This made a positive impression, especially considering that there was a reaction and a desire to correct the situation. The drivers were professional, the organization on the routes - without significant failures. As the Father of the Bride I was shocked when the bus that showed up to bring our guests to the church was a school bus. After the ceremony I called Abdul to address my concern. After speaking to him it became clear that in reality the mistake was ours, not his. We had chartered a "transit" bus, which when you look on the website is a school bus. I wish the contract was more specific; as "school bus" certainly would have jumped out. But live and learn. Now to the good part. With my frustration high, Abdul was calm, cool and reasonable. He immediately realized I was not happy and kicked into high gear to see what he could do. While we had to take the school bus back to the hotel, by the time we left for the reception...less than one hour later...a gleaming full scale motor coach was sitting in front of the hotel instead of a school bus. Wow! I can't thank Abdul enough for stepping up. I was thoroughly impressed. We waited outside in the sun outside for 30 minutes before they even got back. But that unfortunately is not why I am writing this review As we were loading the bus to go home the male driver said that would be charging us for a cleaning fee ($300) because someone spilt something on the floorboard. Pretty steep for a small spill that could be wiped up with a Clorox wipe but she agreed to pay it she sat down. Comments started to be exchanged about the steep fee and how the day had been complete chaos up until this point. The man began to get pretty heated and slammed the door. When he opened the door to his seat he said "who the f**k spilt something in my seat." Nobody had spilled something on his seat. Upon looking at the "spill" it appeared to be sweat from Him. He continued to cuss and yell and eventually told us to "get off his bus." We all piled off and the other bus also unloaded. Now it is important to note the other driver said we didn't do anything wrong and that she didn't agree with how he was handling things. He told her he was in charge and that he would make the call. She became quiet after that. They ultimately left us there to find our own rides. The male driver was rude and didn't speak unless spoken to the entire day. In February, we signed a formal contract & paid a deposit booking R&R's shuttle service to drive our guests from the hotel to venue and from the venue back to the hotel, at the end of our wedding. 3 Months away from our wedding, we receive a call from R&R cancelling their service because Formula 1 was happening the same weekend of our wedding. They would most likely generate more money from servicing other clients to Formula 1 than our wedding. Fortunately, we will get our deposit back however there was no penalty for R&R Canceling our contract. We're now scrambling to book a transportation service 3 months away from our wedding. Do not book R&R as they're unreliable and their service depends on how financially beneficial your needs are to them. Our planner also made efforts to reach out to R&R and they told them the same reason for the cancellation. Needless to say, or planner was just as shocked as we were, as they've worked with them multiple times in the past.

The bus pulled up about 3:30 but the bus driver had to clean up and restock and give us the rundown of how the afternoon would work and we didn't leave until closer to 4:00. Tour itself was fun; open air bus, music, sightseeing. We were only on the bus for an hour and a half instead of what should've been a two hour excursion. Once we were off the tour, we contacted the company to ask what they could do for us for the time inconvenience (late and shortened tour); either refund some of the cost or they to pay the mandatory tip to the driver instead of us coming out of pocket more. WHILE WE WERE STILL STANDING ON THE SIDEWALK NEXT TO THE BUS the company calls the driver and tells her we weren't impressed with her service and that we weren't tipping her. When she asked us about it we told her the truth about the phone call and how we asked for the company to either refund us some of the cost or have them pay her tip for the inconvenience.
