Renting from Mark, vis-a-vis Turo, has consistently been a less expensive option compared to the train and bus, and has allowed me to set my own travel schedule. Had he taken 30 seconds to explain the charge before charging it, things would not have escalated. Instead he said if you are going to be confrontational he would cancel the rental. . I did not become confrontational until he turned hostile over the questioning of the fee. He clearly did not want to do the work to resolve the additional charge. Which was avoidable. Time would have been saved had he disclosed the fee from the start. But because he didn't, it created more work for himself and he clearly didn't want to do more work. When he canceled the reservation (after charging my credit card) and he refused to provide proof. He did not even process it so that it would generate an automatic email. Sadly this one of the only non-airport locations open on Sunday in the area. Just before him "helping" me he had a dispute with another customer over charges and they also left without renting. I've been to other enterprises and never had an issue. This was one of the oddest encounters.

But, he then stated that he could not guarantee me that I was gonna get my car. I had rented a luxury car, which is a BMW or an Audi or nicer. I paid an extra $89 for a three day rental. So, when they didn't have the car, I did not get upset and I said fine. Give me a lower car. They did. But he then said it was only a dollar less and when I said that's not right he said what would you want me to do? I don't control the pricing. I rent from national car rental, which is the company that owns enterprise almost every week because I travel for business. So, needless to say I will never rent from this location again. Plus, if I could give it a zero, I would.

When this…read morehappens you want a business that will actually be open on that traveling holiday to help, even with basic needs like dropping the car off!!! We rented a lovely Honda Accord that still smelled new, when we were visiting on Labor Day weekend, and after calling around to all the big name rental places to find out that they would charge us a ridiculous amount for a full-size, and would also not be open on Labor Day to receive our early hours drop-off, I contacted Boch. Not only were they the only car rental place nearby that was open on Labor Day, and the only one who didn't gouge us with a manipulative drop-off policy, we lined up a car and we were thrilled with the service. Reasonable rates, open on Labor Day so we could get out of town and not be charged an extra day, and a quality, reliable automobile to drive around the area. I tried for a long time to secure a minivan for this trip but no luck from the website. I talked to Tom and he suggested me to reserve the biggest car possible from the website and he would see what he can do. Then he went above and beyond to secure a minivan for me from the nearby Budget location and also gave me an excellent price. In the past four years, I travelled to Princeton at least 2-3 times a year to see my daughter, Tom always gave me the best car in the lot and listened attentively to my questions. His customer services is superb. Even though it is a long drive to Princeton, but the rental experience with Budget in the past four years made my journeys enjoyable and memorable thanks to the top notch friendly and very professional customer service I've received from Tom.
