Checked with Uber airport pre-booking and it was $37!!! (on a special, they said regular rate was $46). Same time, same day. When did this shuttle get so crazy high in price? I used to like it, but my business is lost for sure now.

We had an early morning flight from SAT and we cannot rely on Uber as we had 5 people, 7 suitcases…read moreand it's near impossible to get an Uber at 2:30am - let alone an XL so we went with this company. Yes it's not cheap and airport parking or Ubers are cheaper but boy it was worth it for the ease and taking stress out of the trip. The driver arrived exactly on time in a nice large Suburban that was clean and cool unlike some ratty Ubers. He helped us with our cases and dropped us curbside. Then he tracked our flight for the return - and was there curbside when we landed at midnight, again ready to help with a lovely AC vehicle after that Texas heat and waters if we needed them. It is worth paying for the ease and peace of mind if you cannot rely on Uber at odd hours

If you need transport for a wine tour, highly recommend the seamless service from 360 Transportation!

We booked the limo for our son's wedding getaway car. The driver arrived in plenty of time and the car looked fantastic. Our son and his bride said the ride was top notch. Maybe that's true, maybe it's not, but there was no alternative transportation out there. No Uber. No Lyft. I called another local taxi company that Giddings Taxi told me to "Google," when I asked for another driver. A couple of hours of stressing about being left in the middle of nowhere without a ride, we found a student driving back to Austin and paid him for a ride. I just can't fathom how this business left us with no options, and was unconcerned about having done so.

I tried to then cancel the ride over a phone call due to his late arrival and he began cursing over the phone. His words were, " F*** You" and other slander that was difficult to understand. I do not recommend using this Taxi Service or Shuttle Service for transportation according to the disrespectful language / low level of safety.

Not exactly what I wanted to see at such a moment. As it turned out later, technically, the error was in our order, but it would be nice if this detail was spelled out more clearly. After the appeal, the situation was quickly corrected, and by the next stage of the incident we were waiting for a much more comfortable transport solution. This made a positive impression, especially considering that there was a reaction and a desire to correct the situation. The drivers were professional, the organization on the routes - without significant failures. There are things that can be improved in terms of communication and transparency in the choice of transport, but in general the experience remains rather positive.

The Ultimate Customer Service Story…read more We chartered a bus and coach for our daughter's wedding in Austin on March 30th. As the Father of the Bride I was shocked when the bus that showed up to bring our guests to the church was a school bus. After the ceremony I called Abdul to address my concern. After speaking to him it became clear that in reality the mistake was ours, not his. We had chartered a "transit" bus, which when you look on the website is a school bus. I wish the contract was more specific; as "school bus" certainly would have jumped out. But live and learn. Now to the good part. With my frustration high, Abdul was calm, cool and reasonable. He immediately realized I was not happy and kicked into high gear to see what he could do. While we had to take the school bus back to the hotel, by the time we left for the reception...less than one hour later...a gleaming full scale motor coach was sitting in front of the hotel instead of a school bus. Wow! I can't thank Abdul enough for stepping up. I was thoroughly impressed. When it comes to satisfying customers in a crisis, Austin Charter Services proves that it can still be done the old fashion way...do whatever you can to make your customer happy. I'll be back again some day for the next daughter. Thanks Abdul! Mike McCauley Argyle, TX P.S. The coach we ordered for the wedding party was perfect and the drivers were top notch.
