I rented a vehicle and aside from waiting 40 minutes to an hour for a vehicle with a prior reservation I was told by their employee tolls will be covered and come to find out after my rental I get billed and reach out to inquire about the charges. I was told they work with a third party toll company and they are the ones who can help with the refund as it is out of Enterprise's hand. I call the toll company and was told to have the branch manager, Jessica Kennedy, write and email explain the situation and they will refund the tolls. Reach out back to the AM, Allie, who tells me she will notify the manager and will have her call me or email. 12/16 was the first time I talked to Jessica and because I called, I've sent emails and called and Allie has only been the one to support and unfortunately there wasn't much she could do. Their area/district manager, Michael Powell, is just as incompetent as I emailed him and was sent the attached email after having to email a couple of times for an update after not being able to reach the Branch Manager. $27 Enterprise can't pay for and a email they can't be bothered to send which they said was out of their hands and the toll company will take care of but now it's on Enterprise. Disgusting!

I ended up having to stay an extra day of the rental extension and called to ask if I can use that free coupon got told I could and then when I returned the vehicle the following day they told me I cannot use it and that I had to call customer service customer service explain to me why I couldn't use it but went ahead and offered to go ahead and still give me that day free due to the fact that it was a family emergency they'd also told me that they would refunding me my deposit whenever I had yet still get my refund I have called multiple times and repeatedly got a different reason why I was being charged an additional $77 first it was for the mileage it was an unlimited mileage vehicle then it was well you got an upgrade we did not get an upgrade then I got told that I was being charged for the day that I kept it which was already given to me for free and refunded my money for that when I spoke to a manager he also told me that it was for the additional day that I kept the vehicle I said that makes no sense because I was already given that day for free and it was being charged off of my card and refunded back to my card he told me that I did not understand what he was saying but I clearly did not only did they charge me once but they were charging me twice for the additional day that I was told that since it was a family emergency that I'd be able to get it for free they are still not releasing my deposit and they are still charging me the additional $77 I would not recommend this company to anybody especially if you have enough family emergency and they promise to give you the discounted a day.

We rented a Chrysler Pacifica from the airport- the tire pressure was low and was making abnormal sounds w the wheel. The threads were worn out. We rented it for a week for a Texas road trip- drove it for under a day- and didn't feel confident it would get us there safely. Hence went to this Avis to get car exchanged. We came to him about a week in advance with our predicament and he let us know that this would be a bit of a unicorn to find in Texas. Still, he offered to put a call out to each of the local Avis locations in case something showed up. After scouring inventory, Bret located a suitable vehicle just in time! I swung by after stopping by my collision shop and was greeted by the friendly lady working at the front desk who took all my info, insurance and deposit. And even let me pick a gun standard/midsize vehicle to drive, which ended up being a Tesla! Smart car for dumb people, yes. Lol. Although there was a learning curve and less than 15% left to charge; there were supercharging stations in proximity and we were also able to charge the vehicle at home. It's been a stressful few weeks sorting this out being involved in insurance hell but Hertz helping me not walk in this 100 degree summer and getting me in a vehicle to drive around has been much appreciated! Can't wait for my own vehicle to return, my husband will certainly miss our rental, but now we know they're close by if we ever need a fun weekend ride :)

The 2 Clowns running this place are a joke…read more I rented 2 trucks from this location for a 1 day rental. I left in a hurry without looking at the rental receipt on my way to the airport. I figured they would have accurate information logged about the vehicles since I've never had this issue with hertz in the past. when I got back from my trip I was shocked at the additional fees they had charge me. They logged both vehicles as having full tank of gas when they were only 1/4 full. they charged me $98 for not returning a child seat even though I returned it. I was charged $300 more than I should have in fuel and child seat charges I did not accumulate. video and photos of the vehicle I rented show less miles on the odometer than were logged on my rental. trying to get any answer from hertz customer service is a joke. the employees know this and push the work load off on corporate even though it is their screw up. I will NEVER rent from this location and probably Hertz ever again.

I rented a Toyota Corolla from their Atlanta Airport location from June 18 to June 21, 2025, and was charged $362 plus a $300 deposit. That alone was steep for a basic car, but the real issue came after I returned the vehicle. As of now, they still haven't returned my $300 deposit. I contacted customer service and requested to speak with a manager, only to be told there was nothing they could do and that I would have to wait 21 days for the deposit to be returned. That is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers' time and money. Companies like Enterprise would never treat their customers like this. If you have the option to rent from elsewhere, please do. I wish I could give them zero stars. This experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing.

We informed them that was not the car we rented. Then they sent us a photo of the car we did rent WITH IDENTICAL BUMPER DAMAGE, which was not there when dropped the car off. They sent us a hand written estimate for the damage, plus 4 days loss of use, plus $100 admin fee.... unbelievable. They hired a lawyer who is threatening to file court charges and ruin our credit rating. Save yourself a lot of Grief and stay away from ACE. I asked for another vehicle. He said he didn't have any other cars for me. There were other cars on the lot. I turned in the keys and will NEVER go back to this location. He said that he only could rent us an SUV. He said that on a one-way rental, Avis policy stated that it had to be an SUV. This was quite difficult for us. We both are over 80. I had never driven an SUV, the Houston highways were unfamiliar to me, and it was after midnight (because our flight had been delayed). I had requested no insurance. He asked me "Do you want full coverage or only coverage of the vehicle", as though those were the only options. I chose (and was charged for) the full tank gas option, but the tank in the car I rented was only 3/4 full. I wish I could give a score below 1. I will never rent a car from Avis again.
