I wasn't going to pursue this but the owner has tried to bully me and I will not back down. Below you will see screen shots of our entire interaction as well as his personal message to me. You be the judge. (My name was partially crossed out to preserve my anonymity) Some pretense real quick. I need a ride from Bastrop Tx to the Austin Airport so after a friend referred me I reached out as instructed on the website. You text the word "RIDE" by the way and that's where the text messages start. Very rude, laughing at my responses and telling me his services were not within my budget. Then threatening me... nope not me. You got the wrong one ATX Rides. I won't use you ever to go to anywhere, much less the airport. Not with that type of treatment of a customer who is acquiring for the first time. read more

The Bastrop Retired Teachers Association booked ATX Lux Rides to the State Capitol for the BiAnnual Day at the Capitol He transported 10 of us in his clean and comfortable "ride". Robert was so easy to work with when booking and in spite of the fact that there were 1500 retired teachers from all over Texas in everything from private cars to huge tour buses we never had a minute of wait time. Atx Lux Rides was fantastic! I was staying an hour and half outside Austin and was really anxious about getting to the airport on time. Robert was prompt in responses, and made me feel confident that I would be safe (as a female traveling alone this was important to me). Seeing as I was nervous about arriving on time it was a huge plus that Robert contacted me to let me know the airport was busy and that I might want to be picked up earlier than we agreed upon.
