Only this lot# because it's one trash can the rats occupy directly from the shop to the trash can and then they go to the nearest shelter, which is unfortunately MY place like a sacrificial lamb for the rest of the Park others nearby are at risk as well. Why now I don't know? Complained for 8 1/2 months explaining I would rather live in a homeless shelter (still paying rent btw) other times checking myself into the psyche hospital going crazy hearing rats in my walls and watching my trailer get demolished daily. If you're thinking, why didn't he just switch lot# I tried Chuck said I would be taking the rats the park itself gave to another lot (I know it's SO FRUSTRATING!). Changing parks would be a huge problem for I rely only on myself with disability and no help. 8 1/2 months later with 20+holes an unbelievably huge ARMY of rats taking OVER half of my fifth wheel (probably most of my faith in humanity, for SURE Chuck/OWNERS!) moving here to this PARK I've lost my housing, sanity, health, and now I guess Chuck is going for my SOUL as he has no ANSWERS for my trailer HE himself, this PARK along with an ARMY OF RATS occupying the auto shop DESTROYED with no insurance. Just got the trailer and immediately moved in that spot the next day! NOW I'm listening to him NOW tell me I must move because WELL THE TRAILER IS DONE... (ALL RATS... I LOST OBVIOUSLY, ITS COMPROMISED) while timidly trying to (GASLIGHT) me into thinking this is ALL my fault. Tossing me UNDER the bus so he looks good with Corporate other than doing the RIGHT THING (what is he gonna say to corporate I messed up!). Btw Corporate/Chuck and the Owners do nothing to help! It's all about business for THEM. I LOST what was supposed to be a trailer for the next 20 years in 8 1/2 months. Enjoy the "SUNNY SIDE" I must've took a wrong turn (PORTAL TO HELL). Another day in HELL staying outside as much as possible for the aroma of dead rats is overwhelming my trailer contemplating how a cat would've been better than my toy fox terrier right now (concerned with VET BILLS when RATS are eating my dogs food). Beginning to believe this is biblical myself being David with this whole Organization combined with Chuck being Goliath. In NO way do I think this was planned but the PARK along with Chuck couldn't do MORE to try to DESTROY one person I don't get it! Chuck says I can't handle my problems with securing the trailer from rats, OK that's fine! Why am I spending all my time over here in this lot# doing all of this anyway? Can I just move and try to ENJOY my stay when did I sign up for a bootcamp on how to stop an INVASION OF RATS? Chuck is worse than a slum lord because at least they devalue their property, you suffer than leave. In this case HE devalues their property destroying your housing then subtly tries to blame it on YOU while simultaneously kicking you out! Dear god it's raining RIGHT NOW and they (RATS) are just chilling eating my food right in front of me. Therapy is NOW on my list of things to do as well. Owners told me they treat people how they want to be treated. Did you lose your housing? Watch it get destroyed in front of you for 8 1/2 months? Told you are a liar for calling out the RATS! Sent into circles with corporate? Then kicked out on the streets with nothing?!? NO! Instead of a welcoming response, we were told: "Get a smaller RV and less pets." This was not only rude, but dismissive of the RV lifestyle itself. A 35‑foot rig is standard, and pets are part of many travelers' families. For a park to suggest we change our home and give up our companions just to fit their narrow idea of who belongs is unacceptable. RV parks should provide space and hospitality, not judgment. If you value respect, inclusivity, and customer service, this is not the place to stay. We will not be recommending it to fellow travelers.

We stayed in two of the large "tents" and one of the smaller cabins. It has a wonderful rustic flair to make you really feel like you've gotten out of the big city, but still comfortable enough with the temperature controlled setting and the wonderful mattresses to make sure you're well rested. They have a variety of things in a large plot of land, including a river you can swim in, various trails to take your golf carts around so you can see a variety of wildlife, including deer and armadillos, a very nice pool and hot tub with a full bar right next to it, and other small things, including a cornhole set and a Pickleball court. What I think blew me away, though was the incredible hospitality of those who worked there, they were genuine interested in making sure that we were as comfortable and happy as possible, and the very delicious breakfast that they made for the house, the pond request. Whether you're with the family, having a romantic getaway, or just simply wanting to enjoy the beauty of the Hill country, I cannot recommend this location enough.

When we asked for verification, they failed to provide a single photo showing the alleged damage and instead escalated it within Airbnb, no timestamped evidence indicating the condition before or after our reservation, and no receipts or repair estimates; even after asked. Expecting guests to pay for unseen, undocumented wear or damage reported days after departure is unacceptable business practice. Especially a tear in the cushion which they stated cost upwards of $400. If you stay at any of their properties, protect yourself: film an exhaustive, timestamped video of every piece of furniture the moment you check in and the minute you leave. This company has shown they will levy charges without basic proof or accountability.

We had a family reunion there this weekend- what a beautiful home to reconnect in. I loved the big, open kitchen/living room were everyone could be in the same room but doing different things- we had board games going on, cooking, and people catching & relaxing by the warm fireplace all in the same main downstairs room. Oh, and the views!! So calming, especially the fog coming through in the early morning. Really enjoyed the porch as well and walking around the property to watch a stunning sunset. As a bonus, the house was in perfect condition, complete even with gorgeous locally sourced wood features, organic soaps and high quality shampoos, etc. The kitchen was also stocked with basics and more (tea, wine, etc). Definitely look at a map before you head out b/c if you have T-mobile or Verizon, cell coverage eventually is lost. It's easy to find if you know what you're looking for. Highly highly recommend staying here for some time to wind down and breathe- definitely wish we could have stayed longer!! WTF Below is the full list of issues we had with the RV: - When we left Austin the glass window fell out on bedroom window onto the roadway - On our way back to Austin, we lost a second window on the dining slide out onto the roadway - Air conditioner not working in main room, E4 error code - 24/7 support not available, voicemail box full. - Roadside assistance said they couldn't help us with any of the problems - 7' broken wood board on slideout, fell and almost hit daughter in the head - The gauge on the freshwater tank doesn't work so can't tell if there's any water or not. Only discovered on the 3rd day the tank was full of water - Water fill hose leaking at connection, spraying water all over. We couldn't use the camp site water because of issue. - Hot water doesn't work on kitchen faucet - Back up camera not working - Various windows/mechanisms broken and taped on outside with shipping tape - Broken screen door handle - No key for outside storage locks - Leg on Queen bed is loose/broken - Door on bedroom doesn't stay closed or latch - Window shade in bedroom is broken - Right rear view mirror very loose - Kitchen drawers won't stay set - Slide out panel controls are reverse - Check engine light was on the whole trip. His car was super clean, smelled good. We felt very comfortable and safe. He also had a couple of bottled waters in the cup holders for us. The pick up from the airport back home was just as enjoyable. We stayed in contact from departure to arrival because our flight departed early and arrived early. We will for sure use Romeo again. 10 star ride!
