So, when they didn't have the car, I did not get upset and I said fine. Give me a lower car. They did. But he then said it was only a dollar less and when I said that's not right he said what would you want me to do? I don't control the pricing. I rent from national car rental, which is the company that owns enterprise almost every week because I travel for business. So, needless to say I will never rent from this location again. (I still don't know what she is talking about) she never actually looked around the car with me even after I reported the damages on the car, gave me the key and left. I took a close-up and wide pictures of the damages before I jumped in to the car, returned it the night. next morning, I got a voicemail from her saying there are some damages on the car. I called and asked for more detail, she simply said 'damages on the bumper'. I came to the store in person, all of a sudden she is too busy cutting up paper letters on the floor and another employee starts helping me. We looked around, i saw no new damage. The employee points at a dent the front bumper and says they will have to contact my insurance to proceed. I showed him the pictures I took, clearly showing the damage was a pre-existing one. He said he sees the damage was a pre-existing one and I'm all set. I told him what had happened when she was helping me checking out the car and left. she said they already know about the damages, turns out she didn't. never cared to actually look around the car (what A SHAME), tried to charge me for the damage. no sorry no compensation. Overall, I was lied to, and possibly attempted to a fraud. Ive been a customer of enterprise for years, I recommend enterprise when my friends are looking for a rental car. they have been nice and professional to me all along but she is dissolving my trust on this company faster than the quick dissolving tablets in water.

Not only were they the only car rental place nearby that was open on Labor Day, and the only one who didn't gouge us with a manipulative drop-off policy, we lined up a car and we were thrilled with the service. Reasonable rates, open on Labor Day so we could get out of town and not be charged an extra day, and a quality, reliable automobile to drive around the area. Support this local and fantastic business!

Do NOT come here! Biggest scam company I've ever come across. There's an Enterprise down the street…read morethat's actually an honest company. Someone hits my car, but luckily the driver is responsible (which is not something I can say about Rent-a-Scam here) and reported the accident. As such, their insurance company agreed to cover all of the costs of the repair and rental car. Despite this, I was forced to provide a credit card but was reassured that it was just a formality. Three days after I return the car my credit card is charged for $151. Can't believe they lied straight to my face. I called them immediately and was told by a guy named Micah, "oh yeah I see you returned the car on time and there wasn't anything wrong with the car, I'm not sure why you were charged - let me talk to my manager". I get a call back the next day that they would provide a refund. This was March 23, over a month ago and no sign of a refund. I have called again and the same guy Micah said to e-mail the manager because for some reason he doesn't know how to e-mail himself (the company is clearly all around incompetent). E-mailed the branch manager, James Ney, and no reply. It's been a month - I shouldn't have to beg for my own money, lol. If anyone has been in a car accident and has had to file an insurance claim, you know the process for getting insurance to pay can take weeks. I was already weeks without a car. I had to ask coworkers to pick me up and take me home. So to add insult to injury on an already awful situation, I'm out $151. Way to go, Hertz. You've successfully scammed me for your own selfish benefit. I hope everyone else reads this and stay away so they can avoid renting from a seriously shady company.

I tried for a long time to secure a minivan for this trip but no luck from the website. I talked to Tom and he suggested me to reserve the biggest car possible from the website and he would see what he can do. Then he went above and beyond to secure a minivan for me from the nearby Budget location and also gave me an excellent price. In the past four years, I travelled to Princeton at least 2-3 times a year to see my daughter, Tom always gave me the best car in the lot and listened attentively to my questions. His customer services is superb. Even though it is a long drive to Princeton, but the rental experience with Budget in the past four years made my journeys enjoyable and memorable thanks to the top notch friendly and very professional customer service I've received from Tom.

They told me they would check on it and call me back, I waited about a 30/40 minutes to not recieve a call back, so I followed up, only to be told it was just going in NOW. Now it's 3:15/20, my car was supposed to be seen in the morning? Anyways, the job took about 15/20minutes until I was told that it was done, now it's 4, I've waited all day + some for a 15minute job. Paid my dues went on with my day, no problem Flash forward needing a new oil change, I go to a different shop, closer to home and he pops up from under my car and tells me to not go back to where I went (which is Norwood Auto) because the filter (the dirty one) was not for my car, that it was the correct size but not for my car, meaning it fit, it just shouldn't have been in my car.) THE CLEAN ONE, is supposed to be in MY car. I'm confused and disheartened that a 15/20min job took all day to be seen, with an incorrect part used and overall was rushed with lack of communication? Sure money is money but make sure to LOVE your job before committing to it. I had just bought this car after years of not having one, this was my first oil change that I had to do on my own, and I just feel like not enough pride was taken into doing the job, maybe I wasn't seen as a serious person due to how young I am? I waited 45 minutes in line, and when I got to a representative she was absolutely clueless. When I inserted my company credit card it can back rejected which I knew was an error because I used it all day with no issues. Instead of retrying the card she said I had to call my credit card company. I ended up cancelling my reservation and taking an Uber to my hotel. At the hotel my credit card worked fine. I would not recommend Avis at all, there are cheaper and more reliable place to rent from. Stay away!!!!

Ive been ping ponged between 6 reps (!) to get one day extension. They all mentioned fees but could not tell me what they are. They last rep flatly said "i cant tell you what the fees are, do you want it or no?" When i replied "my friend, what are the fees?!" He just hung up. If you have an issue you are stuck. Period. Go to enterprise. No issues there over multiple rentals, for me.
