinks?!). I will not return to this location for a while because of the service, they do not seem to have it figured out yet with the large crowds. I have had better experiences at the Sunnyvale location. read more
So I had pretty much ruled out HEYTEA after trying their Sunnyvale location because the drink wasn't too impressive or anything. I tried them again recently and now I just feel like it was just because of what I ordered because the drink I got this time was amazing. I had a blue cloud mango drink and I found out they can do their drinks without tea(I try to avoid caffeine) and I was so excited. My drink was so good. I'm so glad I tried them again. I do like this location better too, but mostly because we usually hang around main st anyway. The seating here is so modern too and they patio seating too! It was nice when I took my sister and niece here with my kids and our dog. read more
New Hey Tea shop in the area. It is nicely located around restaurant and other dessert shop. The area is very nice for walking and and the boba drink after meals. It is pretty busy when we arrived and you have to order from the cashier. it is nice shop with high ceiling, very bright and plenty of space for seating and standing. read more

I got the crisp grape bloom with minimal sugar. The drink was refreshing and I think the minimal sugar was a good choice as the drink was already pretty sweet. The jasmine and grape complemented each other quite well. The drinks took a long time to come out, but thats more because there were so many orders ahead of mine. I recommend ordering online so you can do something else while you wait. The staff were helpful when I was picking up my order. Otherwise if you planning to grab and go it's fine, but it was so busy I don't think it's a place where people would want to sit and chat with friends. read more

In main street Cupertino, in the usual high traffic plaza no matter time of day. Busy interior with limited seating. Definitely has a bit of a wait time, especially more so on a weekend. Pictured: triple supreme matcha latte. Matcha latte with matcha mochi and matcha jelly with a matcha cloud foam on top. Doesn't feel any stronger than a normal matcha latte but a very delicious drink. Usually not a topping person but mochi and jelly are very mellow and feel like they just melt in the mouth. Can appreciate the quality of the drink itself. 8.5/10 will try the online ordering beforehand! read more
This place is tooooooo busy on the weekends!! Honestly I'd just find somewhere else if it was the weekend. Interior was cute but kinda built like a maze. They lost my order (hence the 4 stars) and then I had waited like an additional 30-40 min for a coconut boom. To be honest it's my fault for coming in on a weekend. But beware of the wait (on weekends)!! read more
It was a long line at every single Heytea place. I've always loved their mango coconut boom. Ordered it with less sugar and it was perfect. Love the interior at the Cupertino store, great pavilion looking glass box with wooden interiors. read more

Against popular opinion but this isn't my favorite place. I got the mango coconut and it wasn't my favorite. The wait time is also very long. read more
I came here during lunch hours on a Monday, and surprisingly it was pretty busy. I got a Supreme Matcha Latte and Jasmine Latte. It took around 21 minutes to get our drinks, but honestly I'm not complaining/surprised at all since the drinks are great (+ the amount of orders). The aroma of the matcha here is very strong, so I'd say it's worth every penny. I also got the Triple Supreme Matcha Latte the other day at the Hostetter location, but they both tasted the same in my opinion--matcha wasn't any stronger. Atmosphere here was also really nice. I loved the smell the moment I walked into the store. read more
I didn't know that HeyTea has a new location in Cupertino! Love how there are plenty of seats in this location making it a great place to study or hang out. Luckily I had time to spare so I didn't mind the long wait (45+ min wait) after ordering online. I think this location might need to hire more workers as they were busily pushing out the endless drink orders when I was waiting. I ordered between 1-1:30pm and got their coconut mango drink which is one of my many go-to drinks from HeyTea as all of my other go-to drinks were sold out. There wasn't much of service as they were too busy but when I got my drink the staff kindly handed my order with a smile. My drink was made perfectly so no complaints on the quality of it. Hopefully they can eventually improve the wait time and have more available drinks in the future. I will come back again next time! read more

their pure green tea is good! i also enjoyed the matcha cloud jasmine latte. i prefer a thick cloud top, but i guess that's why it's a cloud and not a cream top. ive tried their other matcha drinks at different locations and i think this one is my favorite. their mango drinks are also a must try. i ordered on the app because there's always so many people there. i come in a monday afternoon and all the seating was taken already. read more
I came by on their grand opening day at 10:30am (30 mins before they open) to check it out. The line was CRAZY. I'm crazy too so I waited for over 3 hours in line. They are offering BOGO drinks for their first 3 days and were giving away limited NorCal themed magnets to customers which was a cool promo. Not sure how many they had, and some people said they had to leave a review to get one but they did not ask me to write a review in exchange for this magnet, I only had to give them my menu, which was given to me when I got in line and had a corresponding # on a spreadsheet they were using to keep track. I have never been to or heard of HEYTEA despite one being right next to me in Sunnyvale. I am obsessed w matcha so I knew I had to try the Triple Supreme Matcha but asked the employee what else I should order. He recommended the coconut mango boom and I will say I actually liked that more than the matcha! Super surprising to me. There is no shortage of boba cafes in the South Bay but HEYTEA seems to be a pretty popular spot and had reasonable prices, like $7-9 per drink. I'd come back if I'm in the area and there isn't a crazy line. read more

The wait was too long but fortunately it's located in a busy plaza with lots of other businesses so you can explore while you wait. The wait was approx 30 min on a Saturday afternoon, but the drink came out good so it was worth it in the end. Give the triple matcha drink a try. read more
