They sent me to Enterprise, who had no clue what was going on and turned me away. I called over and over and kept hearing "your case has been escalated," but no one ever contacted me. No car. No support. No compassion. I've been a loyal customer for six years, and this is how I was treated. I will not be renting from National again, and I want others to be aware of how little support you may receive when something goes wrong.

Zak was extremely helpful, professional, and communicated everything clearly from start to finish. The checkout process was quick and timely, and he went above and beyond to explain things I didn't fully understand without ever making me feel rushed. Because of Zak's outstanding customer service, I'm officially a customer for life. I'm a co-parent and travel to Austin every other month, and Fox will continue to be my go-to rental company because of experiences like this. Please keep Zak around give him a raise, recognition, whatever you need to do because he is awesome and will absolutely continue bringing in repeat business. It took us more than 30 minutes to get our car from the fox rent a car. First off, we reserved a Kia Sportage online and paid for it. However, when we got to the booth, the representative kept telling us we booked a Nissan Kick. And then, he said that car wasn't available either and that we can only rent us the Dodge charger which was a sedan. It newly saying is roomy and it would have plenty of space for our things. Which was bull! When we asked for a SUV, he said he had a grand Cherokee but it would cost us$20 more per day. It was so frustrating. He wasn't trying to work with us. I thought he was being rude and took advantage of us. We ended up taking the dodge because we didn't want to pay more. By the way, it wasn't roomy at all. It was cramped inside the car with the car seat, diaper bag, and me in the back with the baby. We were so mad. We complained to wisecars.com about our situation and they said they would email fox rent a car. They got back to us and said that fox rent a car actually upgraded us to that sedan. How was that an upgrade from an SUV? I wish I read the reviews for this rental car company before we went there. Don't rent from these guys. They don't care about you.

This office has many repeat clients who return specifically because of the professional courtesy and service provided by Caleb. Caleb is patient, knowledgeable, and consistently professional in the way he assists customers. I have personally witnessed him go the extra mile to help clients. For example, when a customer requests a specific vehicle, Caleb will call other Hertz locations to see if they can accommodate the request so the client receives the car they want. Marcos, who previously worked at this location, was also part of a great team. He has since moved on to another job and is missed. No solution, no accountability. Just "we don't have it." Trying to salvage my business trip, I made a second reservation at a different location. Same result. No car available again. What's the point of a reservation if the company doesn't honor it? Because of this, I missed important business meetings and wasted time and money taking Ubers between locations. This wasn't just inconvenient--it had real professional consequences. This is a complete failure of service and reliability. If you depend on having a car when you arrive, do not trust Enterprise.
