Relocating from the East Coast to Texas with a family is not simple, and Julie made the whole…read moreprocess feel manageable. We came in not knowing the areas, the differences between neighborhoods, or even what type of home made the most sense for us long term. Julie helped us break it all down in a way that was easy to understand. She was very knowledgeable about different neighborhoods, school districts, and what each area actually offers. That helped us narrow things down quickly without feeling like we were guessing. One of the biggest things she helped us with was understanding the pros and cons of new construction versus existing homes. She walked us through taxes, long term costs, and what to expect in each scenario, which gave us a lot more confidence in our decisions. She also did a great job balancing both my preferences and my wife's. That's not easy, but she stayed patient and helped us find common ground without ever pushing us. We also spent part of the process renting, and she supported us through that phase too, which we really appreciated. Overall, she's thoughtful, informed, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit. Highly recommend.

Incredibly Honest and Trustworthy Realtor…read more I can't say enough good things about my experience with Paul Reddam. Most agents are eager to close a deal, but he took the time to truly understand my situation and gave me advice that wasn't in their own immediate interest--they actually told me not to sell. After evaluating the market and my financials, Paul explained that selling right now would likely lead to a loss and wasn't the smartest move for me. That level of honesty and integrity is rare, and it's something I deeply respect and appreciate. It was clear that he genuinely had my best interests at heart rather than just trying to make a sale. If you're looking for someone who will be upfront, ethical, and truly on your side, I highly recommend Paul. I'll absolutely be working with him again when the time is right! --Danny N.

I had such a smooth experience working with Paul and Marquette to sell my rental home. They told me…read moreat the outset what to expect, what challenges we'd need to address, and how long the process would take--predictions that all proved to be spot on. Marquette had a great instinct for who would be interested in buying the home then helped me attract them. She gave solid advice on what repairs were and weren't needed and how to stage everything, and then wrote marketing materials that showcased the home beautifully. Once the house was ready to list, we sold quickly to pretty much exactly the type of family Marquette predicted, and for the price I expected. Paul and Marquette communicated promptly and clearly throughout and got me through the process with minimal stress and no surprises. I'd recommend Homesville to any buyers or sellers.

Carmen Kim was so awesome to work with the the home buying process! She set up a consultation…read moremeeting with us to determine our needs and figure out what we wanted in a home. She then set up regular e-mails through the MLS for us to look at and let her know our thoughts so she could help narrow our search for the right home. When a house suddenly came available for us to get in on quickly, she was very quick with communication both on our end and with the builder. She made sure that we were the first in on this home because she knew it wouldn't last. Plus her standing positive relationship with the builder helped us out immensely to get in on it before the house even hit the market! Additionally, she celebrated the victories throughout the process including when out offer was accepted on this house and when we accepted an offer on the house we we selling, even though we were working with another realtor in another city for that sale. Lastly, Carmen did everything she could to help take the stress off of us. I was 6 months pregnant during the time we found a house and were closing. She did what she could to take things off of my to-do list to help make my life less stressful. She went above and beyond in this area. When we realized the house we were buying didn't come with blinds, Carmen called a blind company on our behalf, set up the appointment for the windows to be measured and managed all the communication with the company. This helped to take that worry off of my plate. I cannot recommend Carmen enough!

**Update - 12/2025** Reinae helped us sell the original home…read morewe bought in South Austin and went all the way to help us get top dollar for it. Her advice in how to present and stage it was so on point and her patience and updates along the way (since we were obviously anxious) really gave us peace. She also helped us purchase the new home we are now living in and we couldn't have found a better "diamond in the rough" that we can put our touch on. Reinae has given us more great advice there since it's a 100 yr old home. We trust her implicitly and I don't take that lightly with investments of this size. If she's available and able to help you, don't miss out on working with her.

About this time last year, Sean was updating our home search database on a daily basis with new…read morelistings and patiently taking my husband and I to tour the ones that stood out. Our friends referred Sean to us after he helped them find their dream house. Tomorrow will be exactly one year from when we found our dream home in far south Austin, just listed that day and already toured three times before we squeezed in before the cut-off hour on a weeknight to see it. We knew instantly that we wanted it. Being first time home buyers, Sean coached us through the process, from making the first offer (that very day, day 0 on the market!), to submitting an escalation clause when we inevitably had to fight for the house against another offer, and all the many steps after that to close. We could reach him any time, day or night, with a text or a call. The convenience of digital signature forms kept the process moving and we closed within a month of making our offer. The process, though nerve wracking at times, was incredibly painless thanks to Sean's diligence, guidance and again, EXTREME PATIENCE with our million questions. He went above and beyond what we expected a realtor would and should do. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhoods throughout south Austin and taught us a few things about the development we moved into. He has since recommended a few contractors and vendors to help with home repairs, so his help continues to this day. If you're looking for a personable, honest and hard working realtor to guide you through the home search and buying process, I wholeheartedly recommend Sean McCormack.

My wife and completed our home buying odyssey in 2011... a long saga with tales of good and evil…read moreleading to a moment like no other... a brave new world, our home. In the not so distant past, evil Realtor overlords dominated the housing horizon. Time and again, we tried to shed these dream oppressors, but alas they seemed to be at every home purchase. Then came Sean... a seemingly unassuming, small town boy with big city dreams. While wandering away from his quaint village of "New York", he stumbled upon a strange, new, and decidedly weird world known as Austin. He sought a different path, one that only became clearer over time. By channeling his spirit in this sparse, south by southwestern community he found his calling... place people in their homes. Nurtured by the Austin oasis, this lone rebel fought the evil Empire for us. Our young warrior was not afraid to turn in a low bid or stand up to the dogmatic forces of proper real estate etiquette. "All they can say is no," said the boy as he became a master. From the vast hilly desert of SW Austin, through the hills and up to the highlands, Sean fought the good fight to put us in a home. Along the way, he dealt adamantly with real estate riffraff and fought for the little guy, establishing himself as a Realtor of the people. Now, as we move on to the next chapter in our lives, we'll forever be grateful to the agent who said "Those electrical boxes will catch on fire!" and "I wouldn't want a rat to fall on your face" and "Got you a free water heater." Truly a man of distinction. Thank you Sean Austin, and godspeed.
