He's friendly, attentive, responsive, reasonable and doesn't hesitate to share his feedback, good & bad, or just for things I hadn't thought of. I was looking for someone with an experienced perspective, not just a yes-person, and that was my experience with him. On the selling side, some of my family had agents in the past who went unreasonably overboard with staging or bending over backwards for prospect buyers, and that was not my experience here, which I'm very grateful for. We dealt with a Prospect buyer/agent combo who were at times unreasonable, waited until the last minute to ask for things & where the agent didn't do a good job at managing their clients' expectations, and Jason handled a lot of those tougher interactions before I even had to, and was instrumental to getting us through close. On the buying side, he was a great guide & we closed without issues, in the neighborhood I was shooting for & within my budget.

Overall, an unprofessional and frustrating experience that I would not recommend.

Most agents are eager to close a deal, but he took the time to truly understand my situation and gave me advice that wasn't in their own immediate interest--they actually told me not to sell. After evaluating the market and my financials, Paul explained that selling right now would likely lead to a loss and wasn't the smartest move for me. That level of honesty and integrity is rare, and it's something I deeply respect and appreciate. It was clear that he genuinely had my best interests at heart rather than just trying to make a sale. If you're looking for someone who will be upfront, ethical, and truly on your side, I highly recommend Paul. I'll absolutely be working with him again when the time is right! --Danny N.

My house was in TX, but I live in CA. I thought it would be a challenge to deal with the house remotely, but she took care of all the arrangements, including the final walkthrough with my tenants, repairs and renovations. I watched the market for several months prior to listing my house. Interest rates were high, demand was low, and houses in my neighborhood were sitting on the market for weeks and months. But Reinae is an expert in her field, and knew what to do to get the house ready for sale. With her guidance, I decided to make some repairs and update the floors and paint. My house was listed on a Thursday and I accepted an offer (for the listing price) 3 days later. We closed less than a month later. In the not so distant past, evil Realtor overlords dominated the housing horizon. Time and again, we tried to shed these dream oppressors, but alas they seemed to be at every home purchase. Then came Sean... a seemingly unassuming, small town boy with big city dreams. While wandering away from his quaint village of "New York", he stumbled upon a strange, new, and decidedly weird world known as Austin. He sought a different path, one that only became clearer over time. By channeling his spirit in this sparse, south by southwestern community he found his calling... place people in their homes. Nurtured by the Austin oasis, this lone rebel fought the evil Empire for us. Our young warrior was not afraid to turn in a low bid or stand up to the dogmatic forces of proper real estate etiquette. "All they can say is no," said the boy as he became a master. From the vast hilly desert of SW Austin, through the hills and up to the highlands, Sean fought the good fight to put us in a home. Along the way, he dealt adamantly with real estate riffraff and fought for the little guy, establishing himself as a Realtor of the people. Now, as we move on to the next chapter in our lives, we'll forever be grateful to the agent who said "Those electrical boxes will catch on fire!" and "I wouldn't want a rat to fall on your face" and "Got you a free water heater."
